The tech is personable and reliable. When we bursary moved in there was a horrible roach problem. The tech reassured me that we could get it inner control. He sprayed several times inside and had great results. Love the tech...love the product you use.
Their service technician OSCAR ROSA is phenomenal! He is professional, shows up on time, and takes the time to share valuable information with you (homeowner). He knows his industry and has great advice pertaining to it! He successfully handles any/all issues and follows up to make sure there are no further problems. He also sends a detailed report of the visit with in a few minutes of leaving. I would recommend this company mainly because of our technician OSCAR! Our Terminix Technician Sevraj Babwah is the Best. He checks everything around our home and goes out of his way to make sure insects are swepted away and lets us know of any issues. We would recommend Sevraj Babwah to anyone.

We had an enormous problem with lizards and water bugs & field mice in and out of home. Over a period of time the professional treatment that has been repeated and ongoing has kept the problems to a minimum, no snakes no lizards, life inside the home is much better. Gene has been very professional and forthcoming on not trying to sell us something that we did not need instead kept focused on our issues. In the property management sector here in North-Central Florida, it is imperative that pest control services must be preventative and effective. With residential property management, outside vendors must be professional and must know how to communicate not only with management, but with individual residents as well. The quality of service cannot be compromised. Fortunately for us at Creekwood Apartments, all that criteria is met with Terminix, especially due to our long-time technician, Gene. I highly suggest you call them if you wish to prevent repeated insect issues of any kind!

JUNE 12, 2021 TERMINIX REVIEWI am assuming you are reading this review because you are having a bug problem, just like I did and are looking for a company that is going to take care of your problem.A personal note here, at the time I became a customer my husband of 57 years had just passed away, just so you know what I was dealing with emotionally at that time. There really is no excuse for my lack of judgement on this expensive decision.As a present customer of Terminix, I would like to share my experiences with you. Hopefully inform you of some facts before you make a costly decision for services that are not necessary through Terminix..Last year I called Terminix after noticing droppings on the front porch that looked like coffee grounds and I was also seeing large black ants (I live in Florida). Not knowing what it was, I called the Terminix expert to come and tell me.An agent came out and was pushing a Bundle Package of services. Only $1,245.00 to take care of all my problems. He never said I had termites, he did say I had ants. Which in fact is what I did have, ANTS! So he was not selling me a service to take care of my ant problem but a Bundle to make money for his company. Also and this is important, as part of the sales presentation, my representative gave me the cost that I would pay per month ( which sounds a lot better than the total cost amount). The total cost of service was mentioned, but emphasis was on the low month cost..The contract was on a tablet that the representative had. It was not easy for me to see a lot of the very small print, I just followed his lead and agreed that this was what I needed and signed. I think this is problematic for all consumers.The point I want to make is that if you have an ant problem, get coverage to help with that, if you have termites get coverage to help with that problem, you get the idea. Don’t get and pay for a bundle of services that you don’t need.As this year of coverage has been going by, especially as it is getting to the end of my service contract, I have learned so much.Found out I had purchased a Bundle PackageService could have been purchased for ants or termites separatelyI can now renew either the Pest Control (this is the part that covers ants) at a cost of $445.80 or termite control at a cost of $298.92 for the upcoming year.I have spoken with a representative from Terminix and told them all of the above. I told them since they sold me something I did not need, I wasn’t looking for a refund of money, I did feel another year of Pest Protection at no additional cost would be the right thing to do. They offered to discount the Pest Control price for the upcoming year, but didn’t like my idea.So I will in fact be cancelling my service through Terminix at the end of my contract.Just a note, after you purchase services from Terminix, when you need service or have a problem or question, you do not deal with a local representative. As a customer you deal with a Terminix phone number that takes you to an exchange that deals with all the calls. Orkin might be an alternative. I know I wish I had called them!Tina

The technician that comes to my house is Seraj Babwah. He is amazing! Always takes his time checking the outside for wasp nests etc. He finds ones that I havent seen! We havent seen a single live bug in house since he sprayed. Time will tell if the termite protection is up to snuff, but so far, so great!

The gentleman that came out was very informative and family oriented. He assured me that my 7yr old son wasnt bothering him when he was following him around asking a thousand questions lol. He simply said Aw hes ok, hes not bothering me hes just telling me about the different bugs he saw and they continued their conversation as he worked. He made us feel comfortable about the issue we had. The work was very thorough. I pray the next services are just as good as this first one.

I enlisted Terminixs service around the beginning of the year. While, the technician that came to my home for the initial service was exceptional he had a great personality and was very thorough. After that it was all down hill, the second visit was a different technician who was very prying into my personal life and was extremely awkward around my family. He also made my wife very uncomfortable. The second issue I had with the company was after multiple times being told by the company that the technician would only preform services when scheduled. He would show up unannounced and while I wasnt home and then claim the service is complete. Not sure how they can claim the whole home has received pest control service without going into the home. After getting two unannounced visits while I was at work. I called the company again and expressed my concern and was reassured that the technician would arrive at the agreed upon date and time to complete a service. So I waited at home for the technician the entire time frame window I agreed upon with the company and the technician never arrived. The following day while I was at work I received a text message advising me that he would be at my home to preform the service. I called him immediately and advised him that I was not home and not to come out and the appointment was scheduled for the day before and he argued with me that his company had him scheduled for that day and not the day prior he then hung up on me. I checked and had the appointment in writing from the company at the date and time I had scheduled. Once I was able to get a few minutes while at work I called their customer service and was greeted by hello no identification just her name and Hello after telling her that I would like to cancel my contract the woman became very rude and short which just added to my frustration with the company. I would recommend to anyone looking for a pest control service look to local companies because the big companies could care less about customer service or retaining them.
Jon, always dressed, looked and acted professionally and after he left the insects and slugs tiny carcasses started to drop over on our driveway, carport and back porch. I would say all around the outside of our home, but I dont pick through the lawn for dead bugs and stuff. He let us know he was coming, even though we weren’t home, and he contacted us when he arrived and when he left and sent us his report. All very nicely done.
For one I only get paid once a month. I was told payment would be taken out once I set it up it took them 5 days later when I didnt have the money. When I was able to pay half of the 88 it told me it would take 48hrs to come out no once again it took 4 days. Customer service doesnt help what so ever. I was told Id get a handwritten agreement which I DID NOT receive all I know is they wont work with me and we still have ants and bugs in general after doing everything we were told to do.
Great communication from the start. Great inspection to let me know what my home needs from the various options Terminix offers. And to finish it off a very professional, thorough, and satisfying initial service where the technician explained to us what was being done and how the followup services moving forward would be. I will definitely recommend Terminix to all my friends and family.

Sooo easy to sign up but then no one ever answers the phone once youre a customer. Call 3 days in a row to get a respray and then waited a full hour on hold to cancel my contract.
For the amount of pests covered the price is fair and in my case it will take more than one treatment to quell the infestation but Im only being charged the initial fee. As a mom on a budget thats great.
It is very, very good, thorough and complete work by excellent and friendly technicians. I never see any bugs, never. The only downside is that it has become expensive. I wish that the prices for this excellent service were a bit more moderate

Theyve been to my rental property twice within the past month, and are still finding live bugs. The place is currently vacant. Signed up for a year, every 3 months they are supposed to go out and treat. So far, not happy.....

Fantastic service great staff. Our home was treated for termite, pests and had attic insulation with pest control. The best investment we made. 6 years strong and no issues. The damage where the house was bought was moderate but removal and realmente along with insulation our energy efficiency is amazing and well pests don’t have a very much chance. The staff always professional and pleasant. Uniformed and ids. So yes you are in great service. Highly recommended

We recently bought a home and despite having an inspection done by a local company we quickly discovered termites and some pretty upsetting damage. We never had termites in our previous homes so it was a new and overwhelming experience. We schedule our appointment at 2am online and the Terminix Rep came the next morning right on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best treatment plan and cost and reassured us every step of the way.The technicians came out the next morning and were professional and friendly. Having termites is stressful but Terminix took the stress off our hands and gave us peace of mind. We have not seen a single sign of termites from the day of treatment!

The most irresponsible people EVER!!! They were supposed to be in my house on a Tuesday and never show up and never call. When we call them on Thursday they said they will be going on Monday, again never show up!!!!!

They over charged me for service. I called the home inspector 3 times and he said that it had to go through admin and it would take time. When I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said they could not give me his phone number. I called customer service and was put on hold for an extended amount of time. I am still on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor. I am so disappointed because I thought that terminex was a good company. Their customer service is in the Philippians and they can’t even help me. This is the worst service that I have ever had!

For years we have had Terminix as our General Pest Control and Annual Termite Inspection. Our Local Technician, Glenn Randall, is an outstanding, courteous, and knowledgeable pest control technician. However, that is the nicest thing I can say about Terminix out of Ocala. Ever since ServiceMaster has taken over the company my bills have been so messed up. Apparently you cant cancel any renewal services by phone - they just keep billing and billing. Finally had the Tampa Office CANCEL all of my services in September, 2017 because it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach the Ocala office. However, I keep getting Phony Invoices for Services NEVER received as of January, 2018. I even get robo-calls to tell me the technician is on the way - he NEVER arrives - then, get a survey as to how I liked my (PHONY) service. Next, I get calls from Terminix Collections Department as to why I havent paid for a service (Never Received) I cancelled back in September 2017. The whole scenario would be laughable if it wasnt so PATHETIC. Run from this company unless you want to spend gobs of your valuable time on the phone to the billings folks . . . . . .IF you have a problem - lotsa luck finding someone, who can help you dealing with the Comedy-Of-Errors - Terminix.
