They are very reliable and the Technicians are very friendly And they always send An email to let me know that the internet will be having issues

Have very bad connection and when I call the so called 24/7 tech support I have to wait 4 hours on hold for them to say they will put in a ticket would not recommend unless you want to pay a lot for nothing

In the begging had a LOT of issues. They have gotten way more reliable although sometimes the internet goes out. They usually let you know when there’s an issue which is good. A little pricey but they are the only ones who come out to my address.

We just got this internet, Its been almost a week having slow internet reaching 1 to 0.5mbps. 24hr services tell me to wait till the next day and just wait for the service to go up, everytime I call and they sumitied a ticket. Ive been waiting for responses on any info and nothing still stuck with slow internet. Having to rely on hotspot for work isnt what i had in mind when you pay alot

These guys are AWESOME - they went out of their way to fix a major problem I had this Thanksgiving weekend. Starting with answering text messages from me at 7:30 am!!! Its like another customer said, we pay a little bit more, but it is WELL worth it!........... Thank you so much BJ!!!!!

Good service. Very rarely goes under what im paying for. Only complaint, the price is a little high but it is for a rural area so im ok with it.

Dont bother w it, youre better off with your phones hotspot, anything that you need to download will take ridiculous amount of time to download and the inter always falls

Actually, we are paying a lot of money for 20 Mbp, but is not even, severals times we have problem with speed, we did test deferents days and hours, 3 Mbp download and 0.5 upload it is an example, we are so frustrated. wasting money but we doesnt have another option, waiting for a cable company in gardendale area.

I had the plan of 4g served for 3 months I started to have problem they told me that they will change the plan to 8g the plan does not fight for anything ... and paid a lot.
