Mark is a great guy and knows what hes doing. Many people think a tow is a tow. A car is in one place and then it gets moved to another, the only difference being the price and whether the driver has bad breath.Im a mechanic by trade and I can tell you that hiring someone who knows what theyre doing and cares about their work is important. We see cars damaged by tow drivers all the time. Sometimes its immediately apparent, like when a bumper is ripped off while dropping the car off.Other times its subtle and goes unnoticed for so long that theres little recourse by the time the damage is discovered. A good example of this is when drivers hook up to skinny rear lower control arms to pull the car onto the bed, bending them badly in the process.
