Kelly Moseley was the representative that assisted me with my lawn care services. As a part of the process she asked if I was a veteran and I told her I was. She gave me a 10% discount. When you are retired every penny counts. She was a true professional and her services were appreciated.

The company is very reputable along with that the service technicians are always very amicable and does a great job with the spraying and other services. I would highly recommend this company I have been completely pest free every since I have been with this company. I have been with them for quite a while lost count well over 5 years.

The technicians who spray our yard do a very good job. Most lawn weeds are eliminated. There are always some trouble spots, but that is a problem we have here in Florida since everything grows all year around. They do a much better job than True green which we used for 20 years.

I elected monthly applications to address our yard health concerns. Our technician Will has been amazing. Will Coley is our technician. He treats our yard . Fertilizer, weed control, and bug control. Will always does an excellent job explaining the treatments he is using and always asking if we have any issues with our yard and shrubs. He’s professional and dedicated to making sure we are satisfied.

The technician, Will, is amazing. So polite and professional, and he did a great job! No fleas on any of my animals in months and no more spiders on my porch.

Please dont call McCall.😥. We have had them for years and always had to watch to ensure the were doing what they were paid to do. My husband had to report them a number of times. Well, he passed and I am in a different house and for the past 2-3 years, I have literally watched them on camera do nothing! I witnessed the same for the neighbor accross the street. My yard looks awful! I am so upset. When I called to report, the little manager didnt want to believe me. He should have literally come out to look at my lawn. Instead, he wanted to see my video footage. I set up a time for review and he admitted, bad job. The guy barely sprayed, walked partial walk around back only. Poor, poor, VERY poor service. So dissappointed. And then the manager had the falsely promised they will reschedule another visit. Well, it should have been the very next day . . . It didnt happen. I’ve been using McCalls lawn service for years and highly recommend anyone that wants a beautiful yard to call McCalls to sign up for their lawn care. My Tec Will Coley has my yard in perfect condition and has be training me to recognize any problems that might arise in my yard.

I have McCalls for both Lawn and to address a particularly challenging infestation of Caribbean Crazy Ants. Lawn service has been great. Our tech, Will, is very responsive easy to reach and thorough! We has a little rocky start to our Ant service because this problem is daunting, and some miscommunication happened with our initial service agreement, however the service manager Anthony personally took on our issue and offered us a 6 week intensive service and came out to check our bait stations weekly himself. Even on weekends. They coordinated treatment with UF recommendations, got the Ants under control, but these Ants need regular maintenance and we now have a monthly Ant service contract. This is due to the daintingness of the Ants and not the lack of effectiveness of their treatment, as confirmed by comparing results of several neighbors who have other, more expensive pest control companies. Compared to our neighbors, McCalls offeres as good or possibly better service at a much better rate. I can comfortably recommend McCalls for your lawn and pest service needs.

I called to cancel my service because I did not receive a courtesy phone call for an overdue bill but the representative reviewed the phone numbers listed for my account and they were wrong. She happily waived my fee. I am staying a satisfied customer.

I have been using McCall for about 6 years. Shortly after we made the investment to re-sod our entire lawn. We wanted to make sure we took care of our new law so we hired McCall. Every year our lawn is getting worse and worse and I have complained but there where no improvements. We are at the point that we have to re-sod our front lawn. If you ask me when you pay for a service you should get The benefits of what you are paying for. You shouldn’t have to call them up and tell them you have weeds you shouldn’t have and your grass is dying when it shouldn’t be. They should see how it is when they come out to spray, report the issue, and do what needs to be done to fix it. Not let it get worse every year. It’s my mistake I kept giving them chances to make it right and took so long to fire them. Very disappointed in how much money we waisted on them.

I will not recommend this pest control company to anyone.....At first everything was fine talked to a very nice lady on the phone set up service paid the first fee told her everything I needed and she reassured me of what all little buggies it would take care of but then when the man came out to spray he wanted an extra $120 I very dislike hidden fees or someone trying to get over on people

Rick was our technician today. From the moment entering our home, working inside and outside he demonstrated himself in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He is a definite asset to McCall. Because of his attitude and work ethic, I am requesting for him to be my technician on all future calls.

After initial call to McCalls service number, Tech Rick F. called me within 20 min. and was at my house within 30 min. of his call. The next morning not one ant to be seen any where.Great service, great attitude. Have been a customer for over 15 years.

Was treated with disrespect on the phone. Asked to speak to a specific rep who had been helping me previously, and the operator refused and assured me if I repeated the long list of info I had given the other guy, he could help me just as well. He lied and said the other guy wasn’t even in the office that day, but I had just spoken with him 15 min earlier. I give 2 stars because the first guy was nice, the prices looked good, but the second guy was pushy and rude. I went with another service based on this experience.

For the past year Lenny has worked to make my yard look good. So when my neighbors commented on how great it was looking I had to let everyone know. Trust me its all McCall, all I do if cut it, and try to water as much as possible. THANKS LENNY.

Our PCO is Ken and I must say he is very responsive, and dependable. Whenever we have a issue he always answer to either come out and take care of the problem himself or get someone else out to us in a short time. The only issue that I have is our site map is outdated for instance the formatting is very old. Otherwise as far as service to the plant overall Ken has done a great job for our company.

Cancelled the service over 2 months ago and they have since sent me 2 bills I never received the first service but now they are charging my account they push the automatic payment setup I never received a service but I am being charged for it, they said they would issue a credit never received had to dispute through my bank, unprofessional and their billing and communication is horrible, I will never use this company, I was going to start service with them, but after this I will not I do not like when businesses have accounting departments who employ incompetent people who cant get your account straight.
