I have been living in summer tree for about a year and a half now and the living here is extremely comfortable feels like your own home. the maintenance guy Jorge is extremely professional and has taught us so much about what to do when we get our own home one day. Everything has been easy.living here is amazing. Thank you!My time living in summer tree has been good, I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or management. The office management, have been very professional,Nikki Has always greeted me with respect, her communication was well put, I haven’t had any problems and I would consider living here.

Absolutely the best apartments Ive lived at. Maintenance is super responsive, the property is well kept and Nikkel the property manager in Odessa tx, is always responsive and available for anything I need! I wouldnt live anywhere else!

I used to live there they have terrible management they gave me directly collector for $100 but they didn’t send me any email any mail any phone call. You can find easily better places to live if you wanna save your credit score and your money don’t live there…

From before we moved in til now, Sydney the office manager has been extremely attentive and responds to any and all questions in a timely manner. The community itself is so comfortable and feels as if we belong. All the trees that cover this place is something Ive never seen and just makes the place stunning! Any small or big issue is attended to within hours by the maintenance guy whom i really appreciate his hard work. The inside of our town home is much more like an actual home with the biggest and most beautiful fireplace youll find inside a townhome. Our pup, myself, my daughter, and hubby more than love it here!

Nikki has done a great job of calling me back and addressing my needs and concerns. The townhouse was perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Nikki.

Ive received good customer service from Sydney when asking all of my apartment questions. She has been very helpful even though I havent decided exactly where I will move at this time.

Not recommended because of management. Pool is full of dirt and mud.

The one bedroom layout is nice and comes with lots of amenities. Sydney was very professional when showing me the apartment.

Enjoyed my townhouse for many years. The team helped out in different ways. Pet friendly and normally quiet.

Liked the quality and size of the apartment I got to see. I like the classic brick fireplace. Office was professional and very helpful.

Too expensive for the quality. Refused to go down on rent after covid shutdown and multiple people moved out. Then wouldn’t refund deposit and tried charging for various expenses post move out that were previously there before living there. They are fake news.

Love living here. The apartment manager is extremely friendly. When I put in a maintenance request it takes no time for them fix whatever is needed. We are extremely lucky to call Summertree Place home.

I lived at Summertree a few years ago in the 2 bedroom townhome. The space was more than enough for my growing family and little dog! This felt like more of a home than an apartment to me. Both bedrooms are huge and both have walk-in closets (something I really miss!) and the fireplace was a beautiful amenity to have. Backyard space for my dog was a big plus!

Obviously they don’t want to run the business anymore. Have been calling them multiple time to look at the apartment. Never pick up the phone or call back.

James the manager is a good guy and honestly cares if you are happy with apartment and goes above and beyond to make sure you do . The grounds are kept very nice I love the neighbors and anytime something needs to be fixed they come right over and maintenance guy is always polite and gets whatever we need done fixed and its with good quality .love the apartment layout its very homey and honestly best apartment Ive ever lived at

Of course we have left my voicemail with name and phone number through out the week. Not a single call back. Cant take a look at the physical apartment is ok, but cant even communicate with the agent then I dont know why anyone should even attempt to rent.

James, the new office manager is absolutely wonderful. After a few months with poor management, he has turned around this neighborhood with the help of Crystal, our maintenance coordinator. When the complex was under different management, we were considering breaking our lease to move, but just signed another year due to the exceptional service! The grounds are relatively well kept, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, perfect for a family.James and Crystal, thank you for everything! We love you guys!

Lived there for a year and the apartment manager James was absolutely amazing. Always willing to help with what he could, and really cared how I was doing.

I had an amazing experience living at these apartments. I would still be living their today if the rent hadnt gone up so significantly because of the oil boom. They were really fast at repairing any issues that I had, and always so courteous and kind, even if it was just to get me a package or an extra set of keys. They were so responsive when we had the hail damage. The apartment manager, James came around that evening checking on me and seeing what damage the townhome had. Also when they were doing repairs after the fact, he spoke with the crew to ensure that they were being consciencious of our property. I had an amazing experience living here and would love to move back. It was a quiet complex and a great place to raise my son.

We have a big hole in our bathroom ceiling because of a leak and the sheet rock is crumbling. Its been over a week and they havent come by to fix it. They really dont seem to care about customer service. The leak started leaking again and Im afriad that mold with start to form and we will start to breathe that in. I dont see how this isnt an emergency work order, we have other problems with the townhouse but this is the main issue we are dealing with right now.

This place is horrible! You wouldnt think that since everything is slow here now they would try to keep people in their apartments but no!! My poor friend moved into these apartments a month and a half ago and has had nothing but problems! There is human poop coming up in the front that they refuse to do anything about! Her dishwasher is out, her hot water heater quits working half way through her shower, both AC units are out, only one of her showers work!!! Shes calls maintenance constantly and they tell her they will be there and they dont show up. She has been calling for a month now!!!! The last time she called they said that they couldnt talk to her because she wasnt on the lease but she paid to be put on the lease when she first got there. Your better off to in a tent then throw your money at these people. Beware!!!

Well I have always loved this apartment complex they keep up with the pest control part. My hot water heater busted and they had a new one put in before I got home from work. I mean she said the maintainence guy was on vacation but she would make sure that it was ready to go. It was like I was important witch is crazy in this area lol. Its a very nice quiet complex.

Too expensive for all the trouble and hassle. Moved into the town home there and it had all kinds of problems. We were told everything that needed fixed would be finished by the time we moved in. Not the case. Every week after we moved in we noticed something broken or needed fixed. Such as leaky faucets, tubs, showers, non working A/C, mice, ants, electrical issues with outlets, and not to mention an overflow of a septic tank that happened to be right in front of our front door. Those were just what i can remember off the top of my head. This is a span of 8 months and still we have issues. Its also impossible to get ahold of the front office. Their hours are so not correct on whatever google says or whats on their sign. It may say their open but they wont answer. Ive had to call their after hour emergency phone, which is the maintanence number, just so they can get ahold of someone at the office. For the terribly expensive rent that they charge we should be getting 5 star customer service... i dont recommend this complex unless its a last resort. Im waiting for my lease to finish so i can get out of this mess. Best of luck!
