So Allstate gave me these guys for a tow. The app said they were 70 minutes away which was fine. The driver literally called me to say that he didnt feel like driving in all the traffic to come get me. WOW!
This company accepted my roadside request thought my Subaru 24 hour roadside assistance. Benjamen Kniefel was quick to get to the site, communicated his location and changed my tire fast! Thanks so much!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! SAID 2 HOURS, 2.5 HOURS LATER SAID ANOTHER HOUR. 2 HOURS LATER “WE DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR TOWING ALL WHEEL DRIVE CAR” THEN CANCELLED MY TOW 4.5 HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL REQUEST!! LEFT ME STRANDED FOR 4 HOURS AND JUST FED ME B.S.
5:45 received a text that they are 74 min away. 1.5 hours later I get a text saying they are 2 min away. I waited for another almost 20 min while trying to get in contact with someone to give me a more accurate ETA. I get a call from Ben saying he is now 30 min away! I asked why such a delay and he claims he was sick, yes sick! I said then why did you accept the service request or at least call and cancel, he just apologized and said he can make it for sure in 25-30 min. Reluctantly I wait again. 10 min later he calls me back and says “ya, I’m still sick you may want to put in a different service request.” Of course at that point I had a few words of my own because being stuck with a 2 year for over 2 hours is not ideal and then the thought of having to start the process over again was even more frustrating. He then proceeds to say that if you really need me, I’ll still come on out. He claims he didn’t cancel the service request because he have been “moving real slow due to a bad migraine.” He finally makes out to me around 8:10pm with a car full of kids. The service itself took all but 5 mins. Thankfully, Fleet confirmed they took them off of their Vendor list officially.

USAA dispatched this company for me for a insurance tow. After communicating with CD my insurance texted me an ETA of 75 mins, 20 mins after the 75 mins ETA CD phones me and said there was a miscommunication with the insurance and theyre unable to do the tow because the 9 foot clearance of the parking garage is too low. I believe the real reason is they wanted to end their work day. This is so terrible to do someone like this, after waiting for their arrival an hour 30 mins they cancel with this explanation. I have to work and relied on the honor system. This company do not adhere to that principle. How unfortunate.
The gentlemans name was David . Fast friendly service. The time told was longer that he would to arrive.
My insurance roadside assistance setup this service and they gave me an estimate of 2 hours before the truck would arrive to my location. About 30 minutes later, a friendly sounding man called to tell me he was about 25 minutes away. My insurance WAY overestimated how long it would take for the truck to arrive. Upon arrival to my location I was greeted by a friendly driver. We chatted while he hooked up my car. He drove very carefully while my car was on the back and was extremely careful unloading my car as well. Everything was paid through my insurance app and I was very pleased with the quality of service that I received from the driver. I would strongly recommend this company due to their professionalism and timely service.
Had a great experience! My insurance contacted them after the first tow truck company did not show up. CD dollar gave an estimate of 45 min but showed up in less than 30 min. Fast, friendly, professional service with no damage to my car.
My sons car broke down last night and through our insurance this was the company that was supposed to pick up his car to tow it to a local mechanic shop. NEVER SHOWED UP. We had left the key in the car all night, and they neglected to ever pick up the car after they told us “They were 20 minutes away”. Do not trust your car with this company, they will not show up.
Trevor.I. I had 6 people to come out.since Sunday . just to take th nuts off my BMW..No one could help me .but today i call through my insurance company and they sent a provider out from CD Dollar LLC tow.. Trevor came out and took them right off..he was amazing.professional.
Got this company through my insurance. Worse place ever. Put my order in and it said 7:01. This was 6 pm. Ok. So I wait and wait and wait. Til 7:16 I call and they say they are on the way, give them 30 minutes. Its 8:41 pm and still nothing. I walked home and got myother car to wait for the tow. Never use this place.
Went through Verizon roadside assistance at 2:00pm to get a tow from where I broke down to my house 30 miles away. Estimated arrival was at 4:47 pm so then comes 6:00pm I call and he says that the driver is 30 minutes away so I wait and wait and now it is 7:42 and I’ve called several times and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve looked them up sooner so I can check there reviews.
No one answered the phone. No one ever came. Sat on the side of the turnpike for over two hours and gave into just calling someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
Worst company, NEVER came & NEVER answered calls or texts. The phone would ring a few times then go to Voicemail not set up Then after sending a text, it went straight to VM which of course as previously stated isnt set up! TAKE THIS BUSINESS DOWN
I have been waiting for the tow service in almost 3 hours and still not seeing no one. I called them 3 times and i got voicemail, so i called my insurance company that I thought maybe the insurance company could help me contact to them, but guess what, they said they couldn’t even contact to the tow driver!!! What a joke! I feel like i have to wait forever
Insurance company sent these guys. Driver was full of grease from loading vehicle onto tow truck then he slid across my seats leaving grease on the entire seat. Not sure why he entered from passenger side, but he did. For unloading he entered from drivers side and left more grease on the seat. Tried to file a claim to get them to pay for cleaning but they tell me I have to go through my insurance company...My insurance company says I have to talk to them. Run around from both sides.
Insurance company contacted to tow disabled vehicle. Tried to contact driver or dispatcher. Voicemail not set up. I canceled when I could not reach company an hour past schedule ETA.
Very poor customer relations. Roadside said a hour. I call and they said it takes 2 hour to get to me. And there only 26 minutes from me.
My insurance roadside sent them out to change a blow out in my truck. In the process they damaged my truck to the tune of 450 bucks. My complaint was denied so taking the legal route for compensation

My keys got locked in my vehicle and CD Dollar LLC was the company my insurance went with. Not only did they never show up but they never answered the phone. But they accepted the job. Very unprofessional I will never ever refer them to a friend or family member!
They took almost 4 hours to take my car 2.7 milesAnd when it got here the front bumper was tore the maker light was nocked out and the wiring harness for the fog lights was ripped out they dropped the car off and before I could get outside they had already left would not ever use for any reason ever
This company was sent by my insurance. Had my car towed to the shop to have my radiator repaired. After over a three and half hour wait they delivered my car with $2000 worth of damage!!! Would not reccomended this towing company AT ALL!!
