We lucked out and were able to get into the shop and get tire fixed right off I-75. Picked up a nail on first leg of a six day trip. Real nice owner and super fast man fixed us up. Very reasonable price.

These guys charged me $37 to repair my tire wit an inside patch they never installed. The people that properly repaired the tire, allowed me to take a picture as proof. As you can see the tire was ground and adhesive applied, but the patch was never placed. The following day, the tire was flat.

I highly recommend going to H&D ! Awesome honest people. I felt welcomed and had a joy talking to everyone there. Helped me out while Im here on vacation from NY . I know about cars. I just dont have tools with me. And thy was honest to a 100 percent. No bullcrap no lies. I wish I can give 10 stars. Again if you want a honest place to get work done, go to these guys

A tire punctured Super Bowl Sunday while I was driving on I-75 and I needed it replaced. The State Farm courtesy service driver recommended this business. When I arrived they found a tire that would work and I was on the road in about 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and they did a great job.

My mother in law needed her tire plugged and they charged $45 TO PLUG A TIRE, we’re used to $3-10 so this price is ridiculous and the person who plugged the tire was very rude . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Charged $20 for a simple tire plug from the outside. Without even taking off the rim. Kinda high $$$. But it did hold up. The other tire guy across the road left for a service call. They will repair your tire just be ready to pay. Im just used to paying $5 at my home town for a tire repair.... got my own commercial grade tire plug set now.

They were just about to close up the shop and Roy was able to help me out. I just needed a tire put on and he was able to have me fixed up in about 10 minutes. Thanks Roy!

We were gonna take our old tire and dispose of it to save on having to pay that extra money, but the owner said he would do it anyway, no charge. Lets share the only positive first...after my car broke down on the highway, they were one of the only repair shops open on Sunday.Now the rest...they really didnt know what they were doing with my car. A pulley broke on my ac compressor, which made the serpentine belt not work. If you left my car on, it would almost immediately overheat. What did they do...leave my car running, even after being told not to. My husband had to search for all the parts, which we personally ordered and had sent to the shop. After being guaranteed the cost of labor...of course it was $45 more than the original and he wanted it paid in cash. Pick up my car...not only is all the stuff not hooked back up but my ac is running...which should not have been because the ac needed an ac kit to have any metal removed or if turned on, could force us to replace the compressor again. Rags and broken part is just left on my floorboard, on the carpet. My car runs even worse than when it was dropped off (crazy hard idle and motor shaking). Top this all off...they were painting around their building and all their red overspray is ALL over my car.WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I do not live in the state and made the worst choice trusting them with the care of my car. Lazy service guys who dont look for parts, dont know how to do the work or unable to find schematics online (which we found after searching less than 5 minutes), but want to be paid like master mechanics.Dont come here unless you are just looking for tires...

Was on a roadtrip to St. Augustine and our car over heated and wouldnt start. This place was .2 miles away so we just came here. Couldnt even tell us what was wrong, just kept hearing well it looks like or well i think it could be wanted to charge us $200 for a battery.Ended up just flushing the radiator and got charged $120And i should add that the two of us are pretty young women, so it just seems like a shop that tries to take advantage of people they think they can take advantage of. Got done fast but woul not recommend taking your car to this shop.Oh also, went to use the restroom and there was poop ON the floor AND wall

Robert came out on a Saturday and fixed our valve issue. With his knowledge and experience I realized we were running out pressure too low. He upped all my tires and I got an extra 2 mpg on my trip Sunday.

Locked out of my car at waffle house beside of H and D services called Them because the waitress inside told us they did this kind of stuff. It took the guy about five minutes to walk over he had no equipment to unlock the car with we had to show him how to get into the car to unlock it and then he charged me $45 to get the keys out of my car after knocking the paint off the door trying to do it. He had no idea what he was doing but he didnt hesitate to take the $45 for doing a job that I had to show him how to do.

Ive worked here for a few months and from my very first day I knew it was an honest shop. This guy dropped off his vehicle with one of the tires locked up so we told him we thought it was a wheel bearing and quoted him a price and he told us to fix it and he left. When I removed the tire and took off the caliper I discovered that the emergency brake had gotten caught up and broke into many pieces which got lodged in the rotor locking up the wheel. When I told my boss/the owner he called the man and told him what it ended up being and that its was gonna save him $300. And just the other day we did a tire for free for someone who was in a bind and let him leave a couple tools as collateral until he got paid. Were a very honest shop and we do great work quickly for a fair price and every employee is polite. I really enjoy working there and like all the guys I work with. We all get along and work great as a team and have a good time while doing it. By the way, I am a certified welder so if you need any welding done you can come see me and Ill get it done in a timely matter with quality in mind

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop and the workers! We blew a tire on our motorhome on the interstate about 6 miles away from this place. After 2 different response vehicles sent by our insurances roadside assistance couldnt get the job done, we contacted this shop since it was close by. They were able to switch out our tire, including putting our spare on the rim of our blown tire all within 30 minutes on a BUSY Saturday. Roadside assistance had taken HOURS to get to us.When we pulled into the shop (we were going to get all new tires put on) our radiator also broke down. These guys let us park our motorhome as we searched for the right radiator (it ended up being pretty obscure). They even stayed 2 hours over (after working 12 hour shifts for 7 days in a row), so that we could get on the road and not have to spend the night in our RV at their shop. Even though they kindly offered to let us plug up if thats what we wanted to do.We found the prices to be reasonable, the workers to be honest and kind, and they helped make a pretty bad situation tolerable. Thank you soooooo much Bobby, Roy, and Cody! Paul, you have a great crew!

Going home to south Florida after sending my 2 daughters to FSU and UF. Our truck broke down 1 mile from the exit with no ac, no radio and no power steering. I was able to drive the truck and steer it with difficulty towards the exit and found this car repair shop right away. it found out that my truck have broken engine belt. after a few hours of wait they fixed it without any other issue. I like their waiting area cold ac, two comfortable leather sofa, flat screen tv and unlimited supply of cold bottled water. but most importantly their honesty, I was texting my own mechanic and gave him the details of the problem and the estimated cost, which it is perfectly right on what they quote on me. Their shop doesn’t look good outside but inside especially in their heart and mind it make a big difference.Thank you again, guys🙏🏼😊

Highway robbery paid double for a trailer tire verses what I pay for a tire and rim at home. Price gouged dont reccomend buy you do what you have to do when travelling

Not honest at all. Scammers more like it. Blew a tire an hour into a 12 hr trip. Only the air hose came out. The person we originally spoke to told us a $20 fix. The honest grandfather took complete advantage that we were away from home and we wouldnt be able to go anywhere else since all other tire shops were closing. Also degrading his worker that only priced us the $20.Our costs ended up being over $322 for 2 new tires at werent worth over $50 online. Terrible service and complete scam!!!

Just got charged 208.65 for an oil change and a tire getting plugged. They told me the tire being plugged was going to be $25.. You never said anything about an oil change costing $170 on a gas truck??? Never go here unless you want to be ripped off.

Had an issue while on vacation last weekend April 4th while coming home from spring break. These guys were fantastic. Dealt directly with the owner and his grandson. Honest,fast and knew their stuff. A brake down on the road can Be awful. If it happens to you just hope your near Ocala!

TL;DR this guy is a scammer who set shop off the interstate to scam travelers. DONT GO HERE! Need to know why? Read on...I was driving north on I-75 on a Saturday when my engine overheated. I picked up some coolant, but it wouldnt cool down. So I searched for a mechanic and H&D Services was the closest shop.From the first moment, they were rude and dismissive. I wasnt greeted and had to talk to flag down 3 people before someone would help me. Red Flag #1.When I asked their labor rate I was told $95/hour. A few minutes later it was changed to $100/hour because its the weekend. Then why wasnt that original quoted rate? Red Flag #2.My destination was less than an hour away, so I mentioned Id be catching an Uber. The owner started bartering with me - saying he could get me there cheaper than Uber, and hed bundle it with repairs. At this point I knew he was just trying to make money off me. Red Flag #3.The next morning I woke up at 9am to 9 phone calls and 2 voicemails from H&D. The voicemails were rash and demanding - like I was inconveniencing him my not answering at 8am on a Sunday. Red Flag #4.When I call back, he begins listing off a bunch of things that he found wrong with the car - some of which had nothing to do with the radiator. I was quoted over $1,100. This was triple of what I thought it would cost. Red Flag #5.I ask for a written quote, and he texts me a handwritten note. Weird, but whatever. I double check prices on the 4 parts he said were necessary to repair. The total for the 4 parts was only 25% of what he was charging. Red Flag #6.I called two nearby shops to compare labor rates and part prices. Both shops agreed that the scope of work was enormously overpriced. In the middle of this, H&D calls me to say he changed his mind and the total was now $900. He apparently decided one of the necessary repairs wasnt so necessary. Red Flag #7.I then ask him to explain the huge markup on part prices, and that I found them on AutoZone - in stock - for much cheaper. He starts rambling about how he doesnt use AutoZone parts and that he cant compete with online pricing. Im sorry, what? That just doesnt make any sense. Red Flag #8.I politely decline his services and tell him my car will be getting towed out of his shop. He starts interrogating me, asking who will be towing it and where it will be going. Despite this not being any of his business, I let him know I found another mechanic willing to do the work (all of it!) for less than $400. Suddenly H&D says, Well Ill do it for $550! I didnt know we were bartering here. Red Flag #9.I DO NOT recommend them, I DO NOT trust them, and I WOULD NOT use them - no matter how desperate you are.
