Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had my breaks changed and then they began making a grinding sound. I took it back in and they thought they had it fixed but it began again. I took it back in and they made sure it was fixed and did not charge me . They are reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. The ladies that work there are super sweet too. You can tell by watching them with other customers that there is a lot of repeat customers and they get to know them personally. Will definitely keep going.

I got a 2004 Chevy van from them and they was really helpful and nice and worked with me and my family on our price range and what we was looking for. They stand by what they say and have a good warranty and servicing for a vehicle you get from them.

I am a self-proclaimed albeit amateur gear-head, who recently traded in an under-warranty 2016 muscle car for a 1969 Chevy Nova SS. OK, Im a geezer, so I wanted to have a reputable auto repair facility to do work on my new 50 year-old car. I read the reviews. Enter Executive Auto. Customer-centric from my walk in the door, my repair request was handled quickly and pleasantly. I understood ahead of time that I would need to leave the car. After assessing the issues, Rich, in appropriate detail let me know what should be done to correct my concerns. No pressure, just a guy who loves cars giving me the facts. Went to go possibly purchase a car. I didnt even start. This is a repair shop? Looks as if they always jump start it because battery access in the trunk was already off ready to jump. Once the car was started, no A/C. I was told they ordered a battery, yesterday. I wouldnt purchase a car here. For me contacting them the day before saying I was looking at a particular car, youd think theyd make sure it started. For a repair shop to sell a car that wont even start says alot.

From Andrea in sales, to Orlando in service, to Rich the owner, this place is very much worthy of 5 stars. I own a service contracting business that utilizes 5 to 6 vehicles yearly. I was in need of another van and found a very nice used van at executive. Minor issues got taken care of by service. Rich even phoned in to say hed spotted another van for me at auction. Now THATS looking out! This place predominantly deals with the classics but their service bays do stay full with general service. I am to be a definite long term customer.

Nice well kept shop. I had my headlights restored and these guys did a great job. Even took care of my foglights that originally look unrepairable!

New paint and body work along with some mechanical fixes. They were very professional. Kept me informed as to the progress of the work being done. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Took my car in for paint and some mechanical work. The final price was lower than the estimate. They didnt replace anything that didnt need to be replaced on the mechanical side and the paint job was excellent. If you need restoration work or mechanical work for your daily driver, this is the place to go in Ocala.

Andrea got me an oil change appointment the same exact day I inquired about it. I just had my 2nd one with them today. The first one they had me in and out super quick! Today however I had a oil light on and Rich pulled me back to show me exactly what was going on and explain to me what needed to be done. Then another person (can’t remember his name) went over pricing with me and I accepted. I’ve never felt comfortable at a mechanic shop before but today I did, and did not feel one bit of taken advantage of like I felt in the past. I highly recommend this shop and I for one will be going here for oil changes and maintaince as long as I live in Ocala :) oh also the prices were very reasonable!

Thought on this for a good week, Heres my review.CAR: 2/3 stars STAFF/EXPERIENCE: 0/2 starsI purchased a 1989 Toyota Pickup from executive earlier this month and have to say I love the truck. Always wanted one of the smaller trucks from the 80s 90s and the previous owner of this truck did a lovely job taking care of it. And Executive did a fantastic paint job on it. HOWEVER. A few problems arose only after a week of ownership. A major one being the failure of the clutch slave cylinder the night I got home with the truck. Now this is not a part that fails suddenly. Most likely it leaks over time and the hydraulics no longer work. Fairly similar to brake hydraulics. The reservoir was bone dry giving me the idea this has been an on going issue. So that means 3 possible things1. Exec. noticed this issue, decided to ignore it, and sold the car under the assumption it wasnt their problem.2. Exec. didnt notice the issue, sold the car under the assumption everything was fine.What you must understand though is that this is not an expensive or labor intensive repair, neither is the diagnosis. Were talking under $50 and an hour to replace the slave. Im 18 and figured out the issue within seconds as the reservoir is clearly marked and the cylinder was smeared with old fluid that had leaked out. Exec had this car for well over a month and for them to not notice this issue makes me question their knowledge and practices. A simple fluid check would give you all the answers, even just looking at the slave you can tell its bad. If they did notice, and continued on without replacement, I Seriously question their practices and suggest many buyers beware. This is not the sole issue however, there was a problem with the steering and when I brought it up after the test drive to the sales rep. they just denied it was there lol. It was merely the steering hub rubbing on the horn button and i fixed it in seconds with wd-40. Again, a super simple issue that makes me wonder what kind of hands this truck was in for the duration of its stay. And for them to deny it and lie is almost alarming. Especially if it could have been a more serious issue with the power steering etc.Oh and the cold start injector was dirty which took like 30 minutes to clean. Like come on.Otherwise theres not much to say. I love the truck, or else I wouldnt have bought it. The issues described are just a nuisance. Rich, the owner, can come off as rude. In fact the whole staff was a bit wary of me until they saw money. The one woman i test drove with was very sweet, and she was actually filling in for the sales rep who was often absent for half the day when i tried to call. Oh well. In the end i got the truck so i call it a win.

The clearcoat on the hood of my FJ was starting to fail, within a few short days Rich and his skilled team stripped and refinished the hood, cowl, fenders and mirrors. I couldnt be more impressed with the paint match, workmanship and overall experience.

My car needed a AC Compressor clutch. I was quoted $400.00 for a USED one or $700.00 for a REBUILT one. I know nothing about cars, and trusted this mechanic. I chose to go with the used one due to finances. They had my car for 2 days. When I picked it up The compressor made a really strange sound and I was told thats normal. Because it kept getting louder and was Worried it was gonna cease up I talked to a friend who is was a mechanic. Well I was informed I paid too much and introduced me to ROCK AUTO. The WHOLE kit NEW cost $169.00 and was shipped in 2 daysIm all for a business making money but this was a ripoff. You better know about cars before going to this shop and check parts cost at ROCK AUTO

I called to make and appointment to get and oil change, they said 4 pm I was really worried my car would not be done by 5 pm when I get out of work. By 4:40 pm I received a call that my car was done. The process was quick and efficient. All of the employees from the front desk to the mechanic that worked on my car was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for my next oil change or for any other mechanical needs that arise.
