Brick City catered our Holiday Social networking function today. The food was set up and ready to go when we arrived. The presentation was excellent, as was the food! The pricing was reasonable and Al was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Brick City Catering for corporate events!

Brick City catered our wedding last night at Grand Oaks. Let me just say, as the bride I did not get to sit and eat a full meal but what i did eat was absolutely amazing. My husbands dinner was perfect. Chef Al took his time with our special dinner requests and he perfected it all. All of our guests were so impressed with the food and the service Chef Al and his staff had given. My dad would like to say a special thank you. Were italian and we had the pasta buffet and it was just incredible. My dad went to get some extra and Chef Al ensured the daddy of the bride got what he wanted. Chef Al was there early setting up the venue and I had a tear in my eye from how beautiful the hall looked and the time they took to make sure everything was on point. They made sure all the family was taken care of and the guests were happy. My main objective was to dance the night away and not be too concerned with the dinner part of the night and Brick City staff helped with just that getting everyone served quickly but with amazing quality and food. Hope someone remembered to take a picture of the catering at our wedding! It was beyond five star! Everyone raved about the quality, taste and presentation of the food! Irene and Al even brought take away boxes for the leftovers. We had a few no shows...so today we will be sharing yummy goodies again!Thank you so very much, Irene and Al.
