As the name states the are Tow Pros. They will get you from brake down site to shop or where ever your needed. They are very very time effective, and make sure to communicate with you at all aspects of your tow. Plus, they out beat all other local companies on pricing.

I call this guy chad to a estimate to tow a junk boat and let me tell you, that guy not professional at all. Also very rude. At the 2nd time I call he just hang up my call. I do not recommend this so call professional business man to tow even a cheap bicycle. Call another company for your tows need.

Around $100 just to come hook up to your vehicle. Highest rates Ive ever heard per mile!!, and dont even think about letting them store your vehicle for even an hour cause youll be smacked with charges that make the hookup fee look tame.I was calling around to all the local tow shops the other day to find out prices and this was the only one that treated me like a nuisance. It took multiple calls (after being hung up on) for me to get this information from them. I thought I should make it public so others dont have to go through hell on the phone with these people to know they should choose one of the many other towing services in the area.Between their prices and (lack of) customer service, I question how theyre still in business with so much competition.

Call them to have my personal vehicle towed to the vw dealership very professional good price and arrived in a timely manner

Charged $220 to tow my car 1 mile round trip. Its half a mile from their facility to my house. I dont know in what world that is a reasonable price and I expect many of the reviews on here are either from people with EXTREMELY disposable income or theyre just posted by employees.Use Daves instead. This place is a scam.EDIT: I left my car on MY front lawn for less than 12 hours WITH a note in the windshield saying it would be salvaged later that day and a phone number to contact me in the event it needed to be moved. Homeboy must have been too out of breath walking the 20 feet from his truck to my car to be able to place a call. Dudes talking about telling the whole story while deliberately omitting details. Scam. Avoid.

Extremely high prices, extremely rude over the phone and in person. Theres no reason to use this service over someone like Daves. Chances are their entire business survives off of private tows.Seriously though the prices are insane. I suspect theyre that high so the main guy can feed his obvious McDonalds addiction. Dudes straight outta Wall-E.

We were traveling on 75 N when we got a flat. I called and spoke with a helpful and informative woman. The price was right and she sent a truck for us. He arrived promtly and was very helpful. Come to find out it is a family owned business. Tow Pro took us to Pep Boys in Ocala where we also found help for a decent price. Overall Tow Pros helped make a bad situation much better quickly and for a good price.

Price Fluctuation...Poor Communication...Was told 300, Then they did not answer the phone until 4 days later and told me it was 432...No one was was available to take payment from Friday to Monday...Was told no payment by credit card...Cash only...
