I have had nothing but poor service from Superior Services- I have repeatedly asked for treatment of my lawn which has many patches of weeds. The owner was suppose to come to my home at 9 AM on a Monday morning- he never showed or called to cancel. A week or two later, an employee showed up taking photos of my lawn. I asked what he was doing & he told me he was be sharing the photos with one of the owners- Again no call or visit from the owner- been over a 2 weeks since the photos were taken. Poor service & a total disregard of a long time customer.

Our technician Dustin did an absolute fantastic job. Explained everything in detail. Very courteous. Pay him well or somebody will steal him. Hes a keeper

Beware of this business! They NEVER answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they will call you back ( maybe ) when its convenient for them and AFTER they hear what the call is about. A manager was suppose to call me back but that was two weeks ago and still no call. I started this lawn service six months ago and my lawn still looks terrible. My neighbor has the same service and their lawn is even worse than mine! I made a huge mistake by paying in advance. The woman that handles the questions about contracts was quite rude and disconcerning.

You can never get service you can never get a manager to call you back. This is the worst business ever completely unprofessional on the phone and poorly managed.

Awesome company! Very professional, and Friendly technicians. My lawn looks better than it ever has.

We use Superior Services for pest control. I have multiple year long contacts with them. We have had the same fantastic tech for many years. They got us through both a flea and tick infestation with flying colors. Due to COVID 19 and other life changes our regular tech has not been available. I asked the service appointment setter for our new techs first and last name. I like to look them up on our state licensing page and make sure they are licensed and that there are no problems. Today the company rep refused to give me the first and last name of our new tech. She said it was not her place. I have been a customer for many years. We are retired first responders. They have our first and last names, address, credit card info, all of our rental properties that they service info, yet I am supposed to allow a complete stranger into our home without even being able to look up his state license status? This is a big red flag problem in my opinion.

Came to my house just to get my money. I ended up getting a charge back from bank for there false claims. They absolutely do not get rid of any bugs inside or outside. Dont waste your money

Ive had them for almost a year, And I still have weed in my grass It was a new lawns 1st of all they didnt tell me that I had crabgrass and then they dont treat that So the crabgrass has died off Now I have weeds all over the place Not very happy at all
