I called fishers auto care for a second opinion for a wheel bearing job that the dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. Fishers auto was able to get me in the same day, test drive my vehicle and look at my wheel bearings and give me an honest quote and opinion. I will definitely be taking my car back there in the future to do all my services and car work. the gentleman there are very professional and very kind and friendly.

My truck was not serviced in a long time. I recently brought it into Fishers and they did a 20 point inspection. They helped me to prioritize the services the truck would need. One of the things they found were broken sway bar links. After this replacement, the truck drives with better control and front end tightness. I feel very confident in their honesty and the quality of service I received. Everyone is super nice and pleasant !

Fishers is our got to for auto repair. The James and Tom are up forthright informative and spell out exactly what to expect so that you can make informed decisions. I especially like the digital service app that explains the scope of work and asks for approval. On each occasion they havedone their due diligence and it has saved us on labor and parts. The repairs are quality and lasting. We have not had to readdress any work that has been performed by their team and I find that extremely valuable.

I went to Fishers because they could get me in right away and fix same day. Unfortunately my front axle was damaged during repair and I had to spend a m additional 199.00 for a new one.The repair was satisfactory. I would recommend this shop. Very professional and responsive.

Not a typical auto repair shop. Check in desk always manned and waiting area very clean and comfortable. My car is older, so I was informed during the day when things had to be done that were not expected. Well worth the money to get air working in this heat! I highly recommend Fisher Auto Care.

My truck was having issues and not shifting into gear or allowing me to see what gear it was in. I took it to Fishers Auto care and while they were unable to find an issue with my truck I am very satisfied with their level of service and the price for their time and labor was very reasonable.

Stayed timely with scheduled appointment. After sharing that the vehicle would be used for a long trip, the service manager and techs ensured that it would be safe for travel. After determining that other maintenance would be required, they did it without an additional appointment and drove me home. When work was done they picked me up to return to my car. We have always been pleased with their service and their professionalism. I was also impressed with their covid safety facility.

Took my car ti another repair facility. After a vacuum pump was replaced, they proceeded to drive my car for about 14 miles....WITH NO OIL! Had it towed to Fishers. Spoke with James. He was very professional delivering some very bad news. Had a solution in place and was extremely amicable during our conversation. Good team, good service, great communication.

My car was overheating and it ended up being an easy fix of coolant, but car had gone to the dealer for maintenance and I asked why it took so long for the heat to kick in during the winter but possibly because this started a while ago and the fluid was low… very pleased with care and explanation… Will be back

We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained everything before they did any work. We were passing through town and they got us back on the road quickly and at a very fair and reasonable price. The waiting area was impeccably clean and well stocked with refreshments for the customers. Clean restrooms also available.

My husband and I were headed home after a long trip. We needed to get to the vet to pick up our cat by 5:00. A horrendous noise under the hood took us to the nearest I-75 exit. We stopped at a Shell station and were directed to Fishers Auto Care. I explained the situation to James. He put the car up on a rack, removed the plastic liner (which had come loose and was scraping the highway), emailed me a picture of the damaged part, told us the car was safe to drive, and charged us $70. And he did it all in an hour! If we lived closer to Ocala we would never use any other auto shop. PS: We made it to the vet by 3:30.

I needed some diagnostics done on my M3 and they actually told me I could get it done faster/cheaper at the BMW dealership. That was awesome, and not many places will do that. Its nice for a business to try and save their customers money, even if it means referring them someplace else. Ill take all of my cars there now because they earned my trust with a simple gesture :)

Only gave 3star cause it was just inspection of a noise not found. I feel every review is important for business. I have nothing negative to say for my short time there. Service was treated in a timely manner. Cars always need attention so I will return to give a better review.

I called Fishers for help when my car wouldnt start and all the lights on my console were flashing at me. They were pretty sure it was just the battery. Using my roadside assistance to get a jump I headed over. They took me right in and replaced my battery but they didnt stop there. They did a starting & charging system test as well to confirm the battery was the only problem. I had my car back in a few short hours. Employees were very professional and thorough in updating me throughout the process.

I was traveling to MO and stopped at Discount Tires for a balance and rotation as I passed through. In doing so found that I had a broken lug. Fisher was booked for the day, but found a way to squeeze me in anyway and got me back on the road! They were very friendly and professional. I only wish they were in Englewood! After driving to Ocala from Orlando to see family, the car pooped out on our way back home. As soon as we got on 75 we started having issues. I pulled off to the nearest AutoZone for quick use of their code reader. Thanks to the AutoZone employee who told me to go to Fishers. They took excellent care of us and the car. I had my disabled mother and my two young kids with me, so it was a stressful situation. However, The waiting area is clean and welcoming, all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They saw I was stressing about not having enough formula for the baby and they gave me a ride to the nearest CVS. Not many places will take care of customers like that nowadays. Fishers was able to diagnose, fix the issue and get us on our way, home safe in time for bedtime! I just wish the shop was closer to home. If I am able Ill make the drive for routine work to be done on my vehicles. This is a great shop ran by even better people.

Fisher Auto Care was recommended to me by six different people I had never been there but me and my wife we went there and we had some general problems and maintenance problems with the vehicle and we went in and they took care of the problem in a nice professional manner they were very courteous and everything James and his crew they did a wonderful job and we are very proud of what they did and as of that day to this day they have become our personal mechanics and I just want to say thank you guys and youll see me soon

I knew as soon as I made contact that my truck was in good hands. They were also recommend by the tow truck driver. I was contacted first thing Monday morning and the truck was repaired soon after. This was the first time I have ever used Fishers and I will always go back. They developed a trust that will always stick with me. It is really hard to accomplish that first time around. I havent even met these folks yet.

I came here first in 2018 great service friendly staff. I came back in 2019 needed alignment on my other vehicle but they were unable to do it I needed to repair some stuff. They quoted me over 2k for the repair. I was about to get it done at another place for 1/2 the price with a warranty. I just got new tires again and came back to fisher and they said because I got the front end fixed somewhere else my alignment is double the original price. I think that is completely wrong and unfair I have 5 vehicles in total will never come here again I urge you all to find a different place as well. Beware they charge more for females than males to.

Took my truck in for two tire studs that had been cross threaded and needed to be broke off to install tires. When I got my truck to Fishers, they had already given me an estimate over the phone to repair the broken studs. The shop was very clean and they almost immediately got my truck in to look at it.Shortly after, they came out and let me know the truck had standoffs installed and would need to be replaced before they could fix any other issue. They were very thorough with the explanation and told me to call when I had the parts ( which I will definitely do) to have the job completed. I will make them my go to place going forward.

Car broke down visiting my daughter in Ocala. Fishers towed my car and replaced my starter. Very pleased with the service I received. They were very professional and respectful. Womens restroom was very clean.

WATCH OUT FOR $40 CHARGE! They said my upper and lower ball joints needed replaced before they could do an alignment,but I really questioned that cause months before I froze my drivers side caliper and it got so hot everything had to be replaced & was brand new! So I had to pay $40 to have it checked out by my mechanic. Sure enough my mechanic at Swanders Auto said the ball joints were fine and did my alignment.

I was very happy to hear that what I thought might be wrong with my Mercedes, which would have probably been a very costly repair, was not that at all! As it turned out, there was really no problem at all & even after they went through all the motions to test out my car, they were honest about the results and didnt charge me for anything except for the tow, which I also thought to be very reasonably priced! Went in with steering wheel shake, James at the front desk listened to my complaints and we made an appointment. James test drove my Honda Pilot and called tovtell ne he experienced the same symptoms. He suggested it was a tire problem but they checked the front suspension anyway. James was spot on. 4 new tires and an alignment fixed the problem. James was test driving my vehicle when zi arrived to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended Fishers.

Outstanding perfection! I keep my vehicle well maintained here. From routine oil changes to finding a burnt out bulb, Fishers has kept my vehicle in top condition. I am extremely satisfied with the great services they provide!

Fisher’s is horrendous. Don’t be deceived by the Supposed “good” ratings. My vehicle was brought in for a repair in which they drastically over charged for labor and charged me two diagnostic fees, claiming it was needed as there were two different issues. Even worse than that, my car had another part fail within a week of their repair and Fisher’s denied responsibility. I’m am very familiar with car maintenance and repair as my father was a mechanic for most of his adult life. I also had a separate mechanic come look at the vehicle and confirmed my suspicions. The part that went bad did do in a very uncommon fashion, further creating suspicion of foul play or damages caused from other repairs from Fisher’s. Fisher’s still refuses to take responsibility. My suggestion is to run from this place as fast as you can. I do know Fisher’s will try and respond to this post and lie stating they were not at fault but I know the difference between coincidence and negligence during repair. Do not be deceived.

WELL I DROVE IN WITH MY VEHICLE AND GOT KICKED OUT CAUSE I WASNT GOING TO PAY 700$ FOR A 300$ JOB TO BE DONE SO THEY BASICALLY BACKED MY CAR OUT OF THE LIFT AND TOLD ME THAT THE TIE ROD CAME APART DURING THE ALIGNMENT AND THAT IT HAD TO BE TOWED TO WHEREVER I WAS TAKING MY CAR. SO I DROVE IN WITH A VEHICLE AND TOWED OUT MY VEHICLE I MEAN I WASNT EVEN OFFERED A TOWED

I feel as I shouldnt paid as much as I paid for an oil change. I took my car in one month prior to get my AC fixed they either dropped or slammed my hood down which broken my latch. I never touched my car sent that day. Well they took no blame and 1200. Later I had to pay for the repairs for my car. No discount or apology at all. I paid to fir for my car but will never take it back for anything else. They are high.
