We own a number of commercial buildings and have always used Pats Heating for everything from maintenance to new systems. We needed a new HVAC system taken off and a new one put on a roof. This is the first time I have seen this done in person. From the time Sean and his crew got there, to the crane getting there, to the old system lifted off the roof to the new system put on the roof was 25 minutes. Oh and the junk man came to take the old unit within this time too. The whole team from the office personnel, service personnel, and work crew at the site were so personable, helpful and I tell you they are well oiled machines. I would recommend this team 100% to anyone. They are a blessing to this whole community and beyond. Thank you for always taking great care of us. It doesnt go unrecognized.

My 23yr old furnace went out on Easter Sunday morning . Called them on Monday and by Thursday we had a new furnace installed. The tech explained to me that it would be more to replace the parts, due to being obsolete, than getting a new furnace. The installation was done professionally and explained in detail to me. My experience with Pats Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent.Working with Barb at the main office, she made sure I understood all the options for replacing my AC system which had broken and could not be fixed due to the old Freon coolant legislation. She answered all of my questions and was very kind. We came to a quote for the replacement and it was not exceeded! This was refreshing and honest. Many companies try to add additional charges during or after the job.Dustin and Garett came to my house and installed the entire AC unit. They were very polite and professional. They also answered any questions I had about the new unit. The installation went well and they were careful to not leave a mess of any kind.As a courtesy, they also installed a new thermostat that I had purchased myself which they did not have to do. Other companies would have charged me.When Dustin and Garett left, Pats sent another person out to collect the old parts from the previous unit. I unfortunately did not get that persons name, but they did an excellent job of cleaning it up without leaving any parts behind.I appreciated all the help Pats gave me with this repair. After waking up to a cold house two days ago, we contacted an HVAC company that was referred to us, but found out, we are out of their service area. That company referred us to Pats Heating & Air Conditioning, which we took as a positive sign that Pats is a trusted company. Mike was here in a couple hours and helped us to decide the best path forward, which was furnace replacement and we also replaced the AC, both units being 30 years old. When Mike left, he lent us 3 space heaters to use until the new furnace was installed early the next day. Troy and crew arrived promptly the next morning and got to work. Five hours later, old units were taken away, new units were installed, workspace was cleaned, and Troy explained how to use everything. We used Pats Heating & Air in February when our heat went out. Our heat had stopped working on a weekend when we were due to go out of town the next day. The on-call person tried to walk me through how to temporarily fix it over the phone, so that we didnt have to pay the weekend charge by having them come out on a Saturday. We werent able to get it fixed but they offered to bring by space heaters for us to use until Monday. We ended up needing to replace our furnace as it was a very old system and had used up its life. We were still out of town when they came out to install the new furnace & a/c system and they stayed in communication with us the whole time. We were able to return home to everything working properly again!

Mike stopped to do a routine check up on the furnace. He found that the heat exchange failed and was putting Co2 in the house. He shut the furnace down immediately and got me in touch with Shaun, who came right over and reviewed my replacement options. The next morning (7:30AM) Barb had Troy and Ryan at my house to install the replacement furnace and A/C along with improvements to the current duct work that I asked about. The whole process went quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Pats is great to work with. From the very first interaction with the receptionist to the last interaction with the technician, this company has been professional, honest and very responsive. They could’ve taken me for A LOT of money (it has, unfortunately, happened to me by Allied AC that I’d used in the past) so I was leery, to say the least, when I had to call to have my AC looked at. I got a real (very friendly!) person on the phone when I called. The receptionist asked how to make my family comfortable with this very hot summer heat while my AC was out and arranged for a technician to come out the next day. The tech that came was prompt and courteous. When it was determined that I’d need a whole new unit after weighing some options with me, the tech had my quote through email by the end of the day. The fantastic people in the office called me the next day to arrange a new unit installation. They were able to come 4 days later with a brand new unit. When turning our air conditioner on, it didnt sound right but it seemed to be working so I didnt pay any more attention to it. After a few hours it bothered me that it just didnt sound right. My husband checked and said the fan was not working and I contact Pats Heating. They sent a tech out later on the same day. The tech informed us that the unit was 32 yrs. old, offered to see if they could even find a fan for it etc. and they would also get some quotes on a new unit and what would work best with the furnace we have. We then could make an choice on what we wanted to do. We ended up ordering a new unit. We had it the next day, exactly between the time they said they would arrive and even worked overtime in the sun on one of the hottest days of this season so we could get some relieve from the heat. The service techs were efficient, courteous,cleaned everything up, and knew their trade. These are great people to do business with. This summer my 35 year old Carrier AC finally develop enough of an issue to make me think it is time to replace. Had a great talk with Ryan, the tech, and made the purchase of a new Daiken. Install done a few days later, a good price and all is well.Heating season came fast and furious and my 17 year old Bryant needed a new secondary heat exchanger. This time Todd had it diagnosed in 5 minutes and explained not only the issue, but my 3 options. He made the system work in what I called a crippled mode. That same afternoon Barb in the office emailed me the info with 3 options including the rebates, Focus on Energy credits etc. We stopped by the office to talk w/Sean and made our decision so as to have install next week. Great work and good prices again. Best is two new systems with 10 year parts and labor warranties. Peace of mind for a long time!

I would highly recommend Pats Heating and Air Conditioning. Our AC unit went out during the hottest week of the summer, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician walked us though all different options we had (repair vs. replacement) and was very upfront on pricing. We opted to get a new unit, and due to this our initial service fee was waived. The technician also added some refrigerant to the system, free of charge, to hopefully last us until our new unit was ready to be installed. During what Im sure was a very busy week for them, we were able to get our new system installed 6 days after our initial service call. The install crew was great as well, and got everything done as planned. Again, if youre in need of Heating/Air Conditioning repair or replacement I wouldnt hesitate calling Pats.

We had an issue with our old furnace and initially called them for emergency service. The tech was very professional and talked me through what was needed to restore heat. They then came the next day and determined we needed a new furnace. Quote was very clear and gave us options. Our new furnace was in within a week. The installers were very professional and did a great job matching the plenum and modifying the venting. Very happy this far and will definitely work w Pats in the future.

Pat’s Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job of repairing our ailing AC system. They diagnosed the problem and explained which components were failing. They also proposed how updating some of the duct work could improve the overall efficiency of the system. The work date was arranged and the crew arrived exactly on time and worked methodically and efficiently to complete the project in a single day. Our air conditioning system works better now than it did when originally installed.

We had a new A/C installed and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were very efficient and easy to deal with. Customer service was really what sold us to this company. I had looked at a total of 3 different companies and Pat’s was an easy choice. They gave us a quote within a few days, flexible with my work schedule, very friendly and efficient installation crew. The other companies I looked at were definitely lacking in all of these areas, one company refused to give me an estimate unless my husband was present (even though I was the homeowner and paying for it). Thankfully this was not an issue for Pats. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Shaun provided a very thorough estimate of necessary material and time required for the new install. The installation crew laid out floor protection and swept up when they finished. When the crew finished the new installation they went over all the operating directions including explaining the humidifier and UV air purifier. The estimate was the final cost - no surprises. We have been using them for years. Super nice guys. On the coldest day of the year our furnace quit. Pats Heating came out in a couple of hours. Because we needed a new furnace they brought 4 small heaters for us to use . Kept the house warm until morning when they installed a new furnace, Our house is warm and toasty again.

We’ve used Pat’s multiple times now and will keep going back when we need HVAC service. This latest visit was to replace a very outdated heating system with new duct work, furnace and AC unit. Pat’s had an easy to work with and friendly staff from all touch points. (Reception to sales to installation crew.) We found their costs lower than other area providers. Due to the “weirdness” of our home, the team had quite a challenge in front of them and they did an amazing job. Was not expecting to need a new furnace this week, but after waking up to no heat on the west side of our home this past Monday we knew something was wrong with that furnace. Barb was able to get Mark there within a short time. After checking it out he found a burned out ignition board. Had also had problems with inducer motor grinding noise and decided to replace the 13 year old furnace and stop the worrying! Was informed of the rebates and specials and had the contract from Barb quickly. Because the installers could not come the next day we were offered space heaters but felt with the other furnace working we would not need them. First thing on Monday Reese and Don arrived to remove the old and install the new. Covered floors and stairs and left no mess, besides being pleasant, professional, and informative. Also got two new thermostats. Another quality job. As much as we like Pats and all their employees we just hope to see them for the spring checkup without any new equipment needed. Can the one almost 25 year old air conditioner condenser make it thru one more summer??? Please!!!!!

I moved to Oconomowoc 2yrs ago and after a series of unfortunate events with the furnace the previous owners installed, I was able to track down that Pats did the install. I called them and they came right out to see what the problem was. The tech took a totally different approach and fixed the issue. As of today I was having an issue with the original AC unit (not installed by Pats). Called and they had a tech to my house in no time and the problem was fixed! Love the company, their techs and customer service. I highly recommend!!!

Today I had a Daikin 2.5 ton Refrigerant Air Conditioner installed in my home. If you are in doubt as to who you want to go with.....Pats Heating & Air Conditioning were amazing. It all started on Friday afternoon when I called with a problem, Barb had Dan come out to check it. Much to my surprise, I needed a new Air Conditioner, Dan explained exactly what was wrong, there was no doubt I definitely needed one. He explained the next process, being by this time it was late Friday.....he said Barb would get the paper work and try to get it to me by Saturday....if not Monday. Saturday morning the proposal was e-mailed to me....Called her on Monday morning to answer a couple of question....an hour or so later the installer called to tell me they would be out on Tuesday (today) at 8AM. 7:55 AM the Pats Heating & Air Conditioning truck was in my driveway.....Don & Jay were so kind, explained all the was going to be done. They installed what had to be done, in and out within a little over 3 hours. Had me look at what was done, answered my question. Everyone I had to deal with at this company went beyond the call of duty. I was able to talk to Mary (owner) who at the time didnt know who she was, and again so kind and sweet.....If you have ANY doubt as to who you should go with...….I hope I was able to clear your mind a little.....I may add they ARE VERY fair in their prices.....Thank you so much everyone at Pats Heating & Air Conditioning....Sincerely,Valerie

This is the third time I have come back to Pats Heating for HVAC work at my house. They installed a new air conditioner for me and it was a seamless process. Received the quote, notified them I would like to move forward and they were at my house within a week to change it out! Both of Pats Heating personnel were extremely professional and then cleaned up after themselves so there was no additional work for me when I got home. I would highly recommend Pats Heating for any of your HVAC needs.

We have had a relationship with Pats now over the past year and a half. We bought a 13 yr. new home and converted everything from propane to gas. It was quite an undertaking. Pats came in and ran pipes and made sure that everything was running smoothly. They made recommendations and months later came out when we called them, even on short notice and did way more than was required. They always go above and beyond and their service personnel are always neat, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have here. We highly recommend! We have had lots of contractors and service personnel who have not been so great. We have no fear with Pats. Reasonably priced as well. Todd our service person for the recent pipe repairs to convert our fireplace did work the fireplace people were supposed to do but who had dropped the ball on us. Todd did his job and theirs too and was fantastic and friendly. Everyone at Pats is awesome, even the office people! All of them do what they say and more.

Ryan recently came to our house for to check our furnace after a home inspection. I was able to schedule an appointment within just a couple of days. He diagnosed the problem, carefully explained it all to me, and was able to return the next day with the part to fix it! I greatly appreciated his courtesy and expertise and how quickly he resolved our problem. Ryan gave truly excellent service. We have used Pats Heating and Air Conditioning for years and always receive prompt, courteous and excellent service.

Were so happy with our experience with Pats Heating. We have used them exclusively for the past 15 years, and this week confirmed that we made the best choice in our HVAC needs. Our furnace died on Thursday night (the week before Xmas, with out of town guests visiting) and Justin was out to our house late that night to see if there was anything he could do. The furnace was 21 years old, and he gave us all our options to make an educated decision. We opted to go with a new furnace and they were able to arrange their schedule for Friday to get it installed within 24 hours of our call. Wed also like to thank Barb for going the extra mile in helping us with getting some credit from the furnace dealer. It definitely helped with the cost. The installers were great too! Thank you to everyone at Pats for making it an absolutely great experience. You really couldnt have done ANYTHING better than you did. The service level provided to us by all of your employees that we dealt with was extraordinary.

I am a long term customer. Pats installed the first furnace and A/C when we built our house >20 years ago. They have performed required service over the years as needed and were always prompt and charges fair, whether in the heat of the summer or cold of winter.Time came for a new furnace + AC. Pats was our first choice. We did comparison shop. Pats came in with a good price and best explanation of their recommendation ( Daikin 96% efficiency 2 stage furnace and 16 SEER A/C). Installation was great and well explained. We had to discuss positioning a bit as the new furnace is wider and I have my cyclone next to it as well as an unusual drain setup. Everything done in 1 day . Don and Jay were great. Definitely recommended.

We had an air conditioning failure during the worst heat wave in many years. Pats was quick to respond to our issue. They were very prompt and courteous. The employees were honest, caring and exceptionally professional. They diagnosed the problem and gave us many options for resolution to our problem. I feel that they recommended the most cost effective yet proper long term solution. Even though Pats was very busy with other customers they were able to work around my schedule. We have lived in Oconomowoc for 6 years and always believe in supporting local trades with our business. We have had Pats Heating and Air Conditioning come out for all our repair services. We recently had them install a new high efficiency A/C unit, and all our contacts with them have been excellent. I have interacted with probably 5 or 6 of their employees, and they are always willing to teach me, the humble homeowner, how to better maintain the system. They explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. The explain options with benefits and costs, and when decide what to do, they arrive on time and do it. They come with all the equipment on their truck, and I have never had to wait for another day while they get the right part. They have never let me down, and Im sure they will serve you in the same way.

It is always stressful to have expensive home repair and replacements, but when my furnace went out a couple of weeks ago, Pats heating was right here in an hour to give me space heaters to hold me over until they could put in a whole new heating/ac system. It turned into a bigger project than expected because of the old wiring in my house, and they were able to resolve that as well. I now have a worry free warm house! And the guys vacuum up after themselves better than I ever could have! Dont hesitate to call on them, and tell them I sent you!!

Pats Heating and A/C went above and beyond expectations. We had the unfortunate experience of having our furnace break down just before the coldest temperatures of the season were due. We were referred to Pats by a friend and we are glad we were. From the first call to Barb, to the tech, Josh, coming out in an incredibly fast time we were very impressed.
