Got a set full set of tires from them. Been working so far since I got them last Monday. Reason a 3 star review is because it took over 150 mins or 2.5 hours, and they recommended a $700 fix on something I dont even know what on top of my tires. Only got the tires to be replaced. Made me very suspicious that they are trying to scam me out of more money. Everything else went fine though.

This was by far the worst experience I have had dealing with mechanics. I decided to go to Jiffy, thinking that due to my job being so close it would be beneficial. First off Craig is VERY RUDE. He is very unpleasant to speak with, he does not acknowledge customers and when he does it’s such a condescending undertone. He really needs a customer service 101 class. So, I had an issue with my vehicle and Logan (who was VERY pleasant) told me that it could be my fuel pump, at that time I had to go to training so I decided to wait and get my car fixed. Fast forward two weeks later I bring my car back to get the repair and am told by Austin that it is something completely different. Me being a female (which I believe they took full advantage of) and not knowing much about cars I trusted that they were being good people. Austin called me at 11:01 and I confirmed that he could work on my car he called back at 1156 and told me that my car was ready. I was charged two hours of labor for a job that took less than an hour. When I expressed how fast that was on the phone call he tried to convince me that it was an 1 1/2 to 2 hour job, however, phone records do not lie. Either you started working on my car before my approval or you flat out told a tall tale. I can not express how disgusted I am. Once looking up the code, I found out the part only cost $20(ish) but I was charged 64.99 (for the part) plus the $125 (x2) labor fee… costing me over $300+ .. this is absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT BE DOING any other business with this establishment. I’d advise others to be careful as well.

The tech was friendly and fast. He noticed my battery was leaking acid and recommended I replace it. He was not pushy about it. Also recommended new cabin and air filters. I did have those replaced, but not the battery as the price they quoted was a little high. Battery has since been replaced.

Prompt, and great customer service. Made sur I was updated constantly and Truck was perfect when I drove it home. Very satisfied and would recommend

Called to get a quote for a my air compressor, My belt broke because the air compressor won’t spin. There’s no way I can move my vehicle or my motor will burn. So I called to get a quote to see how much to fix this air compressor and Craig at jiffy lube on 89th and western was rude and none understanding to my situation. He would not give me a quote without me bringing in my vehicle knowing there’s no way to drive my car down there without my motor being burned. This job is going to already be hundreds of dollars and he wants me to pay more money to get my car towed there!! I normally wouldn’t even worry about it a move on to the next place that can help but I just think it’s lazy and rude when someone is in a situation like thin where there completely stuck and he is not willing to help what do EVER!

Great staff, and the managers are down to earth people. I have always used jiffy lube for the oil change on my hyundai, but this was my first time at this location and it was just the same as all the rest Ive visited. Down to earth people, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. P.s. some of them can not park for nothing, LMFAO 🤣🤪.

Thought these guys were great til I took my car to the dealership and found out they lied! Tried to get me to buy a new radiator when there was nothing wrong with it at all. Always get a 2nd opinion!

Logan was very friendly. Knew his job and very knowledgeable with what questions I had. He got my vehicle in and out so the wait was not bad at all. Ive always used jiffy lube. And the fact that they are Groupon friendly makes it even better! Highly recommend for your next routine auto service.

Friendly service and done with respect of time. just make sure you ask for the sticker if youre one like me that relies on it they left mine on and then just wrote down miles and I had to let him know that sometimes I just need it by the month. So I had to ask twice for it to be done correctly but the dude willingly helped me without complaining. The lady at the counter was great as well. she was definitely a blessing helping me out when I couldnt find my Groupon although I was able to find it.

I was recommended to this place by my mom and I was very impressed. These guys had the very best customer service that anyone could ask for and they also have some amazing deals on Groupon. This is now my go to spot for oil changes or brakes and rotors. Logan or Gohan will be able to help you out

I live in Moore now and I still will go to this particular Jiffy Lube this is my favorite Jiffy to go to. These guys are professional they are fast and quite efficient. I really appreciate all the hard work they do and how they pay attention to the details on any vehicle its a relief that they dont take advantage of a woman also it really does help and this is my Jiffy Lube and I will drive out of the way just to get to this one.

The man who checked me in was very rude and gruff. When I came back there was a lady in room but that didnt stop him from using very fowl language. When I called him out about it he attempted to intimidate me.There are too my places in OKC to put up with that kind of behavior.

The service was great. Despite being busy, the customer service was an example of how all businesses should rest their customers.

They were very busy at the time and despite that they were able to get my car in and me out the door in under an hour.

I was about to leave out of town and needed my oil changed So it was like twenty minutes before they were going to close and they still did it anyway !! I was so thankful. The guys on south western are always courteous and they are pretty dang quick too!!

Purchased 2 new tires. Was told they had a 65K warranty along with ROAD HAZZARD WARRANTY. Paying for the bill i asked them about the warranty paperwork. The employee said, there was no paperwork. So, how do I know if the tires actually had a warranty?

I went up to the service department and they told me there would be a long wait, that was fine, but they told me to go to a different location and they kept telling me it was first come first serve. I already knew that but they did not want to service my vehicle for some unknown reason. And they charged me something extra on top of my groupon payment.

Oil was present all over my undercarriage AND there were oil drops in my driveway. I drive a diesel engine vehicle and that oil is difficult to remove.I paid more and got less....I wont be back.

I had never been to a Jiffy Lube until now. I thought it was one of those drive in places where you stay in your vehicle. I waited for about 5 mins in the drive in lane and no one came out so I did a quick honk on the horn to get someone’s attention. Immediately after someone came out and told us to come inside to wait. I felt like I made the employee upset by honking so I apologized and followed his directions. They are extremely fast and had my car ready in 10 mins. The employee was very polite and courteous once he came back inside to tell us they are finished. I will return to this location in the future.

Good service but I needed a new air filter and they said it would be $22.50 but when I checked out it ended up costing $37 and some change. Was pretty bummed about that.

As always great service from them. They were quick and efficient with their time. Both the tech and the desk representative was very nice and had a sense of urgency. With their close proximity to my house have taken 4 different vehicles to your shop over the last 10 years sense I moved to the SW 89th and Western area. Side Note: They showed me my air filter as procedure with them but I really appreciated this time around because it was damaged from a front in collision. I did not realize to look at it during repairs. The only item I ever had hard time with is the pricing but the coupons I receive in my email help compensate it.

During this time and how 2020 was not kind to businesses. This particular Jiffy Lube still kept GOOD BUSINESS and GOOD SERVICE. Will keep coming back and referring them customers.

I trie Sri get an oil change today. They looked empty, shop tech standing around so naturally I though they would get me in and out quickly seeing it’s Saturday and every other oil change place is swamped. I pulled up to the bay door and a young kid comes out and asks what I was there for, I replied an oil change and he said ok get out and go inside and leave you’re keys in you’re car. My first thought, I’m driving a 80k car, no. No one is drive my vehicle except me, so I asked if I could stay in the vehicle; to my surprise his reply was no, we don’t do that here; we don’t trust our customer anymore, we don’t let anyone in our shop. Knowing that they don’t “trust there customers” how could I trust them to care for my vehicle?? Anyway needless to say I cannot see why there are even open if they don’t care for the customer, there are plenty of other places to get you’re vehicle serviced, might I suggest someone who “trusts there customers”.

Got a tune-up for a great discount. In and out quick and the gentlemen were very courteous and helpful.

They were helpful and professional, even while very busy.

I’ve had bad experiences at other service places but Jiffy Lube has always been professional, reasonably priced and have gone above and beyond in my opinion. They never pressure you for the added sales. They do give you recommendations on needed services which I appreciate but they always accept the answer I give without argument. They have coffee in the lobby which is also appreciated and are usually so fast I hardly have time to finish it. I recommend them to everyone.

Went in for OIL CHANGE, told them I was in a real hurry so if they could change OIL and check TIRE PRESSURE.Worked quickly to my SATISFACTION! Will definitely RETURN NEXT TIME.

Took the car to get an oil change yesterday. Got me right in. Caught a couple of things that really needed doing. No pressure to complete but I decided to get them done. Recommended an additional service and provided a price but ultimately decided not to do it that day. Everything completed promptly. Nice people and no pressure up-sell.

These guys were the best, I brought my Chrysler 300 over after the dealership messed up my whole oil change and service. My 300 was at the dealership 2 weeks ago and gave me the wrong oil, 2 days later my tire air alarm went off so I took it back to the dealer and they put 40 lbs in where my called for 30lbs, they didnt even know how to clear the alarm. And on top of that they messed up my CarFax report not showing my tire rotation. My 300 will only come to Jiffy Lube after my great service with them. They adjusted my tire pressure, put synthetic oil in as I had requested at the dealership and didnt get, checked my whole car over and even vacuumed out the front floor boards. My one stop shop now. Great guys.

They did not put the cover under my car pack on so now it’s just dragging very poor service

The part I most appreciated was I requested a tire rotation and the tech after checking tread told me that it was dead even and that I didnt need one. Which reminded me, I had just gotten new tires. SO I greatly appreciated honest business not doing a service I didnt need.

UPDATE: One year later and a new car, I am still impressed with the service at this location. Logan goes above and beyond and always takes the time to talk to my significant other to explain any issues.I love this Jiffy Lube! I moved across town and still drive to this location because of the customer service and cleanliness. The lobby never looks or smells like there are cars being worked on. Logan is the best! He is so helpful and knowledgeable and is always has a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I even get my tires done here too. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

They however did not vacuum out the front of the car like he stated would happen so I did have to go do it after I left. This is the second time that has been offered as a service yet not complete. Makes me wonder if they do actually check everything else like they are supposed to or just pencil whip it? But they were very nice, professional was done quickly I will take my car back because I know they do a good job changing the oil it’s just I question the other things actually being completed.

They broke my window by slamming my van door, thinking it is an SUVS door. They said they will fix it for 250$ instead of 350$. Why should I pay reward for someone who broke my window? My oil change ends by being the most expensive oil. Why should I pay money to fix my window after they break it ????

We paid for the service on Groupon and they tried to charge us extra. They said they had nothing to do with Groupon and that they didnt make that much money using Groupon. I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for Two years next month (01-19)And they demand to use the vehicle door tag for air pressure. My 20” factory tires are Not on the door tag.And so JL puts 35 pounds of air in my tires and No more, my 20” tires take 39-40 pounds of air ! Per the tire !Today, I have tried the email with no avail? Keeps coming back undeliverable ?Still no reply? And no way of contacting these people?

I had my breaks and rotors done a couple weeks ago. I guess something loosened and ended in my breaks coming loose or something Im not sure. But jiffy lube handled my problem PROMPTLY they paid for the tow truck and fixed the issue without a single problem!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Update: They told me to email them so they could resolve the issue. I emailed over a month ago and still no response.I came in for an oil change at 5:25 yesterday. I asked if they would check my tire pressure because I knew that a few of my tires were lower than the other one. I was told yes they would check and even them out as it was included in the service that I paid for. I paid out at 5:50 which was 10 minutes until closing. I said that I was impressed with how quickly they had gotten my car in and out and was told that since it was close to closing time that they will hurry. I was less than a mile to where I was staying and my tire pressure takes a mile or two before it will show each tire pressure. Today, I leave and check and they hadnt done anything to my tires. 3 were at 30 and 1 was at 42. Which is how they were when I got there. Dont say that you will do something and that its included when you clearly did the bare minimum to get me out of there. Since they are closed today and tomorrow, I will have to wait until Tuesday to speak with the manager. Hopefully they actually did the oil change correctly. 🙄 I guess I will stick to the Norman location as I typically do.

The lug nuts were left loose on my vehicle and I wound up with one tire without four lug nuts while driving on the highway! Not a very safe place to have service done!

Great friendly service in a timely manner. Most of all didnt try to push other services on me like most do.

They didnt top off my fluids, check lights because both were issues within a week of my visit

Update 5/13/2021 the guys were great, James, Gohan, and Logan. Price was good. Only thing I can complain about is that my receipt says that they filled fluids, vacuumed, and cleaned my windows. Maybe most of that comes with a certain oil change but would have been great if my wiper fluid was filled haha.Was a smooth, easy, quick oil change. The guys were professional and knowledgeable. We will be going back.

I went here last month for brake service/basic maintenance and left very impressed. Robert is very friendly and he gets to know his customers. He makes it feel as much like a mom-and-pop shop as it can feel for being a corporate chain. I also thought he helped me with prices as much as he could, and was great about talking me through what they were going to do before they did it. He was honest about what needed to be done right away and what didnt. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

They love to upsale customers on parts they simply do not need. They told me I needed brakes to be replaced not knowing that they had already replaced them last week. Then told me that I needed a new belt that they already changed three weeks ago. There just a bunch of crooks after they were told that i had them already replaced they said that someone did a bad job then they totally shut up when they figured out that they where the ones who replaced the belt and brake pads. Total crooks and thieves.
