All I ordered was a cheese pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. I believe it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire lifetime. I hate eating the crust on pizza, but this time I decided to try it and it was delicious! Thank you Pronto Pizza!!

Pizza was amazing! Came out extremely quick. Had a specialty order and it was accurate and delicious.Restaurant was clean and neat. Minus 1 star only because the tea was either old or the container may had not been cleaned in a while. Whatever it was, it was bad and I couldnt drink it. Also, I assume it was the owners young child watching youtube on the Restaurants TV. It was obnoxiously loud despite the child had a tablet and crayons to entertain her. Not sure why she was allowed to do this. Of course those things can easily change and when I gladly return again and all is well, Ill update my review to a perfect score and delete every complaint.

I moved to Ocala about a year ago. I finally thought I had found my pizza place when I first went to Prontos. However, after several other visits, Ive noticed that the subsequent visits were not consistent with my first visit and lately the sauce has been incredibly sweet.

The pizza was excellent. As well as the customer service. Will be back when I am in town.

One of the worst calzones Ive ever had. All dough and and hardly any filling for $9.50. You guys are from NY and should know how to make a proper one.

Unfortunately we chose this place from a menu in the home we rented for the week. Ordered Chicago pizza, wings, and Jambalaya over rice. Pizza was horrible, cold, tasteless. Jambalaya, to begin with was spilled out of the container it came in all over inside a bag, what a mess to even get it out to eat. Covered with cheese(Jambalaya doesn’t typically get covered in mozzarella). Looked like pizza in a dish minus the crust. Threw the entire pizza where it belongs, in the garbage. Jambalaya was subpar at best, it got tossed also. The only thing edible were the wings, which were supposed to be plain with sauce on the side, sauce container opened and emptied all over the wings. I just dunked them in the bottom of the container, but my husband could not eat with sauce, so we both ended up making some breakfast for dinner and called it a $48 loss. If they ever served good food, those days are long gone. Just another tourist trap. Don’t waste your money and your time.

Such a great experience all the way around. Customer service was terrific, food was delish & the whole environment was pleasant. We didnt even know about this place but we will definitely be back. All the employees were working their tails with a smile on their face. Truly impressive

I have not eaten here nor will I ever. We politely asked the owner if he minded if we sat at their outdoor tables. Im with my 80 year old grandma and a friend. The owner said we could sit there so we did. He asked us not to make a mess and we said we wouldnt. 3 mins later the owner starts banging on the window my friend opened the door and he got extremely nasty and threatened to kick us out. Very rude. He should have just said no to begin with.

This place is the best around for authentic Italian offerings. They have the closest thing to New York style thin crust crispy pizza I have seen I know Marion County and I have tried many places no I do they have excellent food that is fresh and hot, they have a fresh salad bar that you can have them pick your toppings for you you can also get killer cannolis🍕

I dont know what happened!! I have been ordering from Pronto for a while now. I have ordered lots of Greek Salads. They used to be really good, but today I ordered a Greek salad and I dont know what they delivered, but a Greek salad it was not. I am beyond disappointed in the food. The delivery service was fast, just delivered the wrong salad. I believe it is time for me to find a new place to order from. Seems they cant get the food right and since I dont leave the office to eat, I need a restaurant that will deliver what I order.

Great entrees made fresh with a wide variety of choices to add in to any entree, pizza, Calzone, or Stromboli. I love the Chicken Pronto entree, comes with a pink Alfredo and Marinara sauce with a pour of Sherry over Chicken, mushrooms, dried tomatoes, and garlic. We have been coming to this place since they opened. Food is always fresh and packed full of flavor and is colorful to eat. I love their Garlic Knots. Salad is good and their Tiramisu is great. Stopped by last week and George was working the oven. He is one of the owners and is dedicated to serving the county. Of course picked up my favorite Chicken Pronto with Cesar salad and garlic knots. Thank you George and Sam for bringing Pronto Pizza to Ocala.

This is my go to spot for a salad and spaghetti. The owner is very kind and always working to ensure awesome food. I cant think or anywhere else in Ocala that I can get sun-dried tomatoes on my Salad. This place rocks!

Waited 20 minutes for order that was ordered ahead of time.Meanwhile 4 customers cone in and place orders add receive them...after that I watch the guy make the second part of my order.Pretty infuriating.

I opened the box and it brought me back to being served pizza in my high school cafeteria...and that had more flavor. Absolutely no taste in the crust. The sauce was way too sweet for that pizza and it was drowning in the sauce. The cheese didnt do it any favors and the quality of the pepperonis are that of the local super market. I couldve made a better pizza at home myself and saved $20. I know next time to either order something else or not even bother. I know this company could serve better quality food if they realllyy tried.

It took over an hour for celebrity through menufyWhen we finally got our 30$ order for puzza and wings it was cold. The wings were soggy and the pizza was undercooked and cold and soggy as well. When i called them back they said they could send an order of wings but it will be another hour. Or get 20% off my next order. Very unsatisfied.that we had to wait longer to eat because we had to put or order in the oven to reheat . the woman on the phone was very nice but i will not get food from there again since our whole order was not really edible

Place was cute and homey, and the staff were quick and attentive.

I ordered a lazagna to take. The food was burnt and stuck on the bottom of the aluminum container, but when I was ready to eat, the center of the lasagna was cold, the mozzarella was hard not melted like is suppose, and the pasta hard and cold too. I couldnt eat it. I think the lasagna was reheated.

I ordered the vegie stuffed pizza, it was absolutely outstanding! Im so picky about pizza and it was def NY style but, I have never had anything like this stuffed pizza beyond delicious!!!!!

Greek salad not worth the price.

My first visit but guaranteed not my last. The gentleman behind the counter was great. Suggested the calzone with bacon sausage and pepperoni. It was super. Great food, great service,and very reasonable prices.

It’s been several years since the last time I ate at this location due to an issue with a disrespectful employee who attempted to steal fromme... I decided to give them another chance. Sadly somewhere along the years they have lost their love for quality food.. we ordered a simple Sicilian pizza easy sauce with bacon.. the pizza was heavy on sauce, the dough under the cheese was undercooked and the rim was burned.. I hope they find their spark again and get back to the ways it use to be but if this is how it is.. I will continue to search for something worth the price. We had used a delivery company to get it. Almost $20 wasted.. we ended up throwing it away... I refuse to feed my son pizza that’s both undercooked and burned.. 1 is bad but both is unacceptable.. if it was just undercooked I could have put it in the oven. But since it was already burnt on the crust there would have been no way to not make it worse.

Pizza is good, but if your going to give out warm 2 liters...charge less for them. I can walk to publix and get my own warm 2 liter at a fraction of the price.

Was rude and short on the phone when taking my order. Went to the location tried to explain to the guys working about my phone experience. Was argued with and called vindictive when all I wanted to do was let it be known about the experience I had on the telephone trying to place an order I dont believe I will not be coming back to this location

I got unsweetened iced tea and it had an off taste. I smelled it and noticed a rotten egg smell. It seems like the tea is very old or the container hasn’t been cleaned. Is this really appropriate customer care?

The service, pizza, specialty food entrees and oh, the desserts were fabulous and nothing less than 5 stars.The Barborone wine is very good and is served chilled. Only place I found where you can pick all the best ingredients for your salad, even sun dried tomatoes!You gotta get all the desserts, what a treat!!Will keep coming back!!

What a shame Pronto pizza. Ive been ordering from you guys since I moved to Ocala. Its been 5-6 years.You guys are hit or Miss. Still knowing that Ive always given you guys another shot. Today was the last straw. You guys called me because Your employee put in the wrong credit card info in. But didnt call until 30 mins after I ordered. I specifically told You guys I didnt want cold food.. And was told the order wad just coming out. That was a lie. The food delivered was atrocious. Cold Steak Sub. Meatballs and spaghetti was worse. Burnt top Meatballs that were cold in the middle. And the Salad was Brown and Rotten... So I called to speak with Management, Who told me they would pick up the food that was bad and send new food. I told him I didnt want to wait any longer to eat,I had already waited an hour. During these times, knowing people arent working, And they are choosing you to order from, The least you could have done was offered a refund or a discount on my next order. This is coming from someone that always Tips the drivers, And always order $25 or more, 3-4 times a month. You guys Lost a good customer.

I have ordered often from this restaurant, never really disappointed until now. I must admit this time, I was highly disappointed. The Philly cheese sandwich had little to no meat on it. I even took a picture of it because I cant believe it myself.

The food and customer service is amazing. Great price for all they provide never disappointed. You should come hungry because the portions are great cant help but tell everyone I k ow about this place.

For years I thought Pronto Pizza was the best pizza in Ocala. The past three times I had just average Pizza. The first 2 times I told myself it was a fluke and convinced myself to try it again because of how much I liked Pronto Pizza. After this past time I am now convinced that the pizza is now just an average joe pizza. Something definitely changed in the flavor and texture of the dough and possibly something else. I am not saying that this pizza is bad, but I am saying that I feel like it is now like most other pizza shops.Whatever changed, please change it back!!!

I love the people here. Great service. A pretty wide variety of Italian food. Salads are a little pricey but the quality is great. You can get pizza by the slice or order something specific. You can eat there or, obviously, take it to go.

This was my first time visiting Pronto pizza, and it wont be my last time. Lunch specials are great! I have a large meatball sub and drink for 8.95! Great meatballs and sauce, was fast and tasty. Give a try!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I HAVE BEEN ORDERING TAKE OUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FROM THEM. LAST WEEK THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD. I HAVE 3 YOUNG KIDS. FINALLY, I CALLED BACK FOR THE 4TH OR FIFTH TIME AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE MY APARTMENT NUMBER! WHICH IS CLEARLY A LIE CONSIDERING THEY DELIVER TO ME ONCE A WEEK. THEY STILL HAVE YET TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRONTOS TO ANYONE! THEY JUST LOST A ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Whether on the phone or in person, these people are rude!! It takes good food and good customer service to remain in business. Unless they have a side business, I dont see this location lasting much longer. The prices are too high and the food is half-arsed made. They no longer can claim good food or service.

Food is hit or miss. The pasta is nothing special, but the stuffed pizza with ricotta cheese is MAGICAL. Does not always help to order food ahead, Ive still had to wait before. Would mainly recommend for the pizza by the slice, also free soft serve for the kids. Small seating area inside too, not for big parties.

This is our favorite pizza place in Ocala! They have a huge array of Italian Faire from New York Pizza to calzones to homemade pasta and salads. Everything is is freshly made with fresh ingredients to your order. They do have a variety of lunch specials available. My favorite to go with their garlic knots is the homemade Alfredo sauce. They make it in a pan right in front of you after ordered, no powders or cans involved. My husbands tradition is to have the box on my lap open and pizza cheese burning his mouth and lips before we even make it out of the parking lot!Definitely a win with amazing food and always friendly people.

Hair in my pizza. Got asked to bring the whole pie back for a refund and got an attitude for bringing this to the staff’s attention. They acted like they didn’t care and were extremely condescending. Terrible people and unsanitary.

Pizza was good but be careful ordering online.They provide you several different options (Meat Lovers, Pepperoni, etc) and then provide you a list of ingredients. Even if you specify Meat Lovers as opposed to something else, if you dont select the ingredients on the list, they wont put them on. Not entirely sure why they have their menu set up like this instead of just providing you several different Pizza sizes and then asking you to specify which ingredients you want..

Everyone is nice, great delivery time, but the food just isnt good. I have tried them 3 different times hoping for better, but it just gets worse. The sauce is too sweet, and my pizza wasnt cooked all the way. Just a personal opinion.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! We ordered deliverey pizza which arrived 35 to 45 minutes later. We had ordered half cheese and half supreme pizza. What we got was a pizza that was half cheese pizza and half mushroom with a few pieces of sausage then they threw raw peppers on it which was recooked and then delivered it to us. The green peppers were hard and uncooked. No other vegetables and no meat besides the few crumbs of sausage. Pizza look like it had been cooked and made for another order and to save time and or money they botched it up and then deliver to us, the pizza was so hard and unedible that we actually had to return it back to the store. So we paid a delivery fee, tipped the driver and still had to go back to the restaurant and demand a new pizza. The second pizza was done well but I think this was because I was standing there and other customers were in listening range. We will not be ordering from this place again.

We called in an order for delivery last night to feed our girl scout troop. We were told that it would arrive at 8:15. We called at 8:30 and were told that the driver had one more delivery before ours and would be there soon. We called again at 8:45, still no pizza, and were told that he was on his way. No pizza at 9:00, so we called and asked to cancel our order and remove any charges from our credit card. We were put on hold and had to call back. We were told that the driver was pulling in. He was not pulling in and never showed. We ordered Dominos and had our pizza in 20 minutes. Very disappointed in the total experience.

Easily one of the best places for pizza in the Ocala area. The sauce is great and the pizzas are very filling. If youre not wanting a whole pie you can order by the slice. Highly recommend this place.

Now there should be 10 stores for this place they have amazing food and the people that work there are so nice and happy everytime you come in they even know you want a first name basis showing that they care about the customers that come into their store also if you ever need anything that you cant find a new regular grocery store to help you out thats what I remember about old pizza shops back in the day thats how they did things any time you needed a hand to local pizza shop will tell you where you can get the product or if they can get it in for you and Ill try to up charge you for it either I love these people here

Horrible service! Called and ordered a pizza and they told me it would be 45 mins to an hour. After 1:10 I called and spoke to Ashley. She kept placing me on hold and proceeding to hang up on me. I called her 1:30 tho say my pizza still hasnt arrived and she hung up on me yet again. I called back and she hung up on me while I was talking to the delivery guy! He was very nice and apologized for her rudeness. I then called to speak to a manager and she questioned me on why I wanted to speak to a manager almost to the point of arguing me. He then said she was nice and there must be a problem with my phone connection. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Pizza wasnt too great, 3 bucks a slice I thought was expensive.ordered a Beer seemed like 6oz mug 2 for 6 bucks and thats draft beer, so I opted for a bottle. Piss warm.
