No Integrity. Do Not give your account number to this company! They took my garbage can and continue to withdraw money from my account. Will not refund for services Not provided. Have to close my bank account to get charges to stop.

They will charge your card fees you did not agree to. Tell you it’s bad business to not let them charge you these fees. I worked for Waste Management for years actually selling garbage service. They did not honor their contract as stated and they actually are committing a crime charging unauthorized fees. Stay far away! We had a tenant skip out so we needed to remove the container and they started charging us outrageous fees. It is bad business what they do! Do not use them. You think their a good deal, just go with the other guys who actually charge what they say.

Customer service is worthless... UPDATE: This would probably be a 4 or 5 star review if I talked to Val Sanders first.

I have done business with Econo Waste many times throughout the last 10 years. Jacki treats me like family and remembers me every time I call. I can tell she cares about me not only as a customer but as a person. Econo Wastes service has always been delivered professionally and on time to my sites. I wish I had this type of relationship with everyone I do business with.

Office girls dont know whats going on. Talk directly to Val Sanders to get issues resolved quickly.

I just had a great experience with one of their drivers, a big burly guy with a beard, I just visited with him for a minute helping him find an address here in Tremonton, it wasnt even my day for garbage and today being the day before Thanksgiving and my garbage day will not be until Sat because of the holiday, my can was full and as he was parked in front of my house trying to figure out that address of a new customer I told him my can was full and asked if he minded dumping it, he said sure that is fine so I grabbed my can and the man dumped it for me, it totally made my day. I know drivers cant just dump whenever as they have their schedules to keep but this was so cool of him. Thanks Econo-waste, if you know what this mans name is dont ever let him quit :)

Econo Waste has been our garbage company for years. Today I witnessed something for the first time and that’s a driver who actually got out of the truck and picked up a box that didn’t make it into the truck!!! Usually they just keep going and leave it laying there!! Hats off to the driver who actually cared enough to get out of his truck!!

We have used Econo Waste since we moved into our home almost 26 years ago. The employees are polite & responsive whenever I have contacted them. Their trash collection drivers are efficient & take great care with our trash cans. Our county commissioners recently granted the contract for our area to another company. I am so sad that Econo Waste will no longer be taking care of us.

This family business is the best one out there! The secretary’s especially Keisha has been wonderful to work with. We live in a cold state and they go above and beyond to assure the garbage is emptied to the best of there ability with the conditions they work in! The drivers are very friendly and do an amazing job! Hats off to all at this company they truly care!

It appears that they’re trying to offset poor reviews from actual customers by having employees give them good reviews.On January 29 of 2019 I went to put my trash can in. When I looked in my trashcan I could see that it was a little over half full. I contacted you can’t to waste and spoke to a woman who answered the phone. I explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do. Then I was instructed to build piles of trash up at my residence if I run out of room, and they would pick it up next week.I explained to the woman on the phone that I was not willing to build up piles of trash at my residence and that I needed somebody to come out and pick up my trash. I was told that they were not willing to send a truck out because they were not in the area. I then asked to speak with a manager,I believe her name is Keisha, who told me the same thing. After getting nowhere with her I asked if I could speak to whoever was about her. She told me no one was above her. I pressed her on that and she said well there’s the owners but they’re not here. I told her I would like to speak to them about the poor customer service. That I’ve paid for a service and that it has not been done. She said that she could not give out the owners names I told her I was a paying customer and that I needed the service I am paying for to be done, That the solution she offered me is not acceptable or sanitary, that the owners information is public record and not a secret and I didn’t understand why I as a paying customer could not contact them to explain the problem and try to have it resolve.She told me that something must have been stuck in the trash can. I told her I’ve looked at it and it is all quite loose and that I don’t see what would’ve stopped the trash from falling out. She went on to tell me that when the trash is picked up by the arm it can pinch the trashcan creating pressure that stops the trash from falling out. I told her I understand but that I still need my trash picked up. I was told I can’t do that for you. I let her know that this was not acceptable that I again am paying for a service that has not been done I then asked how the company you kind of waste would feel if I use the same excuse when it came to me paying them that I attempted to but it just didn’t come through and it have to wait until next month to get it all.This company has horrible customer service I expressed a concern, was told that the mistake was probably on their side, then was told were not going to do anything to fix the mistake because it’s inconvenient for them and to pile up trash outside of my can at my residence until next week. I would give them no stars if I could do not use this company they treat you like garbage

I received my bill from Econo Waste in the mail which is not normal as Im on auto-pay and they dont normally send one out, but they wanted me to know that they just increased the residential rates in my town to $30.00 per month from $22.00. That is a 36% increase! I contacted them by phone and was told their insurance had increased and they had to offset that increase. How did I cause that? They are now the highest trash service in my area! Im looking to find someone else after having them for more than 20 years! I think they need to look for a new insurance company.

We have been using these guys for over a year with no problems we needed a second garbage can they brought one the very next day! No payment problems never had them say we couldn’t throw something in the trash also we live in the middle of no where and we still have never had a day they haven’t picked up or been forgotten.

I had a problem with a wheel on my garbage can and they brought me a new one before the next pickup! Awesome services.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Costumer service is awful! If they do return your call you get hung up on! Lazy company! Even the owner himself is very unprofessional. Use another company if you have the choice.

PATHETIC! I have placed my can in the exact same place for over a year with not a thing said. Today they refused to dump it saying it was too close to a brick mailbox. They claim they have logged and left multiple notices about this. When I asked to see the log they said we dont have to show you that and hung up on me.

Horrible company. I have a suspicion that most if not all of the few positive reviews are written by the employees. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

We tried to get dumpster service at our house and they told us that they dont do service up where we live because there is no turn around. I informed the woman that there are several Econo-Waste dumpsters up the road. She rudely told me that wasnt true and there is no where for them to turn around. I see their truck come up every month, drive past our house and turn around just fine up the road. Dont waste your time with these incompetent clowns and go with waste management.

3 weeks in a row they havent picked up my recycling bin. It is overflowing and I am upset.

They have been strict rules on what can and cant go in a garbage can. Customer service is terrible. Dont use them if you have a choice.

Stole $100 and call me a liar....they never picked up the can for 2 weeks. Never called me back when I tried to resolve the issue.This place is a fraud. They are scrum bags.
