David was awesome. His service was fast and he was friendly. Definitely cheered me up in a moment that was stressful!

Unprofessional:They over charge, very rude not friendly lied over the phone said one thing then another when i got there. Very dirty felt very unsafe. If you can use another service.

My company is part of a fleet, so this company was chosen for me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company for towing services. It states in website fast and reliable. Couldn’t be further from the truth. I was given an eta of an hour for service. An hour and a half later I called for eta and was told that his driver was currently on another job??? How I can have an eta that is 30 mins late have a driver on another job. When I told owner I need a more precise eta he replied that they don’t give eta estimates. When I pressed him for a time he gave me a wait time of an additional hour. That would have been exactly 2 and a half hours for a service that was promised to be an hour. Owner responded by having a cussing match with me and telling me I always know where to find him if I had a problem. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. If you want professional, speedy service don’t choose this company.

I would give zero stars if I could! The man I talked to was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them and I hope they get shut down, the world does not need a bad business like this!
