Gave it five stars but it really needs like two. Me and my sister went in to tour the place with out a mask not knowing we needed one. A lady in the building proceeded to tell us to put a mask on meanwhile she doesn’t have one on. Then she puts a shirt over her face. Not gonna lie it made me mad but it was hilarious at the same time. The guy touring was sweet tho. So props to that.

The apartments feel like a luxurious oasis in the middle of nowhere. High end, modern, spacious living. I absolutely love living here. Beautiful gym, beautiful pool. Highly recommend it. Devon sweet guy

A new apartment complex with a good staff. The staff was very helpful in getting me into the apartment quickly. The complex is very clean and looks great, poolside is well done, and you can rent another small garage. Latitude has hired a good grounds keeper, who manages to keep everything picked up despite the wind blowing in trash from off site. There are no garbage disposals so expect to trash bag everything, and take it to the dumpster soonest. As long as they continue to pressure wash the breezeways regularly, there shouldnt be too much filth from drippy trash bags.

Sirena has been so great at taking care of everything needed. Our apartment is beautiful, and the facilities are such a great plus. We utilize the pool and fitness center weekly. Everything is kept so nice and clean.

I’ve only been here for a short amount of time but the front office team, Serena and Devin have been incredibly helpful. They’re always available and go out of their way to do things to make life easier for us!

Very people oriented. Made me feel at home right away. LOVE it here.

I highly recommend these apartments because they are brand new, the staff there are very friendly specially the manager Sarina, she is very kind with everyone and the Community is clean and good location.

Serena and Christina have been extremely helpful since I have moved in they go above and beyond ! I am happy with how everything is coming along its looking very nice, I love living at Latitude!

Sarina and Devon have been awesome to work with from the initialleasing process through the move in. We love our new place and the quality of our unit is amazing!

The Staff are always friendly and have a high regard to the appearance of the grounds...its always clean...great rec. facilities, always stocked with drinks & healthy snacks.
