They are nice and they try, but service at Pleasant Farms is super sketchy and not worth the investment. Also - every time there is a problem, they say we need a new router. Somehow, I cant see my personal equipment as always being the source of service issues.
I must say they didnt start off too great with me, but weve been with them going on 2 years and they have done everything to make it better... From the billing to the technicians.
No matter how many times this kid comes out here and yet nothing works!! I have to disconnect the internet box they provide then my router for ten seconds then it works for a couple of minutes. For months Ive been dealing with this and nothing has been fixed. Avoid this company if you lifein Pleasant Farms. Theyve put a new satellite or so they say and nothing works still.
I honestly would not recommend NetWest to anyone. We have had them for 2 months now and its the worst service we have ever had. We have the highest package they offer and can barely use google. Streaming ANYTHING is out of the question. The told us we needed a new satellite so we waited two weeks for that to arrive. Then it worked for about a day and quit again. Then they told us we needed a new router so we spend $400 on that. Still cant even use it. We then called back to see what else we could do and they said the owner himself would be out to see what needed to be done so we could get any use out of it at all. He has SWORN he would be here 3 separate times on 3 different days now. STILL hasnt shown up much less called to let us know why. If you can avoid this company at all cost I would do so. I will say the lady who answers the phone in the office is pleasant and always kind, but that doesnt explain why no one ever shows up and why I pay over $100 a month for internet that doesnt work at all and a company with ZERO urgency to get the problem fixed.

Everyone in the office is very nice, i just cant get service. I live west of west county rd, not far from coliseum. I had repair guy come and it barely registers. I want to cancel it and just hot spot my usage, because I have to anyway and I am paying for the service. Im not getting any use of it. Waste of money.

Really bad experience with this company I have 3 days without internet and they told me we will send you a guy to fix it and never arrived thanks for your service but really bad costumer service ........Better pay a new line and put a hotspot ......
We called them 5 times 1st time the internet worked for only 5 min after we called 2nd time they sent someone to come fix it they came and they fixed it supposedly and still it didn’t work 3rd time same thing 4 time same thing 5th time same all I’m saying is the girl that picks up she actually help the old guy just always sends a work order so I would/wouldn’t recommended it it does good sometime and doesn’t

It’s VERY SLOW even if you are the only one on it . AND THERE IS ALWAYS OUTAGES FOR NO REASON worst WiFi company ever. I do not recommend it. 432 WiFi is overall better our neighbors have it and never have problems
Worst internet ever ... only works about 8 good times out of the month..... even when I pay my bill, it still doesn’t work .... I can’t even watch YouTube on my phone... even when I unplug everything and plug it back in . It still doesn’t work. Lol. Everyday when I’m driving home from work I pray my internet will work when I get home so I can watch Netflix.

Not the best internet weve had... but not as terrible as some of the reviews. We had to have them come back out and position the dish, everyone was nice and got us up and running.
1 star is too many. They are thieves! I have been a cust3for 3 years, never missed a payment. But here I am calling multiple times a week in an attempt to get my internet working. This past week if went down for good. Have the fixed it...NO. They wont even answer my phone number! But they sure didnt miss taking my payment from the bank for a service I havent received! Reported to the Better Business Bureau and The FCC! This is not ok!
This business does not care at all about their customers. We used their service for a year and had repeated outages and terrible service. Any time we had a issue with our service there was absolutely no sense of urgency from their support, it was always well put in a ticket and basically fix it whenever they get around to it. They would tell us they would be out a certain day then not show up.When we tried to cancel our service to go with another provider they constantly transferred me from Tech Support to Billing to Account Services and finally back to a voicemail. I emailed them and eventually someone called but did not process an order to return the equipment.I called today to try and get this done. I spoke with billing who said I needed to talk to technical support, then as soon as I was transfered and speaking with technical support they couldnt find the information and asked who I spoke with last week. As soon as I said I spoke with Brittany last week to cancel he said oh well let me transfer you to Brittany before I could even say no wait! I was transferred and sent to voicemail.This is crazy and no way to run a business, just transferring anyone who calls until they give up! I would never use them again and NEVER recommend anyone else use them.
Horrible!!We been using this provider for 3 month now and every storm we end without Internet connection and equipment burned, just to let me without internet for a week.Im seriously thinking about cancel my service.
Your going to get outages and terrible service with any cable or internet services but its to be expected they arent perfect and never claimed to be but to give them a bad review just bc it was out of their control isnt very nice..I think with help they can be better.
These people are thieves, they charged me twice for the service and I never work to call them about 10 times and they just told me that they would call me in the end. my service
I have had this service for about a year now and it is the worst. The internet is never at 5Mbps its usually around 4Mbps, There has been many occasions where the internet doesnt even work and was out for a couple of hours And whenever you call them about a problem it could take them 4 to 5 days to get someone out to help you. And to top it all you pay 60$ for the worst service possible will never use this company again.
Worst ISP ever. Ive had service with them for a month, and their speeds are so slow that I can barely browse the Internet. They promise speeds high enough to stream Netflix and other online TV services, but they dont deliver on that promise. Theyve sent a technician to my home once to diagnose any problems, but that didnt seem to do any good. The technician admitted that the problem is that they dont have (or are unwilling to spend the money to purchase) the bandwidth necessary to provide decent speeds to their customer base and that they still continue to sign on new customers. He actually seemed somewhat frustrated with this fact.
My service is always going down and takes 2 4 day sometimes weeks to fix. And always want to charge $200 a month. My games always lag like crazy.
The customer service here is less than poor. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get someone to fix my failing internet service. I tried first with the tech support fixing it remotely, when that didnt work I asked for a tech to make a house call and was told it would be no more than 3 business days. When that didnt happen I recontacted and was told an email has been sent. So far no one has taken any responsibility, I have not been contacted by a service tech, and my internet still does not work. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced and would not recommend it to anyone.

Talk about FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Promised great internet service at low rate but once I paid installation fee promises went out the window. They say its unlimited then with the first bill send you a note telling you to limit your streaming. First month I had no internet but they still charged me monthly fee and no pro rate every month after that its gone up $10 a month because of improvements. Internet service is hit and miss during the day and after 8:30 pm no internet. Customer service is super slow, you call in and they have to put a service order for technician to come out takes 2-4 Days only Monday - Friday.
Excuses excuses excuses....Slow as molasses... Expensive and not worth it.Claims problem is too many subscribers but continues to take new customers and make empty promises. I wish someone one would file a class action lawsuit against them so I could get my wasted money back.
Worst service ever. Speeds very from 300 kbs thats right kilobytes to maybe 2 mostly around 600 kbs. They told me i would be able to game Online, wrong. So much lag im going thru walls.I wouldnt recommended getting this service. Waste of money and ive only had it for a week.
Said I can game, Nope. I got 0.45 Kbps Downlod. AWFUL. The router they sell for 100$ Is like 20-40 At bestbuy. This company is just a bunch of cheaps and they will charge you for anything ( Even just to move locations ). Dont even consider going with this bullshit. Get Hughes Net or something if they even reach out here.
Installation by their Technicians was fast and very professional. Service is very very fast. The provided hardware is first rate and the router they offer for purchase is well worth the money providing a strong WiFi signal throughout my home as well as plenty of Gigabit Ethernet ports. Price is much less than any of the other providers compared to the speed. No download data limit and they do not throttle your bandwidth. I play World Of Warcraft and run Ultra Graphics with a latency of 85 ms or less. Much much faster than Clear Wire and because I live so far outside of cable internet and phone services this is the best I have found anywhere!!!!!
Everyone who has netwest is waiting for an alternative. their customers are captive and thats the only reason they use them for their internet needs.
If i could id give them no stars customer service is key to a good review i moved went 3 months without electricity called in advance to hold the account when i finally got electricity i called back they said i owed them 3 plus months plus the reconnection fee i asked to speak to the manager 3 times now i just get the voice mail they said he would call me back that was 3 months ago still no call this is bull wish i knew there corporate office number
Went 6 months with out working Internet in West Odessa. They didnt care, I was told at one point why dont I just use a different ISP. At the time there was none in West Odessa. The Day Reach Broadband showed up I dropped them. When they took the antenna off my house they just yanked it off pulling 4 shingles lose. Did they repair? Hell No!

There service is as described, by all the other comments in the reviews, But just a heads up for anyone wanting to cancel service you have to call in, the link they provide on there website to cancel service (as I was told by them over the phone) will not officially cancel your service and they will bill you up until the time you call.
Really poor service they should not say it is fast because it is really slow about the only service in the west Odessa area tho
