Never had issues with getting oil changes here and there preaty fast to get done in and out in about 20 minutes

I chose to have my truck towed home on Friday after leaving it there on TUESDAY. They wanted to replace the struts his word. The truck has shocks that are five years old and NOT leaking oil. They also wanted to replace the drivers side spindle assembly!! They wanted over $1000 to do this repair. I got it home and tore into it myself and took inventory. I went to AutoZone and bought everything I needed including a gear puller and fixed the issue PLUS change the brakes, bearings on both sides and a complete oil change all for $125!! Jiffy lube saw my emergency and after keeping my only transportation for that many days, quoted me $1000 thinking I would say yes... I will NEVER do business with Jiffy Lube and NEITHER SHOULD ANY OF YOU!!!!!

MUST READ!!! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFFwent in for an oil change on 8/18 and that went part was fine but of course they come back to me and show me a filthy cabin air filter saying I need it changed. I think, that’s weird cause I just had it changed less than two months ago. I ask how much and they say it’s $44. I say no thanks and go on my way. Get home, check my cabin air filter thinking I’ll just go to autozone and replace it myself and it’s CLEAN. Not completely clean but not anything like the one they showed me. I’ve heard of places like this trying to rip people off. Now I’m wondering if they even changed my oil. All this aside I also asked them to check my back passenger tire bc the air had slowly been leaking out and I think I needed a patch. the guy there said “ I’ll check it but I might not be able to patch it for another 30 min.” Then he goes to do my oil change. When they called me up to check out they didn’t say anything about my tire so I have to ask the girl checking me out if he looked at my tire. She says “ yeah but he didn’t find anything.” I had to ask they weren’t even going to say anything which makes me think they really didn’t look at it. Scammers. You have been warned.

The only thing was the wait after they were finished with my car . Meridian jiffy lube in Oklahoma will have you waiting ✋. Other than that oil change was fine.

Its okay only because I felt like they oversold, overestimate a repair because Im a female who doesnt care to know the various options to an oil change(price) or what repairs should cost. I dont think this should be an excuse to give estimates that everywhere else I checked with said, thats way too much for such a repair. So instead of being honest and straight with me so that I would feel comfortable spending my money with them, Im feeling like Im better off somewhere else. I got a good oil change though, hopefully its worth the $99 tag. Ha

Stopped by to get my oil changed. Manager was on the phone, but not talking. I stood at the window and he proceeded to not say anything to me or make eye contact. An employee came in and he began to talking to them. After they left he still continued not to greet me so I waited another 2-3 minutes. Then decided to leave. Poor, poor customer services. It takes two seconds to say ”I’ll be with me shortly”.

Extremely unprofessional. Insisted on driving the vehicle into the bay which I had no problem with except for the fact that the person that got in my car was the most unhygienic person I have ever encountered. Then proceeded to leave oily hand prints all over the my vehicle and proceeded to snoop through my glovebox. Will never return will never recommend hope they go out of business.

Pablo has great customer service, quick in and out but the guy that checked me out was super rude and had poor customer service skills.

I called to get a quote on replacing my struts two days in advance. Josh, gave me a quote and told me that its first come, first serve. I was the second person there on a Saturday morning. 7 a.m. actually I was there before they opened. They changed the oil for the first person, I was to be next. Four other people came after me and they served them. One hour later, still had not talked to me or informed me when my car would be serviced. Frustrated, I approached Josh and ask for my keys and I left. I would never go there again! Replacing struts is a big ticket item, they lost big money. My time is important just like everyone elses. I would not recommend my friends to Jiffy. I referee youth sports on weekends, my time was wasted on May 1st.

Overall nice employees. Price is double what the dealer charges. Even with a 30 off coupon I paid near 80 dollars for a Honda ridgeline oil change. Receipt says I declined vacuum, but it wasnt offered. Facilities were clean but worn.

Used Groupon, was fine as far as the change then I guess they had an team meeting and I was left hanging for about 15 minutes waiting to check out. Went out to get my car and my keys were on the windshield and this isnt such a great neighborhood. Guys were nice but this kind of made me rethink my choice.

This was the most unprofessional establishment I have ever visited. I was treated really poorly from start to finish I was quoted extremely high prices for mediocre quality of parts and awful customer service. The first day they had me waiting a total of 6 hours to do a brake job. After the job was supposedly completed they brought my car to me with the exact same problem I brought it took them four. My brakes squeak my front end alignment was not done properly my brakes were even going all the way to the floor I could barely stop I had to turn around immediately. The second day I brought my car to them they have me waiting for a total of 5 hours with my car sitting on the way with no one servicing it yet again poor customer service and low-quality. My time was not value my hard-earned money was not appreciated I honestly felt like this particular establishment only wanted to take my money and leave my car in the same condition. Today is March 16th and I visited this establishment to try and warranty out the brakes and rotors that they put on my car. The representative by the name of Josh was very rude unprofessional and show little to no customer service he even came back and admitted that he was overwhelmed by his workload. I could tell from the very start of the conversation that he did not want my business and I could really feel that he honestly did not want to perform any work on my car. The first thing he told me was that I will be waiting 4 revive hours which seems a little far-fetched to me because there was only one car in the lot at the time. It was approximately 946 when I walked through the door. I was very polite when I greeted the representative again problems with my car, I explained that I had an emergency dealing with my car and I had to have the brakes changed. The brakes were metal to metal I could barely stop I came within a Razors Edge with from hitting a car because I could not stop. There are no Jiffy Lube in Alabama or close to being serviceable that I could get to I have children I cannot have them in a car that is unsafe. The only thing the representative by the name of Josh could tell me was that Im sorry friend but you wanted your warranty and theres nothing I can do for you. The only thing that this representative by the name of Josh to tell me was that he could quote me prices for more brakes and rotors after spending $1,600 I think that was unfair unreasonable and a complete lack of customer service.

Very good technicians they are knowledgeable with their car knowledge and go above and beyond to make sure that your car is fixed, witness the customer that came from another shop called Precision Tune Auto Care, he had got some work done over there and they messed up on some work on that gentlemans car and the guys at jiffy lube ended up taking everything apart and figuring out what was going on and fixed it for the man and no out-of-pocket due to the warranty, real friendly people amazing service

Great and quick service. Professional staff. A bit pricey when replacing air and cabin filters but I am disabled and cant do it. Would give it a 5 star but the vacuum system wasnt working and I wanted my car vacuumed.

They didnt vacuum..didnt reset my oil light and just filled out the other things but not sure if it was checked. Checkout was awesome..

I went in to schedule a time to have new tires put on my truck. I ended up driving out in a little more than an hour with the tires on even though they were busy at the time. Very quick and professional.

Got the oil change and it took awhile and when I got my jeep back windows were not cleaned and the car wasnt vacuumed out and no scent was given. Outside was good.

This pit crew, unafraid to ask me if I would like to actually get something done to my automobile. Believe it or not, youd be amazed!Though they were in a hurry, they didnt act like they were in a hurry to rush me out the door.Took time to answer my questions. Then they took time to listen to my answers to their questions, tjen make recommendations that I could actually use.Oh yeah, Ill be going back all right.

They greet you at your car being so friendly & welcoming. The lobby/waiting area is comfortable, and doesn’t smell like a grease shop & they are very thorough at the counter going over the invoice before processing the payment. I love how they vacuum my car for me!! Jiffy Lube is simple & quick! My mom & daughter go there as well because they are kind & respectful. If additional service is required, They break the issue down to a level of general understanding and we appreciate that.

Went with my Mom. There was a guy wearing tank top and shorts not sure if worked there. He was in area with other workers and in the office part. After leaving we noticed grease above drivers door and moon roof cover.

The service was quick and efficient. Every member of the team knew exactly what, when, and how they would be doing things. Although busy, they all made sure to keep track of everyones progress and where each customer was. They were very honest and up front about the services and up-sales they offered.

Was there for 4.5 hours waiting for enterprise to approve stuff to get changed on the vehicle but they are friendly people there

Awesome bunch of guys!! I had a Flat that I got thru the power outage & the wait for AAA was way to long so I went in there & asked them to put air in it wouldnt hold air so I pulled out & located a used tire my size from about 6 miles down the road but these guys took the tire off left it sitting on the jack while I went & got another tire & came back & they put it back on for me!! I didnt have enough to get tire & pay the $20 fee for them taking on & off, they did it free of charge!! It was cold & rainy that day & they did all this outside! Thank you guys I did appreciate you!!!

This was my neighborhood location and I have brought many cars to this place over the years. Today was probably the worst. The guys in the bay that would come out and talk to you were great but the guy up front was not . I asked to have my tire pressures checked and hr said that its routinely done but it was not. Windows were also dirty and fluids werent topped off on either cars that I brought in this morning. The oil change itself didnt take long but yeah the service up front wasnt great.

I purchased a Groupon and I was able to be seen that same day. No appointment! They changed out my air filter and gave me an oil change. They even vacuumed the inside and washed my windows!! I was super grateful.

First and last time to take my car there, showed up yesterday to fix my brakes, kept me for 45 mins to tell me that they cant work on it right now because they are currently very busy and I can show up tomorrow at 7 AM and they will work on it first thing in the morning, so I woke up at 6 AM to get their at 7 and when I did, I was told that they are busy and they cant even give me an estimate, very disrespectful and inconsiderate to their customers time.as a result i had to reach to different branches and I finally had to go to the branch In Edmond

I got an oil change twice from this location. Both times the employees were courteous and friendly. I was in and out super quick. They gave me a good price on an air filter. I havent changed it in a year so I know I needed one. I will continue to come here for my oil changes and if I ever need my car worked on!

I walked in around noon, waited for 10 minutes, and walked right back out because nobody was inside the building and no one seemed to notice i was even there.

Been visiting this location for several years and will continue. Very professional and have knowledgeable employees. As a female I feel very comfortable and trust the employees.

Follow Up: This isnt good.... There were some details that I didnt mention because of the service and advice I thought I was provided. To sum it tech recommend a brake pad change because they were at 20% life and wanted $800 for front and back, did some shopping around found a place that did them for $100 with coupon and the Manager showed me the process- 30 minutes out the door. BTW the pads that were changed out were at 60%life not 20% and I will not be returning to this business. 2 Stars because I at least got a free tire rotation....The manager at the location I visited had overbooked the tire rotation stations. Apologized and offered the tire rotation service for free if I came back the next day. Thank you!

One suggestion to owners, / Corporate. Allow Wheel alignments to be scheduled! Waited 5 hrs to be done, yet they were so busy and short handed they couldnt get to it, I cam on a Tuesday & Wed.

They was really nice when they changed my oil but then my ac went out and I was charged over 1200 for the compressor and labor.. then I was told it would be done by the end of the day it wasn’t done,they kept it over night until 2 the next day and when I got the car back a piece under my glove box was broke when it wasn’t broke when I originally dropped it off.. I won’t be going back..

He knows my budget and we keep it that way only working from urgent to regular oil change and when I forgot that I had a service already done and its not time yet he lets me know when to come back. In the few years I have been a customer, the Jiffy Lube employees have always been professional and friendly, getting me in and out of their establishment as quickly as possible, all while performing quality oil changes on my car. They keep me informed about my car, letting me know what other services might need done in the near future, without pressuring me to do something I cant or dont want to do right then.

Quick oil change. Got right in and out. I must admit that some days it takes a little longer because of people in front of you, but today was very quick. The manager is always very courteous.

Tristan was incredibly friendly when I arrived. He Opened my car door, and escorted me inside to a clean and cool waiting area. I don’t drink coffee but there was a coffee maker available. Robert was knowledgeable and offered the products I needed without being pushy. He was also friendly and made short conversation while I waited a total of 30 minutes. The process was quick and easy. All of the employees had friendly faces. I will recommend and will be back for the my next vehicle service.

The man that helped me was rude and very unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. I told him I didnt need wipers and he said guess you dont need a filter either and threw it up on my engine towards me. The employee standing behind him actually doing the oil change, face told it all, he was shocked as I was. I will not go back there or suggest anyone else does either.

I went for a oil change and they informed me that I needed other work done so I went ahead and got that work done but once I left my engine light came on and my RPM monitor on my dash was messed up and my speedometer did not work and they yelled at me walked away from me from while I was talking and made me pay someone else to diagnose my car but also said that they would give me a check for having to do so considering that they were liable for messing up my car

Called ahead to make sure there was not a wait first thing in the morning. Showed up 5 minutes later for a $250 oil change and ac check. Left 4 hours later with nothing gained but new oil and filter. Give your local mechanic the business not these bozos.

Dropped my truck off due to some smoking issues I was told after calling them that it was my heater core and it will run me about 1200 with labor and so I declined and got my vehicle looked at somewhere to find out it was a hose and not the heater core and it was a 60$ fix not 1200 . If I can’t bring my vehicle somewhere and be told the truth about what is wrong with it I will never go back there ever and by the way we have four vehicles we get serviced her monthly . Just know we won’t be back here or to another jiffy lube location ever again .
