Well I just Had some questions about possibly Renting a unit And was met by the rudest woman Ive ever met😳 wow thank you $2500 in hand and im not going to have to deal with her attitude I hope monthly! Very interested but blown away on how I was just treated! I wasnt even able to ask a question before I was told YOU NEED TO LEAVE IM NOT OPEN TILL 8! WOW Rude as hell!! Wendsay 715 am August 8th.. If she was my employee id fire her on the spot!

Love living here. Management is great, apartments are nice. Rents not too expensive. Great location. Pool and sauna. No washer/dryer hookups, but the laundry room isnt too expensive. All around a great place to live.

Great location at the mouth of the canyon. Staff was nice enough but refused to handle noise complaints. Its nice that there are a range of lease options and I would only recommend staying for a brief time. They will jack up the rent quite a bit after each time your lease expires and soon you will be paying too much for an apartment that has no covered parking, no wd hook ups, no dishwasher and very small kitchens...I had to move my fridge over into the small dining area because I could not open the oven door all the way while standing in front of it, because the fridge was in the way. This was in the deluxe model which only means it was remodeled....because this place is old! The pool was nice but was closed for the entire month of August! They overcharged me for cleaning at move out and nobody would answer my calls or return my calls as to why. I cleaned the apartment better than it was when I moved in. There was saw dust in the cabinets and we had to put the shelves up in a few becuase they were never installed. When I had trouble with the upstairs neighbor stomping around in cowboy boots all night long and noises like someone building furniture all night, every night, I was told to call the police. Poor management in my opinion. We paid to break our lease and get out of there.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Horrible management. Rude employees. The Amenities were always dirty. Tiny apartment for too much a month.

I love renting from here. It may look sketchy but its actually really well managed and super nice on the inside.

Its an older complex. The kitchens all need to be regutted and have small dishwasher installed. Cabinets constructed from 40 year old mdf board. Interiors are all out dated.The only thing this place has going for it are the views, and the head maintenance manager (Hes the hardest worker and the only one who wont walk off the job). Hes Karens nephew and the only one who wont walk out on her.

Yuck yuck yuck they need to take care of the inside and out better. And get a gym

Great management! Has a homey feeling with a lot of great neighbors. BUT, they seem to have a problem keeping the swimming pool open!!

Strange and creepy people walking around in the parking lot. And needs a bit of a clean up. Staff is ok

LOVE LIVING HERE, Studio exactly what I wanted...great atmosphere, great views of Mtns...Office and Matenience workers very friendly and polite... Pool is awesome and not concerned with no dishwasher or hook-ups for washer and dryer. Have recommened Warren House to few friends....

If i could give it 0 stars i would this place sucks we have a one bed they had our rent at $545 then we renew our lease and they tell us the special wasnt on anymore but we were never told that was a special price after we renewed our lease they up the price to $580 then they tell us a month in advance of us renewing again and they tell us oh the rent will be 600 for a lease and 629 for month to month the rental value increased which we were NEVER told that the price would keep going up they try to keep you there by saying i dont think it will go up anymore they have poor water pressure and water is foggy and gross looking coming out sinks get very dirty very easy they try to steal money out of your pocket now they say your security deposit will not all go back to you it will be $100 it will go for cleaning expenses but we have to do a cleaning inspection to see how much it will cost NOT TO MENTION THE WHOLE YR AND A MONTH THAT WE HAVE BEEN THERE PEOPLE COME INTO OUR APARTMENT things are always moved or damaged or stolen there was a footprint of the freaking wall when i got home from work there was blood on the door frame this happens all the time they change the door lock and it still happens weve always had problems with this shady place i WOULD NOT recommend this place and washers and dryers dont even work! They take your money and theres no way to get it back! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! Not to mention even though our lease ends on the 31st we have to pay the rest of a 30 day notice which we were NEVER told since our lease is ending we shouldnt have to pay extra! Do NOT go to this place we are finally moving to a better place and will NOT be coming back!
