I have gone there twice, they do not use sterilize tools, they’re very loud and think it’s party time, my appointments are always 45 minutes late before I get seated. I spent $65 on a luxury pedicure and only received half of the service, however it appears that her boyfriend is the one who had performed the pedicure . They also talk about clients as soon as the clients leave in front of everybody. This place is so unprofessional and unsanitized and I don’t know how they’re going to stay in business with the rate, don’t get me wrong they have a few technicians that are awesome, I just wish they were at a different salon. I gave the salon two chances and I cannot go back for the money that I have spent as I get my nails done every two weeks.

Awful experience. The salon is nice and clean and the staff is friendly, but the owner plays games with pretending that she doesn’t “know how” to issue refunds to customers.2 hours after receiving a pedicure the polish in my nails was STILL not dry. I got home and found that my toenail polish was all gunky and damaged so I touched it to see if it was dry and the polish on the entire nail was still sticky! It wiped off completely! This is regular polish and there is no reason it should still be sticky 2 hours after.So I called to ask for a partial refund and they told me, we don’t know how to do that.They asked me to come back to have it fixed but it would be an hour round trip drive for me to do that and frankly I don’t want them touching my nails again after this experience.I just want my money back. They tried to tell me the only way I can get a refund is to drive over there to get cash back, which I’m pretty sure is illegal since I paid with a card they have to issue the return back to the original payment method.I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I came in for my first set of acrylics ever, and Lana walked me through every detail. She took the utmost care in preparing my natural nails, as I asked, and even scrapped a design and started anew halfway through; when I wasnt liking the results.I will definitely be coming back, as this experience beats sitting at home waiting for my nails to dry lol. Thank you!!!******* Came back today (3 days later) and Cece cut them back and painted this adorable design! So lucky to find this place as my first nail salon!

Ive gone to PNK Nails and Spa for the past year. It doesnt matter who you end up with everyone is so amazing, funny, entertaining and SO TALENTED. Not once have I had a bad experience nor do I ever feel like I got over charged.

Cece and her team are the absolute best of the best. I had been looking for a nail salon for years and just couldn’t find anyone that did consistent great quality work. I’ve been coming here for over 7 months and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. Cece is the absolute sweetest and her customer service is really the best. She cares so much for her clients and employees. I could really go on and on how amazing this salon is.

The staff was awesome and fun making our visit all the more enjoyable. The team did an excellent job on our pedicures and on my gel nails. We will definitely be going back!!

More than happy with my service, super friendly staff and a positive atmosphere that makes it a great experience. Book appointments and be patient with time cause all good places are usually busy, and focused on customer service. So if you break a nail they will take care of you, and I am okay with someone jumping in front of me for repair knowing that someday that will be me. Happens to us all. Happy Halloween 2020

I walked in this morning right when they opened and was turned away because they are by appointment only. There was only one other person ahead of me. They didnt even attempt to look at their schedule to see if there was availability to work me in for a simple pedicure.

They do a great job on nails but the staff doesn’t wear masks. Even when asked to put a mask on they refused.

Great service. Good people. Always making their customers feel welcomed and enjoy laughing with them. Best place Ive found for amazing pedicure. Absolutely love it here

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done for the first time. We were asked if we had an appointment and I replied no. They immediately said sorry can’t do. They didn’t even ask if we wanted to make an appointment or anything. We will never go back! My daughter went to car and cried because they were rude.

Walked in, nail techs don’t even have masks on. Asked for a 7 pm appointment and I called two hours before. I am having a baby tomorrow and really needed to get them done. They shouldn’t have agreed to taking on the appointment. I waited for 20 minutes before some guy came up to me and said sorry she’s running 40 minutes behind. They close at 8? Super unprofessional and crammed. Based off other reviews I shouldn’t have come here but they were the only place open late. Don’t come here!

Had a great experience at PNK nails yesterday. Gio did my pedicure—great attention to detail and fun to chat with. The owner is so sweet. I didn’t get her name but she was courteous on the phone and greeted me enthusiastically. She did a beautiful, simple manicure but I’d like to go back to see her nail art first person! Allow a little extra time (1.25 hrs for pedicure) and budget ($50 for basic mani/pedi), but the quality, conversation and care are worth it! Plus the ambiance is nicer than other low-grade salons 🤩

I love this place!!!! Such great customer service and the place is so cute! Great selection of color and I had such a wonderful experience there.Cece, Gio and Lana were so great. My grandma and I got beautiful pedicures and cant wait to be back.

This was my 1st time here. They lived up to their high reviews. Ive had bad experiences here in town before so I was really nervous. I had finally found a great tech/friend then life happened & now shes moved out of state...it brought me here to Lana. Shes so amazing & patient with me and all my craziness! My nails were no small feat for her after not being done since 30Dec! They now look beautiful again!! This atmosphere is so open and fun, I absolutely love it. I cant wait to go to my next appointment! One nail Lana 😉

I tried calling the company twice this morning (calls an hour a part) and they didn’t answer the phone but texted me. They said they could take us as walkins after 5. So my friend and I go to do a walk in and we immediately get asked to leave because “they’re too busy.” I mentioned the text messages and the woman who apparently texted me looked at me and said, “yeah we’re too busy.” But when I had specifically asked if I needed to set up an appointment, she ignored my question and said we could be a walk in. So literally, I was told, “can you leave?” Within the first 5 seconds of walking up to the establishment. I completely understand they were busy but just flat out telling me to leave was rude.

As soon as I got there they mentioned I’d be seen soon by one of the staff members. 30 min past then the owner said I needed an appointment to get serviced .. Super frustrating!!!Poor communication skills. Get it together. Masks are also not enforced. Gross. Multiple employees and customers were not wearing masks.

I have had my nails done by CC twice now and she is the MOST incredible nail artist I have ever met. Everyone there is so kind and professional. I feel so comfortable and safe. They all wear their masks and still manage to make every experience personal and fun!!!!!!!

They were amazing, so sweet.. very professional, they offered drinks as soon as we came in. They had conversations with us and didnt ignore us.
