We came in for four haircuts with Jason and Penelope. They were both so kind and professional. My daughters and I left with the haircuts we asked for. They made us feel welcome and heard. We got exactly what we asked for. The salon was clean and the service was impecable. Well definitely be back! Thank you Jason and Penelope!

I don’t usually review but me and my girlfriend were in a rush and forgot to leave tip so this is my tip! I just went here a couple days ago and had an amazing experience with the stylist Jason! He did an amazing job

The location is clean and following Covid protocol. Penelope listened to my ideas about what I wanted in a cut and gave me the exact solution to what I wanted and even showed me a picture before starting with the style. I am totally happy with my cut the way it frames my face. I just moved to the area so I’m happy I got lucky to find this location and professional Stylist.

The people here are friendly and really take care of you. They follow all covid rules and regulations.

I had the worst experience there the girl who cut my hair obviously have no idea what she was doing she completely whacked my hair did not do what I asked her to do she ruined my hair I was so upset and completely unhappy I will never return there ever again I dont even know why I was expecting them to do something that theyre definitely not qualified for doing business solutely sucks and is horrible

Absolutely great location, the Supercuts up the street (college and 76) was terribly full and offered NO online status or appointment option (now I see why). This was a mile down the road and the hairdresser was absolutely fabulous, super mellow, friendly, and of course talented (my hair was just the way I wanted it when she was done). My new favorite Supercuts in North County San Diego

I prefer Jason to cut my hair. He does it faster than most with an extreme level of quality. He told me today hes was doing cos play as Fat Thor, I was in awe of his majesty. I personally could not think of something cooler, I have already and will continue to tell my friends about it. Jason you da man! Thanks for the dope haircut.

Ive gotten my haircut by 3 people there and each one has been perfect! Tara was the first and most recently was Jason. I absolutely LOVE my hair and Jason helped me pick out the perfect product to achieve the look I was going for. Im beyond happy with my hair and I feel pretty again!!

I will keep going to this Supercuts as long as Samantha works there. She understood exactly what I wanted, and from past experience not every stylist, whether at Supercuts or no, is fully educated on the latest styles. You can’t go wrong with Samantha.

This is a little late but its well deserved. Had Jennifer give me a haircut... Exceptional is a weaker word for the detail ad care she put it ! The atmosphere and both her and the other gentleman working even though were super busy, had a calm and welcoming attitude. I had walked in just for a one time deal because I get my haircut on base... But not anymore !!Good customer service goes a long way!

I got a haircut from here today and it’s by far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The fact the the hair stylist thought it was acceptable to let me walk out of there with no fade at all and instead a straight line all around my head is an embarrassment to no only there self but the entire establishment!

I used to pay over $100. for a haircut in Beverly Hills. Ive been getting my hair cut for a lot of year.Dani, or Dannie, who I call The Tiger Girl gave me the most stylish, elegant haircut that I have ever received.Excellent.Exactly what I wanted and it grew out beautifully.Thank you.

Great stylist named Shasta at Town and Country in Oside

I made appointments online for myself and son for 11:00/11:30. We arrived at 10:45 and was told that the earliest we could be seen was 1:00. When I asked about the appointments that I made I was told that the online appointments dont really work.

I highly advise against going to this supercuts for a variety of reasons. Not only did they completely butcher my hair, the manager (Jason H.) was completely unprofessional and the owner never returned my call. I went in to be a hair model that *I* was solicited for, and was supposed to get 1/2 an inch trim, I ended up losing well over 4 inches of length and had to go get my hair cut at a reputable salon to correct it, where they had to take off an additional inch and a half to try to even out my hair. Also, before leaving the salon I inquired about enjoy leave in conditioner and thermal spray. Dakota told me they didnt carry it and thats when Jason stepped in and said that they did and sold me about $65 worth of products, the enjoy leave in conditioner spray and an enjoy oil and told me that they would act as a thermal protectant. Once I got home and washed and styled my hair I noticed some major discrepancies, and upon further investigation it turns out that neither product that Jason sold me under the impression that they would be providing thermal protectant, actually serve as a thermal protectant. It was brought to supercuts attention that I was extremely unhappy with my hair cut and they offered to comp me a hair cut at the salon and when I asked Jason if he could dry my hair before I were to leave if I got the hair cut correction done there his exact words were that he wasnt going to burden his salon with drying my hair and that it would be $35 dollars just to blow dry my hair after the comped hair cut. I said forget it because I wasnt making that same mistake twice (leaving with unfinished hair, only to find out later that it isnt right), and I certainly wasnt going to spend any more money at a salon that made feel very unvalued and disrespected. When I asked Jason for corporates number because I was very unsatisfied with his customer service skills, he gave me another stylists number (telling me it was corporates) and then when I confronted him about this he then said it was a franchise and that they are not corporate. He then said a guy named Bob owned the salon so I gave Bob a call and left a voicemail and never heard back. My suggestion is that if you value you hair and your time, stay the hell away from this place! By the way, if the owner ever does take the time to read this, your salon reaked of marijuana when I went back in to talk to Jason, and he said he was the only one there that day because he had a call out, you do the math on that one! also very unprofessional for a hair salon.

This rating is based on the customer service by the person answering the phone on Fri, 2/1 @ 4:50 pm. I asked how much a blow dry would cost on chin-length hair, bob style. He wouldn’t give me an actual price, so I asked for a range. He said $15 to $115. How can anyone decide to make an appointment based on that? Instead, I booked at a style bar with clear pricing. All the other salons I called gave a price. It seems Supercuts doesn’t want to do blow dries, which is fine, just say that vs. giving a ridiculous price.

We entered the store at around 650pm. The place closes at 8pm. Its our first time and I only saw one person ahead of us and 2 hairstylist so figured we could try to be seen. The first lady with brown hair and unknown name ( she never introduced herself) did not day hi and went ahead by asking if we made an appointment and we did not because it was our first time. She then began saying that she has someone ahead of her. Ok no problem. I can wait. She said we would wait a while and I asked a while and she answered well we close at 8pm. I was like umm ok.. but its not even 7pm so will we wait more than 30 min. She reminded me again they close at 8 PM. I insisted on staying because again there was only one customer at the moment and she was waiting for another. We waited and boy this lady has attitude, negative energy and has no professionalism at all. She began asking my son technical questions about his haircut and what number he wanted. He looked puzzled because all he wanted a simple trim. She made it awkward and uncomfortable because she got annoyed that he couldnt tell her what size or number blade to use. Later, Her client arrived and we waited. no problem. The customer told her what he would like done and she protested by saying it would look ugly on him. What the heck! She basically gave him a cheesy haircut which looked no different than when he arrived. The guy left unhappy. Thankfully, the other hairstylist named Sam with rainbow hair saved the day. She took my son in, talked him respectfully, and was overall great and super professional and had great energy. The other brown hair lady was just awful and destroyed my very first experience there. Will I return? No.I only went here today because my sons barber was not available today.If you are a guy and want an amazing experience go to Fire Mountain Barber and ask for Rush.You will get treated like Gold and the haircut is way cheaper!Support small business and not this place.The only professional there today was Sam the rainbow hair lady. I dont want to give her a bad rap because she did great but my first impression with the other lady was awful.First impressions are everything!I hope that woman finds a job she is passionate about because cutting peoples hair, let alone a childs hair is certainly not her thing!P.s. this occurs today around 650pm.Oh yeah when she answered the phone she sounded like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world.Who the hell hired this woman!Samantha should be running that place. She knows customer service, gets to know the clients, is super bubbly!Managers, I hope you see this and feel free to call me! I will not forget today!!!!

Very happy with todays visit. Farishtda did my hair and it looks beautiful! Reasonable wait, been using this supercuts for over 10 years. My grandmas hair looked great too!

I like getting haircuts here. Even when I walked in without an appointment few times I get serviced quickly.

I had a wonderful stylist, Mea, who did an excellent job and very easy to work with !The savings from the salons is significant, so I recommend her to my friends and family

I even showed the cutter(a very apt title) a photo. There is not a hair on my head longer than an inch. I go tomorrow to buy a wig. I cannot even stand to look inu the mirror. The woman was rude and surly and kept cutting until there is nothing left. I hate the store and if I had my way it would be shut before they ruined anyone elses hair. 000000 stars.
