Whenever I have had any issues (which has been rare), I am able to get someone on the phone right away, and they are always kind and helpful. Its nice these days to actually talk to someone in customer service who doesnt treat you like you are the problem. Thanks

Trying to contact anyone by telephone for anything is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! All you get is PUT ON HOLD and you NEVER get any response from a live, breathing person. Their CS IS ROTTEN.

They constantly do not pick up my trash. It takes 40 to 60 minutes to get ahold of someone and they say it will get picked up the next day. It doesnt. When asked why this keeps happening, they couldnt give me an answer. If you have the option, go with any other trash company.

Lousy service I live in Roy and 2 weeks in a row no service until next day. If its a holiday you are observing please let your customers know of the change. You too Roy City, thanks for the communication to the hard working citizens of your community.

They always pick up the trash bins but my recycling bins havent been picked up in over a month now!!! We keep placing them out on pick up day but still they have not been emptied! I know I live on a small street but Im paying for both services and only one is being done. 😓😓😓

We have been with WM for almost a year and it has been a nightmare. When we first moved in and set up service, we didnt get a pickup for three weeks even after paying the service set up fee and 3 month advance service payment. We finally had to call and find out what was going on and they explained the garbage man must have forgot. Well, he would continue to forget AT LEAST once a month if not two-three times a month. I say forget because I cant imagine remembering your route would be so difficult. I can only assume the guy has some vendetta against our first complaint. Its extremely frustrating when you have to call over and over to remind a company to provide a service you are paying for.

Always on time and very courteous!! Those that give 1 star need to understand that the workers get holidays like we all do.

They left a mess in front of my house today and didn’t clean it up.

Our driver in layton is always been great, even when we jam our can very full he always takes the time to shake it out. used to live in west jordan and ace serviced us they would never get our can all the way empty like these guys.

Too many missed cans, both regular waste and recycling. Missed whole month of recycling pickups (it was six weeks between pickups!) - after my fifth complaint, they credited my account a whopping $8 for the loss but when I requested an extra pickup, I was told the charge would be $85. At least they are polite when receiving complaints, but unfortunately they are extremely poor at resolving issues. I think they just let you complain and when the next scheduled pickup rolls around they consider the case closed.

I have never had problems with Waste Management. In fact two weeks ago I was outside at the curb neck deep in trash, trying to find documents that were inadvertently thrown out. The wonderful woman driving the truck came to empty the bins, she said its ok I will do yours last. This allowed me time to locate the papers. She came back by much later, Im guessing when her rounds were done. Waste Management has always had the most courteous drivers. Keep up the great work you guys and gals.

My child put grass in the recycling bin not knowing that it doesn’t go in there. I begged the garbage men to just dump it this one time into the garbage. They rudely refused to help. What am I supposed to do now, dump the grass all over and shovel it In the trash can? Just dump the garbage, man.

The drivers that come to pick up my trash are so friendly and courteous.

Absolute waste! Their billing and payment department do not know the difference between debiting and posting a payment. We had soo many misapplied payments we ended up owing thousands. Nobody is able to help us and getting to speak to a manager is impossible!!! After 10+ years with them we are moving to Robinson!!!

We had our cans delivered May 11th. Our garbage has never been picked up. We have called several times and have even canceled our service. The cans are still sitting on the curb!!! So frustrating!!! I have no clue what to do to get these cans picked up! Horrible service! I should get paid for all the time I have spent on the phone with these guys!!!

Horrible company. Won’t stop billing even after a cancelled account and they aren’t even picking up trash. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Never had any problems.

Customer service is ok but they keep bypassing the cans on my block and we have to call them back for pickup.

Price goes up every bill, this time by $8.
