Tech called ahead of arrival time and notified me of his location and how long it would take to get to my residence. Upon arrival he greeted me with professionalism and was courteous in taking the time to ask about shoes on our hardwood floors. During diagnosis of the washer unit he was through and explained the repair process and what needed to be done in a way that was easily understandable and complete.All in all he was a great in home repair man with the utmost professionalism. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Not a reflection necessarily off the local store…but overall very difficult to get a satisfactory answer.I had a warranty claim that got routed back to the warranty company by Sears. It took me multiple phone calls to find that out also a month after they sent the claim back.My warranty company has no record of being informed.Just a standard attempt to screw over people by a warranty company. Nothing to see here folks.

Sears Appliance Repair was available for same day service...I went with them, thinking great! The only problem was...the technician opened the machine and indicated that the control board was bad, and no part was available. He did not offer any solutions. Was in my house for all of ten minutes. As soon as he left, I looked online and found the part.I called a different repairman to complete the job. Bad juju.
