I rented one of the 30yrd dumpsters from Arrow. I shopped around a bit and the price and contract was comparable to other services from other companies that I had looked at.Whenever I called them they were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had, it was very easy to get in contact with this company whenever I called.They were able to provide immediate service, I got the first dumpster within 48hrs of ordering it. When I needed it emptied they were able to come the next day and delivered a replacement one to start using. When I completed the project I called after hours and left a message and they came and removed the container the next business day.Most hassle free part of my cleaning project, would recommend and use this service again

This is a terrible business. They acted like they were doing me a favor every time they brought a dumpster, you know, the ones I paid to have them bring... Then, when they screwed up and placed the dumpster in front of a neighbors house, they wanted to charge me $90 to have them come out to fix their mistake. I received a bill from them demanding I pay the $90 to which I responded I didnt think I should be responsible for their mistake. The owner of the company then decided to send me an email telling me how she was doing me such a favor by providing me her dumpsters that I shouldnt complain and just pay the $90. I refused and that was the end of my dealings with their dishonest and inept company.Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs. There are plenty of other providers out there. I dont usually post reviews but I thought it important to help people out there avoid the giant headache I endured.

This is the best company I have used for waste the owner is super nice and is very workable and the drivers have always done a good job I highly suggest this buisness
