This is a highly recommended establishment. I got into a car accident not so long ago and I was going to have AAA tow my car. The wait time for that was going to be an hour and I needed my car to be gone quick because I was already blocking a main road. My buddy told me about this place and they sent out a dispatcher right away. After a good 25-30 mins he arrived and took care of me. I didnt have to worry so much after my vehicle after that. If Im ever stuck somewhere again I would always go to this place.

Absolutely the best! the price was significantly more affordable than my insurance, Triple A and other local businesses. The wait was only 15mins as stated from the operator and the customer service of the staff towing the vehicle was professional and friendly. I will highly recommend this company.

Dont waste your time. Took them 4 hours to pick up my vehicle when I was told the driver was close by. I had to follow up every 15 min and the ETA for the driver was the same for over 1 hour. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor after everything was done, I was on hold for over 1 hour with excuses. I tried emailing no answer for over 1 month (followed up about 6x) with never a response back.

We work with over 5 thousand RVs on the road. Whenever we have a breakdown these guys are the guys to call. Good rates, fast response is perfect for us.

Illegally towed my car at 5 in the morning, proceed to charge me for the previous night for storage (2 days even though I picked it up early afternoon on the same day). Only takes cash. Address not visible at all, not from the street, not even when you drive into their weird parking lot behind other buildings, no business sign. Extremely shady. Ill be taking them to small claims court.Edit: I tried mailing them a demand for payment for violating California law overcharging me and USPS tracking literally says No Such Number and cant deliver the mail. This is how shady this place is.

Dispatcher was understanding...until i had to keep calling after a 2hr wait for a truck. Then stop answering the phone i guess i was bugging them after waiting 2hrs. Id rather hitch my car to back of a pickup truck then to call this company.

I had my MITZ montero sport 4X4 towed by Melvin from Vacaville to Hayward..It was the most professional towing job I could have ever expected and the rate wasnt bad either. He was nice and cortable all the way to Hayward.
