My small son was very interested in watching the careful and efficient unloading of our neighbors’ dumpster this morning. The friendly driver gave him a hat, how sweet! My son was over the moon :) If I ever needed a dumpster I’d go with Direct!

This company is the best! Used them last year for a major cleanup and they were more than accommodating, switching out my dumpster for a larger size without any problems whatsoever. I called them again today at 1 oclock and they had a dumpster to me before 4 and couldve had it even sooner! Not only that but the person on the phone remembered me and the driver who dropped it off remembered me and my son! Dumpster was super clean you could almost sleep in it. If you are in need of a dumpster rental, there is no other company I would call. Customer service is so good I would almost rent a dumpster when I dont even need one!

During the latest windstorm I had a huge pine come down as well as a neighbors pine into our yard. I called dumpsters direct and they had a 20 yard roll away immediately available. With some creative cutting i was able to fit everything i needed. Delivery and haul away were prompt. Customer service upon request for drop off and pick up was excellent. Pricing i would say was more than fair as a national company was charging almost double for a 30 yard roll away. If I need a roll away in the future I will absolutely call Dumpsters Direct.

The service was fast, I called on Thursday afternoon and we had a dumpster Friday morning! The driver was courteous and skilled, putting the 20 yard dumpster right in our driveway so that it opened right into the garage! The dumpster was clean when we got it, not stinky! The office staff was friendly! When we called for haulaway they were right on it! 10/10 I will recommend, and I will be using them again!

These guys were Amazing! We own 4 properties, and the aftermath of the hurricane winds were horrendous. I called them, and they were able to get the dumpster out the same day. Someone had parked their trailer in the spot that we needed the dumpster at, and Parker held off brining the dumpster for a couple of hours until the trailer was moved. The driver that delivered the dumpster was Amazing as well! Gary, I believe his name was. He was so accommodating of how it was positioned! He made sure we were happy before he left. We had it filled within 24 hours, I called Parker and told him, and they picked up within 30 minutes. Awesome company to work with! They made a bad situation a little bit better by being so accommodating and professional: I will be using them again, and referring them as well!

We scheduled about a week in advance although we didnt have to. It was quick and easy to schedule. The driver who delivered it was absolutely fantastic. His name is Gary Dansby and he was professional and friendly. He was also very impressive with the way he handled that truck and was careful about where he was placing it in the driveway. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be calling them if we need a dumpster rental in the future.

I called for pricing on Friday afternoon. The representative was not pushy and very helpful! I ended up calling back 20 minutes later, and within an hour had the driver onsite to drop the 20yd dumpster. The excellent service so far just got better at this point. Even though the space was pretty tight for where I wanted the dumpster put, the driver was able to place it without dinging any of my fencing or cars. He was also personable as well as professional. If I ever need a large dumpster again. Hands down going with these guys again!

I have had a very good experience with this company. When I called I was enthusiastically greeted on the phone by a man named Parker. He was able to schedule me a dumpster in a prompt manner at an extremely affordable rate. The delivery team dropped off the dumpster the next week and again greeted me with a friendly attitude. Parker was fantastic! I had a 40 yd roll-off in the driveway within an hour of my call to Dumpsters Direct. It was going to take the green and yellow competition two days to get me one and could only give me a 12 hour window for when it would be delivered, not to mention the several hundred dollars more they wanted.My family and I were in a urgent situation and Parker’s extremely fast delivery saved us! I am doing demolition to an apartment building with 99 units, the volume of scrap material getting demo’d can fill a 30 yard dumpster in half a day but dumpsters direct has kept up with my schedule. They swap out multiple times a day if I need them to and are always surprisingly fast at getting to my job after I call.I would highly recommend dumpsters direct, because the last 5 years I’ve used dumpsters on my jobs, dumpster direct is by far superior to anyone else if used!

Dumpsters direct was super easy to work with. We live out of state and they made delivering a dumpster to our property easy. Here is a company where everything is straight forward. Set up delivery for the bin and they were on time as promised. Got everything situated to where we wanted it put. Made sure we knew how to get the bin open and closed and went over what we could and couldnt toss in and about where we needed to fill it so we didnt go over. The price for the rental was fantastic and it was for an entire week! Most places its for a day or so and thats it. We called when we were finished and they came and got it.
