This service was scheduled several weeks in advance and no one bothered to call me to tell me there was any problem. Rescheduled the service.I confirmed the 2nd appointment twice and was told it was definitely going to happen. No mention of any issues. Imagine my surprise when the technician arrived and said again he didnt have the required equipment to complete the job. I told the technician I had confirmed this new appointment twice, and he told me he had seen my confirmation calls.Since apparently Im the only party who values my time Ill find another pest control company....one that can actually do the job.9/29Updating this review to reflect the following -I did receive a call from the regional manager who gave an apology without trying to make excuses. The full cost of the service was refunded quickly, so while this was not a good experience its been resolved without being drawn out. Im satisfied with the way this problem was handled by management, although I do think the local office should be very clear about any potential problems or delays in providing service.

The product and field services are very good.

They did a good job and quoted me a price then later lowered the price for me to be more competitive.

We used Massey Pest Prevention Services at our previous home in Port St Lucie for the 6 years we lived there. Massey is reliable, responsive, and professional. It is for this reason we hired them again for our new home in Ocala to provide pest protection service.

Had another appt scheduled same time as mine so they did not show. I went with an another company.

Lawn service referral I.never received a gift card from Josh for referring 2 customers one of which paid them 2000 for service and plugging the lawn. Last tech missed haft the lawn

This is actually John Wilson. Hired Massey for all services. Lawn, Termite, Pest Control, Irrigation. Satisfied with all services except Lawn. Starting having a problem back in December with lots of dead grass in front yard. Called for checkups, but the problem continued and got worse. Finally, in April I had it and called to ask for a supervisor. He immediately blamed me for not watering enough, even though the problem has existed since December and April was the first time they mentioned additional irrigation. Took no responsibility and didnt provide any assistance in resolving the issue. So I just canceled all the services. Does not seem fair to pay monthly to assure I have a nice lawn only to have them blame me for a poor job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Lawn looks awful...complained a couple of times to supervisor .strangely enough was told just like the other person who left a review..always not enough watering...have had termite protection from massey in Orlando and ocala a combined 28 years! Thinking about quitting them totally because I dont believe they value my business just keep getting excuses of the lawn and its always my fault! The lawn tech for a positive is very nice and friendly (Donovan).

They are doing a great job, asked if they could show up on Tuesday or Friday and they did.

Dont use this company they are thiefs. Used them for over 5 years and cancelled them due to poor treatment on yard. After canceling service they kept returning and billed me for a job they didnt even do. Spoke to manager and he is not professional and rude when trying to explain what took place. I will tell everyone I know to never use them complete scam.

I have had Massey for three years. The service is so non-existent now that I will cancel as all my neighbors have done. I am the last Massey customer here.. I have to call every spray period because of the weeds on the perimeter and back yard.. If I pull the weeds, they reprimand me. If I leave the lawn so they can see the weeds, they reprimand me. ( I called again last week, they finally called back to say they would respray Monday.. I said I would not mow on the weekend so they could see the weeds and was reprimanded.) The fertilizer is spot sprayed so my lawn is different colors of green being so very light on the perimeter. My neighbor with the same yard was charged $50... my charge is $77... As of this year, Massey provides no yearly aeration without being charged. I used to pay months in advance... not any more..

Chris is my technician. He is thorough, professional, helpful, friendly and polite. When/if I have issues, I call the Ocala office and schedule him to come back to my home before the next quarterly. He never complains about coming back. When I moved to Ocala, I did have a minor issue with the office transferring my account from my previous address. I always pay early on the annual pest control because I get a 5% discount. If you visit their office, be sure to use the entrance towards the east side of the building because the entrance on the west side is for Massey Green Up Lawn.

Horrible lawn care service. Called and complained multiple times about the status of my lawn that im paying for a service for every month. They have sent out multiple techs to go over my problems with and still no results. Finally they sent out a manager and he said Oh ya we have been having a problem with techs not putting down the correct lawn products. So they are aware of the problem and still no results or conclusion. My grass looks worse then what it did when I took care of it myself. I will be terminating my contract with this company and never looking back.

Almost hit one of their trucks in Ocala while it was raining because the brake lights dont work

Company attempts. to do work on sprinklers that you dont need also made agreement on phone which after a year they lost.said they wouldnt spray while it was raining.they did that for a while and then they started spraying in the rain again.they refused to honor our agreement.I left company

I was not a custermer but this bussnes is unprofessional and doing more play then work yelling to the top of their lungs not to menchen in the stone creek retirement community
