I had several noises and rattles coming from my rear suspension on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. A big chain repair shop looked at and explained that much of the rubber was shot (after 16 yrs but low mileage). The main problem was the Rubber Insulators on top and bottom of the coil springsThe rubber insulators were disintegrating... producing metal on metal sounds. I planned on replacing all rubber bushings in the rear. I studied it and prepared by ordering replacement parts. Just to check on how much I was saving, I had some sky high quotes when I called a few shop. Then, Jessie at Z-man said they could do it within my budget and save my aches and pains.. Imagine my glee! I checked on their great reputation for work and arranged for the job. Jessie knew ALL about the vehicle type, the issues and the correct remedies. The job involved all rubber components of the suspension & was completed ON TIME, on budget and done correctly. THIS is a genuine Low-Overhead shop with Jessie and Robert doing High-Value work. The building is run down and everything he says is a lie. He is such a crook that I thought he was helping me by putting my car in his name for insurance purposes but when I was in a wreck, no fault of my own. Robert and jessie refused to give me the check that was written for my car . Robert knows how hard I worked on that car and he still would rather be a greedy sob than give me whats mine. Hes so greedy that he will lie to customers and tell them hes doing work, but will pocket the money instead of buying the parts hes supposed to. These people are evil and dont deserve to make a dime in this state or any other. I paid half of the insurance bill so my car would be covered and for him to keep uncheck isthe lowest thing you could do to someone. And Im his brother.
