I lived here for a year and honestly the apartments and staff here are great. Maintenance is mostly attentive to fixing issues.However, a majority of the people who live here are trashy and rude. People throwing parties every weekend, trashing the pool so it’s closed, dogs running around off leash, residents parking their big trucks anywhere and blocking off side walks and building entrances. I’ve had issues with noise complaints with the people above and beside my apartment.The office does what they can to handle these issues but you can’t teach people to be respectful.A great apartment if you can handle the people.

I have enjoyed living here. The management and staff always answer the phone. They work until 6 so if you work until 5 and need to speak with them they are still available. The maintenance people honestly deserve a raise. Any problem I have they fix it with in a day or two. No waiting for weeks or months. Everything has been professional. The only complaint I would have would be the gate. The gates are broken and do not close. I had my truck stolen, although the gate probably would not have helped with that it would have made it slightly more difficult. The management did everything in their power they could to help me with this situation though. The manager and other employee, sarah, have always been a huge help with any problem we have. Other than that, it is great. The residents will usually look after each other and if they see anything suspicious they will usually say something. I would definitely recommend

Pool is always packed with people who dont live here. Dogs are off the leash and owners dont pick up after them. Rules are optional here. Totally not worth the money

We love living here! Maintenance is quick to assist in the issues that arise, the apartments are so homey. Tyler is so helpful and awesome! The others are great in the office too.

Absolutely beautiful apartments and the staff are extremely helpful. Tyler went above and beyond showing me three different apartment rooms, telling me about theirs specials, and even helping me with my questions I had with the electric company! He made the moving process very easy.

I am on the teacher contract, which offers a 10% discount which is negated by the flat rate of $200 for electric and $85 for water. The incentive is you don’t have to put a deposit down, but most places are running specials anyhow and are much newer and priced more appropriately. I do not recommend this for teachers, or anyone wanting to utilize the discount. You will never use the electric you are charged.***Update*** They only gave me one key when we moved in. My son just locked us out. Tuscany requires you to call a locksmith. It’s 40 degrees outside. Wow. Never again. Not renewing. Worst complex ever. Never again Weidner properties. Horrible. Their answering service told me to “Look under Google under locksmith”. Appalled. Do not rent here, you will regret it.

I’ve lived here since the summer and it’s very nice. From the pool, to the location, to the speed in which maintenance responds to your requests. It’s been a great place to live. Additionally, the office at the apartment is filled with super sweet people who are always helpful, funny and kind. They are really what have made the apartment feel like home!

Awesome experience with Tyler and Raven in the office! We knew we were going to love Tuscany at Faudree when we moved in a year ago, but now we have proof! We decided to move into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom apartment and they’ve made the transition seamless! Our move in was cake, but our transfer is the icing on it! Would give 6/5 stars if I could!

We are so blessed to have found such an amazing place to call home for the time being. We moved here to Odessa a year ago and we love it here. Tyler has helped out tremendously while being here! We went and viewed other Apartments before we found this one, and this one beats all of the other Apartment Complexes by a long shot! Highly recommended making your home here at Tuscany at Faudree if you are new here in Odessa.

5 Stars!! I have lived at Tuscany twice now and I just love it! The area is peaceful and I enjoy using the fitness center and laying out at the pool to admire the beautiful landscaping! Brek and her office staff are always friendly and have even checked on my dog for me before! The maintenance team, Eric and Cristal, are AWESOME and always have my work orders done quickly!

Beautiful property, the pool is AMAZING! The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal, maintenance is fast and friendly! I had the pleasure of speaking to Tyler who was so polite and helpful! He provided me with customer service that is rare to find now days. Tyler definitely made my experience with Tuscany Apartments one I will never forget.

From the moment I walked in, I can honestly say it feels like coming home. Beautiful Raven greeted me and gave me a tour. She was bubbly and divine. I already trust her enough to babysit my fur baby Henry, which is a high honor. Brek was very thorough and patient with me as we proceeded through the process. It has been my pleasure to also have encountered Tyler who has been very open and kind and answered any questions I have had. Everyone has made me feel so welcomed that I don’t want to find a home! I absolutely love living here!

It is what it is. Small oil town with high demand for living space. Guess they don’t feel like they need to accommodate sine there will always be a need for their apartments. That is until the oil boom ceases.

I moved into my apartment when the building was approved for tenants over 8 years ago. So much has changed around the complex but the complex remains beautiful and well maintained!!

Lived there for almost 2 years - no complaints. Maintenance issues were resolved inside of 12 hours. Grounds stayed kept up and looking nice.

Ive lived here for 2 years so far. Its peaceful, well-maintained, and the staff is always willing to help me in whatever ways they can. They are knowledgeable and up-front about the way their property operates, and why fees are the way they are.Tyler is the best leasing agent! Thanks for getting my apartment handled swiftly!

If i could give -10 stars i would!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE DISGUSTING!! If you come to look be sure to look at the grounds around the pool to see the cigarettes, food, and bird poop. Also, be sure to watch your step in the grass. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE! Staff could care less that there are problem . Multiple residents have vented to me about it! BEWARE!!! My kids have repeatedly cut their feet on the tile flooring here!

This will be a good place to live if you want your guest to be towed. There has been multiple occasions where I have had guest stay the night and attempt to leave in the morning and their vehicle has been towed. The resident is supposed to give guests a parking pass. When you have a guest coming you need to get a pass from the front office or make your guest park at the front office. So if the parking at the office is full and if the office is close (Saturday/Sunday) you have no option to get a pass. Spoke with a employee here and was told to either pay for a carport or a parking tag ($75). The tow bill is $300 and the yard is only 7 minutes away. Seems like to me the apartment have a financial agreement with the tow company. I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex.

Not worth the money. 3 times we have tried to use the grills an 3 times they were empty. Tiny little refrigerators and kitchen sinks. Counter tops are glued on an badly at that. Looks good at a glance but when looking further its not how they describe it in the brochure. Wish we would have gone to Faudree ranch. Cheaper nicer amenities and facilities.

Its not good here. I live in it. I registered my license plate when I checked in. They gave me a car sign. The brand fell into the car. They took the car directly away. I punished 300 and we stayed inside for a month 2300. I cant understand what they are doing

The outside is very beautiful and the apts are pretty nice. However If your friends or family dont have a tag for their car I would recommend not letting them either stay there or at least part their car there. They will tow you in a heartbeat!!! My friend lived there. While I was there once his step dad stayed over and his truck wasnt there in the morning. A few times later same thing happened to my SUV. It is just about $300 bucks to get your car out of the impound and its just ridiculous! The office will be no help to you on this matter either Im sure its bc they have something set up with the towing company. All theyll say is sorry but theres nothing we can do. They will then say that your able to purchase one of those really small car tags for each of your guests. They are $70 a piece. Just insane how much money they try and get out of you here.

We dont get to visit our son and his fiancé very often here. We are always afraid our vehicles will be towed away. Residence shouldnt have to worry about family and friends coming over. This is the only complex in Odessa that seems to have this problem. My daughters wanted to move here as well, but we convinced them not to, just for the parking issues. Our Son has lived here since April and I cant wait for him to move out.

We are a younger 20s couple, no children. We have lived here since Aug17 and will until Aug18. We have loved (almost) everything about it. The area around the complex is safe, not quite in odessa odessa. We have also always felt very safe in the complex, it’s like a little community, All of our neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are still apartments of course but they are nicer than average ones. Decent appliances, includes washer/dryer. Maintenance completes tasks in a timely manner. Monthly pest control. The leasing agents have always gone above and beyond to help us with anything weve ever needed. It is more pricey than the others($100/mo for a garage🤯) but I feel like you get what you pay for in a sense.With all that being said our only (BIG) complaint would be that they do not enforce the pool (or visitor) rules and there are tons of nonresidents always on property (literally throwing keg parties) to where residents cannot even enjoy the facilities we pay for. So that is very frustrating. We will miss this place, we are only moving out due to the $830 rent increase.A lot of the reviews complain about the excessive towing but they are VERY informative of the rules and if you don’t follow the rules then you will be towed, it’s pretty simple. If you even think you have a guest coming go grab a pass or have them park across the street.If they enforced the pool rules anything like they do the towing policy it would be a perfect apartment complex for anyone to live in.

How much do we have to complain about the upstairs neighbors not to mention the fact weve called numerous times about the dish washer and garbage disposal I cant even wash my dishes Bc my sink retains the sink water for Atleast two days and you can wash the dishes in the dishwasher 6 different times with different dishwasher detergent and it still dont get it clean... wont be renewing my lease at all

This apartment complex is a joke with their parking spaces available! Nowhere near enough parking spaces and you’re darn near forced to purchase a garage or covered parking just so you’ll have a place to park. Most of the apartment’s business is from the oilfield and no oilfield worker deserves to be working all day & all night and then have to search for a parking place if they even have any when we get back to the apartment. Tuscanny knows about this problem and there is nothing to solve this problem because it’s existed since I’ve been here for almost 2 years and anyone that has lived in these apartments knows and will agree that there is a problem with the availability of parking spaces. Tuscanny’s management NEEDS to offer a fix for this problem. They could designate parking spaces or even allow tenants to park in the covered parking instead of charging tenants for them!

I Loved it here at 1st! People dont pick up after their animals and speed through the parking lot. They will look for anything to kick you out. I mean ANYTHING & the rent is to high to put up their crap!!

Quite expensive. They are very nice while youre a prospect. Once a resident, not so much. Facility is new, but not well maintained. Overall, meh!

Beautiful apartments with gorgeous layouts. A little congested as far as the general symmetry of the community goes, but quiet for the most part, and friendly.

Lived here since March 2017. Rent was increased but no improvements. Had to sign a new lease because I waited too long too search around due to working long hours 6 days a week. Not enough parking. For the cost of rent, we should get at least one covered parking space but we dont. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone and will be posting this in the American Pipeliners FB page for them to be aware. This is thievery at best. Nice apartment but not for the price. Moving out once my lease is up. Oh, and the apartment complex has an active agreement with the tow company. My nieces truck was towed which she was in the wrong, but it took 2 hours to get it out along with $360. They took their time and didnt care. Poor business practices on both. Surround sound speakers dont work and they dont have outdoor tv antennas.

If you want all your friends cars towed, move here. Can’t wait to move!
