Jordan the technician was prompt and had all his Id ready so we knew who to expect. Service was professional, explained in plain language what he was inspecting on the furnace. Showed pictures of possible service areas and made some recommendations. We received an estimate for the service areas later. Cleaned the area and left it looking great. We have used them to install can lighting and we were very impressed about how clean they were with the work they did.Highly recommend for services they offer.

I am so impressed by this company and the service they provide. I sent a request through the website after hours and immediately received an email response with a phone call the following morning. I lined up my appointment to have a chandelier removed and a new one installed, as well as a new outlet installed. I received confirmation emails along the way regarding the appointment, a text when the technicians were on their way as long with their pictures for identity verification. Nate and Josh arrived at my house on time And were incredibly polite and professional. I showed them what needed to be done and they gave me an exact price quote before they started the work. I had an appointment scheduled to get a quote on updating our 100A panel, but a week before that appointment the main breaker decided to take a dump. I called In Phase and they had Joe out here in about an hour. He did a temporary fix and restored our power safely, then gave us the quote for upgrading the panel. The price was reasonable, and they were able to come out about a week and a half later.Joe arrived with Drake first thing in the morning and got to work right away replacing the service entry and 100A panel. I work from home so they provided temporary power so I was able to continue working. They were very professional and respectful, and did a fantastic job of everything. The workmanship is top notch and looks neat and clean. Afterwards they walked through the whole job and made sure I understood everything they did.I would definitely recommend In Phase and I would use them again on future projects.

We have used In-Phase for a couple of projects over the past couple of months. Our house is old and tempermental and Dan and his team changed out our 1970s push-o-matic panel, buried a line a hundred yards to restore power to our out-building, and a handful of other general repairs. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and they managed the entire project with very little interaction from us. I have no basis for cost comparison for projects like this, but I can say the estimate came in way under my expectations. Highly recommend In-Phase and Dan. We will use them for our future needs.

It is a difficult unit to work since the company is know longer operating. He tried diligently to find the part needed, utilizing several out of state suppliers. Jordan came in to do a air-conditioning inspection however at the time of the appointment my air conditioner was not working. I first engaged InPhase in 2019 because they were BBB rated. They performed some electrical work/upgrades on my house. I brought them back in 2020 for another round of electrical upgrades. When I bought a new house in 2021, I had them within five hours of closing to assess the HVAC and eventually install my new furnace and AC units. In a few days (closing +22 days), I will have Big Joe come out to start the same process on the electrical infrastructure of the house.This group will probably be the last group I work with for my HVAC and Electrical needs while I still live in their service area. At this point, I probably have personally met every member of their team at least once. As a rule they are kind, patient, and (most importantly) knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. They take time to understand what I am trying to accomplish, assess my initially proposed plan, suggest that I add the things that I havent thought about, and remove the things that wont add value or help me reach the goal I set forth.

In-phase was exactly was we needed. Dan was professional from start to finish. He listen to what we wanted, told us what he wanted to do and made the changes as explained to us. He was nice and kept everything clean as he worked. We liked working with Dan.

Cancelled our first appointment, showed up 20 minutes late on the 2nd one, when I had a limited window for them to get a complicated install done.While I made the mistake of thinking I was saving money by using an inferior Leviton product, two electricians couldnt figure out where the load is. **I figured it out when they left (hint: if you tie all wires together and no light comes on, its not the load)Asked for bids on 4-5 other projects, a couple of which we would want done right away. Never got them. Called twice the week after and was told manager would call me back, never did.Only reason I give any stars was due to how nice the techs were.

Nate came and added a wall plug, fixed several lights and a light switch. He was able to come early, did the job and cleaned up. H was masked and very personable. Very reasonable in price. We will have them back in spring for our next project.

Not trustworthy. I called them to give me an estimate on a few projects at my home. As they were about to leave they asked if they could take a picture of my electrical panel. I thought it was strange but I said it was okay. They went into the basement on their own and what they did was stick a sticker on my brand new electric panel that read do not remove. Call In Phase Electrical & Air if you have any electrical issues. They have never done any work for me and did not have permission to to that. When I went to remove sticker it took with it all the instructions for the panel.

Showed the need for duct cleaning and assessed the life of the AC unit.Had good information and shared it effectively. Attuned to safety wearing a face covering and gloves. Did the duct cleaning and showed us the improvement in each area. Air circulation in home is remarkably improved.

Absolute rip off. Selling my home and needed a couple of standard outlets replaced with GFCI outlets and was quoted $1000+. A GFCI cost $10 at any hardware store. Charge $100-150 an hour for labor if you like, didn’t take more than an hour. Was expecting around $300 or so for this call, if charged for a couple of hours plus parts, not more than triple that. Glad to be moving out of the area and never have to call again. Recommend not using this company.Reply to your comments Shaun - There was no miscommunication. Your tech stated in advance how much of a price gouge he intended on delivering. I moved forward with the bare minimum of work needed to satisfy the home inspection and replace three outlets instead of five to the tune of $644 instead of $1000. If I had time and our home closing wouldnt have been delayed I would have gone with another company. If you are good charging $200+ per outlet swap that takes 15 minutes and retail costs is $15 then good luck to you. I stand by my original post and would not recommend your company to anyone.

Because of the thorough check of your electrical system as standard policy, we were alerted to non-code issues in our electrical box, incorrect amperage and melting wires. We requested quotes for a panel upgrade or replacement. Also received a quote for running an outdoor line about 50 feet. The sales person gave a dire report to my tenants about the “dead animal hair” in the ducts. While this may be a good sales tactic to get the tenant on board and rallying for duct cleaning, the customer (me) does not appreciate the extra pressure. Their price was also double what Hartlaub charges, which in my experience has always been thorough and professional.
