Clean saunas and a nice indoor track. Great classes. No pool. They also have an experienced masseuse with reasonable prices.

Micah at the Jim Thorpe physical therapy is amazing! Sherry at the YMCA was not. She was rude about using my transgender sons name because it wasnt the one on the paper. She said she would call him what she wanted. She said shes the manager. She needs manager training if she is indeed the manager.

Physical Therapy clinic is excellent with patient care. Gym is clean and not over crowded. Staff at entry are so sweet.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The place the very clean and well maintained. No pool but a lot of space for working out.

If you like to lift weights, I would go elsewhere. The free weight area needs major updating. This YMCA is first and foremost a rehab facility, not a gym.

Visited this place to cancel membership. Cancellation due to availability of free excellent workout facilities at my apartments - LIFT in Midtown. I cant drive so impractical for me to pay to UBER to the Y. My complaint is with the CANCELLATION process. I did NOT want NOR request a refund - just cancel. I can join the Y and pay the monthly fee via auto-draft - all with NEVER having to physically visit a facility. BUT to simply CANCEL I had to visit a facility. Unfair not to mention INCOMPREHENSIBLE (especially when you have to UBER to a facility). Also no mention of this requirement on web site. 2 stars because the staff at this Y was helpful, efficient and professional - unlike any other part of this saga.

Been going there over 20 years. Its not as good as when Integris owned it, but still a nice place to workout. They have good classes for seniors. I wish they still had a steam room and whirlpool, but too much liability and cost apparently.

I love the classes especially Friday morning Line Dancing; Monday and Wednesday Silver Sneakers plus Monday and Wednesday Thai Chi classes for better balance led by Carole Holloway. Not just great exercise, but also FUN! FUN! FUN! And a lot of other classes to choose from.

This is were I go to work out...it would only be better with a pool...lol

Great place to get in a good workout. Its one big open room with lots of space and lots of equipment. The staff members are always very welcoming.

This gym is awful. In major need of a remodel. Its like walking into 1973. The equipment is old and like one or two benches for lifting which are usually taken. The locker room is also very old looking and a bit musky smelling. You would think with the Y taking over they would have invested a little money in it but looks as if nothing has been done. This location is closest to my house but I will go to other Y locations instead. I will say the staff greeting you at the front were nice but thats about it.

Classic YMCA with added benefits of its relationship with Baptist Integris hospital (cardiac rehab facility with in the gym complex). Locker room towel service a great benefit of membership. Diverse membership also a plus!!

Thanks to this YMCA Im going to live longer God willing.

Good place to workout; however, since the Y has taken over from Pacer Fitness, the equipment (treadmills) breakdowns are not being fixed promptly. Went to workout today (3/29/2017) and four of the treadmills were out of order. One of these treadmills has been out of order for over 30 days.

I love the large airy work out room . Always clean; nice facilities.
