I am so glad I found this place especially when everyone else turned me away. Alejandra is AMAZING. She answered any questions that I had and continues to make sure that we are happy and doing well here. I love the covered parking that I have for 2 vehicles. The community has been welcoming and my kids enjoy making new friends with the neighbors. Thanks again Alejandra!!!!

Just recently moved in and I love my apartment! Its updated just enough that I can enjoy an updated kitchen and bathroom. I LOVE the covered parking! The neighborhood is quiet and I very much enjoy the landscape. Samantha is super sweet and is always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend this place!

I called the manager who is nice, she does answer all my questions, I am very happy so far.

I currently live here with my boyfriend and the apartment itself is really nice and affordable for the Odessa area. The only reason I’m giving this apartment three stars is because we keep having issues with our AC unit leaking all over the counter top and floor in our bathroom and not getting cool (ac unit is in ceiling) and maintenance has came out 4 times to fix it. I’m pregnant and expecting my first child and it’s just a hassle to constantly have to deal with a hot apartment on top of the ac leaking everywhere in the bathroom. We ended up getting a tower fan that we use at night because of how hot the apartment gets.(i actually use the fan all day and plug it into whatever room I’m in) I will say the office manager Samantha is extremely caring and nice. She called after the maintenance man would fix our ac and ask if it was better. Hopefully the ac will be fixed once and for all before the baby gets here.

Worst place ever to live. Can’t wait to move from this God forsaken place! 241 Neighbors on the second floor are extremely loud. Office won’t do anything about it especially since they never answer their phones...and there’s always someone parked in your parking spot so you have to get them towed. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors cough. It’s a shame! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN.

I have had a great experience so far. Kendall and Mariana have been great help!
