I used to love this place. The last few oil changes have taken a long long time, over 2 hours. They don’t give you any updates. If you want an update you have to ask. Then they mumble the answer. I’m pretty sure they skipped me because I was outside looking at the new trucks. So don’t leave the building.So disappointed.

Great service, attention to detail and friendly staff.

The staff was nice but it took over 2 hours for an oil change and that was with an appointment. Not sure how long it would take without one.

They changed my oil

I called and got a quote over the phone prior to the service . I went up there and waited on it to be serviced. They were busy so I knew it would be an hour or so for a tire rotation and oil change. Then about 40 minutes in they tell me they dont have the filter or oil my car takes, its a Chevy folks, nothing fancy. So they said it would be 20 minutes to get what they need from orielys. I needed it done so I said ok. An hour and a half for a 40 minute job. I go to pay and the $50 quote is now $78 dollars some how. I wont be back and dont recomm end you go either, unless you have money and time to burn.

I have been very unhappy with my options for oil changes and basic maintenance here in the city. I feel like I am getting my oil changed at a different place every time. So finally my husband told me not to pay for oil changes each time and just go in and check the places out first. That way if I like them I can schedule an appointment for my next service. So that is just what I did...I probably visited with 4 different places on Saturday (the only day I have to do my car work). I was very unhappy with all of them. They were either too busy or very rude. Then, I went to Quick Lane on NW Expressway! They were very knowledgeable. The lady asked how she could help me and answered all my questions. Then she showed me around.While I was getting a coffee, at the fanciest coffee machine I have ever seen (it has like 30 different drinks), the manager came over and introduced himself and talked a little about how they just opened this new location. He also told me they work on all types of vehicles so I was okay to bring in my Chevy or my Honda! I scheduled an appointment with them for this Saturday!
