He went above and beyond helping me.I was with my kids and he waited there until somebody came to picked me up. Definitely I would recommend them to everybody. This business is a complete joke. They add fee upon fee to rob you of every penny they can. My vehicle broke down and was towed upon the sheriffs dept s request. I phoned these folks the same day it was towed (on a Friday). I was told they were closing and that I would have to wait till Monday and pay a tow fee of $200 plus $20/day for storage. I came to retrieve my vehicle on Wednesday. Suddenly they were adding an $85 admin fee, $65 in labor,$10.85 for tax and 5 days for storage. The total was now at $485!!!!!! These folks are in the business if legalized theft. Then we were told we could not do the minor repairs needed to move the vehicle on their property. It would be an additional $65 to tow it across the street. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

You could tell that the driver was passed off at having to do a tow on a holiday... that being said they were fair on the pricing

I called AAA. They sent Carl from C & M towing. He came quickly. He had my steering wheel unlocked and truck started within seconds. He gave me pointers on how to do it myself if it were to ever happen again. He also recommended some products I could buy to lubricate the ignition switch so this doesnt happen again.Carl was very professional and very courteous. He even shared with me some uplifting experiences with God. I would highly recommend Carl and his towing company to anyone in need of his services. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They have a client for life right here and I will be telling everyone about how wonderful they are. God bless Carl and C & M towing. Having car trouble and out of all the tow places I call c&m where the fastest my drivers name was Chris and he was very nice and respectful he knew I was stressed and made me feel like I was important and my situation was first on his list thank you c&m towing

I needed my car towed a mile up the road to Ocala Auto Services. When I called to schedule the towing, I told them where it was being towed to and VERIFIED they would be able to take my debit card for services. I was quoted $65 for a tow and the gentleman said they would be “right there”. An hour and a half later, someone showed up. The guy seemed very friendly at first (but quite unprofessional due to his bad language). He checked out my car and was able to jump it using his portable machine. I told him that since it was now running, I would just drive it up to the mechanic. I asked how much it would be (since we weren’t towing it anymore) and he said $65. I asked why it was that amount if we weren’t towing it and he said it was what he was told to charge me. I told him to tow it then if it was the same price. This obviously was not what he wanted to hear and immediately had an attitude with me from that moment on. He refused to take my debit card saying that it was after 5 and his boss wasn’t in the office. I told him that I had asked ahead of time and he pretty much said it wasn’t his problem. He snapped at me and belittled me when I assumed he knew where we were towing it to (because I had provided the address over the phone). Moral of the story is I will never use their “services” again.

Carl was sent to us by AAA to tow my husbands van that broke down. He refused to tow when we couldn’t find my AAA card. We found it after 5 minutes but because of our frustration he decided he didn’t want it and started to call us names, using vulgar language and made my husband feel threatened to the point he thought Carl was going to hit him. His boss didn’t care and was no help. The whole business has been reported!!

Long, long story short, AAA dropped the ball but, I finally ended up with a great driver by the name of Slacker, which he isnt, and he couldnt have been more professional, thoughtful and polite. Unprofessional because the hours of operation is not listed on Google. Their office is not open on the weekends so you would have to wait until Monday to pick up your car from them.

Sometimes the wait is long but let me tell ya its well worth the wait because you always no matter how hard their day is they always have a smile when they come to take care of what you need. Tow truck driver tried to tell me that damage on my car, HAD to have been in the last few days, when I bought the car like that. Tried to tell me I hit something the night before when we had pictures of the damage at purchase from August of last year.(Vehicle was towed due to a coil pack issue NOT damage)

They arrived in a reasonable time frame. The people were efficient, appeared to be compent. Charges were appropriate.

I took my grandmother to Bank of America on Silver Springs boulevard and not only did the tow truck driver park illegally in a handicapped spot, he illegally parked diagonally across ALL of the handicapped parks!!!! Next time I see this I am calling the police. My grandmother couldn’t park there and she can’t walk well at all and can’t breathe. You are a towing company! You know the rules. Please respect them. I have never used this service, and never will. One of their drivers was behind us, in the truck pictured on this site, and he was beeping at us for stopping, at stop signs, while there were cars coming. Along with riding us for miles, getting dangerously close, and driving all over the road. When he finally went another way than we were going he ignored the 4-way stop sign and drove right through. Im thankful there werent any cars coming. The kicker, he was doing this with two vehicles on his truck. Wish I could give zero stars.

Worst towing company in ocala, unrealistic and very passive aggressive. Employees are unreliable and know nothing. If the owner is no where to be found your questions go unanswered. The service is not even worth mentioning.

Tried to have my junk car towed to the recycler for over a month. Its always cant do it today call back tomorrow. ( and make sure I call early a.m. only. Called today and dispatcher hung up after only saying C & M towing. Called again and Mike the owner played some horrible siren noise and I had to hang up. You would be better off calling someone not so arrogant.

Had my car towed from these people because I was two months late on my payment. Went up to the bank had to pay my payment in full which was $3000 because the loan amount was less than 5000 they would not let me make it current this tow company knowing I paid my payment and four would not let me pick up my Truck because it was three in the afternoon and they wanted to have my truck overnight so they could charge me again. When I got my truck I had multiple items missing. These people are scam artists I do not trust them neither should you

Not even the person being towed. Driver blocked us in parking space and refused to move after loading of car was completed. Pulled away just enough for us to possibly get by, then threw his truck in reverse and blocked us again. Threatening to keep us blocked in and to beat our ass (my boyfriend and I). I have a medical condition that I needed to get home and address, we where blocked in for 15-20 minutes. (our store stop would have only taken 5 minutes had it not been for this driver. Driver took pictures of my car, license plate and of my boyfriend. very rude, parked in middle of an already narrow road way between building and parking area, did not follow proper procedure for loading, poor handling of equipment. Management did not sound surprised when given name of driver nor did they sound eager to resolve the issue.

Had a car towed to a shop. Driver apparently didnt know how to use a map or gps to locate the shop with an address. Then the driver had the nerve to say, Im just going to drop this car off on the side of the road if I cant find it. How are you a driver and dont know your way around town or how to use GPS?

God forbid something happen to your car late night. Granted they are a 24 hour service, I know now to prep my car with pillows and blankets for its been 2 and a half hours with no call back. The wait continues..3:30am
