I could not be happier with my experience. I had ordered a ring from another jeweler out of state. Even though I ordered the correct size it came a 1/2 size to small. Barns was able to resize my ring for me at a reasonable cost and in less time then anticipated. I will absolutely be using them in the future for any and all of my jewelry fixing.

My mom recommended your store to me. She said shes been going to you for years and that you do fabulous work and are very trustworthy. So I brought in my ring to have the prongs checked, and a bracelet to have a large stone secured back into place. Your work and pricing were spot on. You even completed additional work at no charge. I couldnt be more please. BUT, while I was in the store, it was hard to hold back as I overheard you speaking very loudly about your political beliefs. Only being accompanied by my mom prevented me from storming out of your store.

My wife and I have gone back to Barnes Jewelers for wedding bands, and a second band for my wife and every subsequent experience was just as good. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing.They took extra time to explain to us things about this ring that we didn’t know- even though they didn’t sell it to us. Rita was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. We fell in love with two rings and ended up purchasing them both because the price was so great.This is definitely my new go-to jeweler, and I will be returning in the future with some inherited broken jewelry for Rita to make into new treasures for me. Hopefully my husband saw me swooning over some diamond earrings...hint hint dear!

Love Barnes Jewelers! Always greeted with a smile when I walk in, even if they are busy and can’t help you right away you are acknowledged. Took my wedding ring in for repair because a small diamond had fallen out and was told approximately two weeks. It was ready in one week yay! Also I really appreciate that they don’t have cookie cutter jewelry there. If you like what’s trendy they will certainly have it, but they also have things that are a little bit different as well.

Rita Ward helped my husband and I to re-design my engagement and wedding band with an anniversary band wrap with white and blue diamonds for our 40th Anniversary. It took approximately three weeks, but it was worth waiting for. It turned out awesome! I also had a mither’s ring re-done that I selected as a little girl for my mother. Rita helped me create my children’s birthstones in the ring. It turned out absolutely beautiful!I would recommend Barnes Jewelers to anyone. I bought my wife’s engagement ring here and shortly after had to bring it back to be resized a half size bigger. They cheaply just hit it and stretched it without adding gold making the band super thin and some of the white gold plating had come off. I spent thousands of dollars here and they had to try to save a buck working on my purchase.
