This is by far the worst company. I locked my keys out of my car along with my wallet inside. I called this company to see if they can unlock my car. I’m not sure who I got on the phone with but it was a woman. She said the service was going to be $140 dollars which was fine with me. She said it would take around 40mins for someone to come out. She said to call back if I needed to cancel and it would be a $50 cancellation fee. I called back to let her know that we no longer needed the help. She had an attitude and hung up in my face. When I tried to call back I was immediately put on hold. 30 minutes later the tow company shows up and says that they were never notified about me calling to cancel.

Tow was timely and reasonably priced. No issues with the service.However they have berated me with text messages ever since using them, asking to post a review and receive a $10 Amazon gift card. There is no way to opt out of the messages and the number they text from doesnt receive calls back. This is very annoying and I would like them to stop, hence this review.

Car died on the side of the road and had to find a tow. The tow truck came at the expected time of around ~45 mins. The driver professionally picked up and dropped off my car, even helped me out it into a parking spot. My tow was relatively short so I didn’t mind the price, but can be pricy for longer tows. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will use again.

Service provider was professional, speedy, and made the overall experience painless. $155 did seem a little pricy but then again I have no base idea of what the cost should be for a car towed a few miles, that being said I would still rate the company a 4.5 out 5 stars overall for their professionalism and sincere care of their customers experience.

Called for lock out service in a very time sensitive moment. Waited 2 hours for the very kind driver to show up with ticket for a tow truck and no lock out tools. He left and said he would be back in 15 minutes. Waited another 20, called and checked in- was told there would be another 40 minute wait. The technician was very sweet and also unfortunately not wearing a mask. I cancelled my service and called another business to help me.

They arrived on time. The man who towed my car was very nice. He had my car on the truck in 10 min and on the way to my house. The price was not bad at all.

They came out to tow my car fairly quickly. The person towing my car was very professional and overall knew when he was doing, considering he towed my car from a parallel park between two other vehicles. I would highly recommend!

Very crooked. Dishonest people. Don’t use them. EB, Rocket, Toro, 10-4,… are all the same company. They quoted me a price and did not honor it. CROOKS.

Called this place to order a tow. The lady over the phone said 30 mins. Tow truck driver didn’t make it to pick up for an hour and 15 mins. Then everytime I called to get an ETA she kept saying 20 mins like do you actually know or was you just saying what you thought I would want to hear ?? Then they don’t allow passengers because of covid UNSATISFACTORY !!!! Don’t use them! & it’s a $50 charge to cancel.

James came out today. He was the fourth tow truck driver in 3 days to try to move my classic car. He was the only one who brought the proper truck and tools. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Hey fellow Googlers, I want to inform you this was the only guy that answered his phone at 545AM the morning of July 5 out of all of the 25+ towing services in the Oakland Alameda area. All other services were on holiday and did not answer. Short story my daughter was injured July 4th evening and was taken to the hospital and lost her 1 set of car keys. I had to stay with her car all night because it had open windows. I have AAA and even they gave up on me. So I stayed at that waterfront all night (SOOOO SCARRRY, 1 STABBING AND 1 PERSON SMASHED BY HIT AND RUN DRIVER) until someone answered at 545AM which was EB Towing !!! The driver showed up at 620AM with a flatbed for my daughters all wheel drive car and towed it to Newark for a good price. Thank you EB Towing 👍👍👍

Guy from EB Towing was nothing short of amazing! He had to get my car out of a garage in a really tight spot, and he did it effortlessly. Unfortunately my insurance people didnt tell him the car was in a garage or that I couldnt get it out of park, however, he had the car up on this truck and out of my garage quickly. Amazing and would definitely recommend these guys. Im keeping them on my list to call again if I ever need them. Hopefully I wont though! Thanks, GUY!!!

Outstanding Service. These guys are serious professionals. First of all my service rep Guy was EXCELLENT. Prompt. Knowledgable, a Critical Thinker and Thorough. Used their service because of their ‘good’ ratings. But definitely had poor experience. Was told the price range would be $100-$134. Max. $134. Driver came 40 mins after the call which was good. But after a 20 min drive and the driver dropped off my car was asked to make payment. Gave him the card and payment went through. He didn’t tell me that the charges would be different than agreed. After payment went through I asked how much? He said $250 as I immediately got the mobile receipt and realized I got charged $250. Totally dishonest. The guy who picked up the phone was nice. Not sure if it was just the driver who was dishonest. I would NOT recommend.

Horribly dishonest company, no reason to ever call them. Why? 1. They do not undertake the service themselves, they call a real towing company then charge a significant mark-up on what the service actually costs, 2. they will always quote you a price range, but you will always pay the highest price they quote, its simple but it works as people are desperate when stuck on the side of the road

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.They definitely are not open 24/7 as advertised. They will avoid answering your phone calls until after hours and then charge you a $100 after hours fee to pick up your car. Their office is nonoperational unless they are towing somsones car. So you really are just stuck to their time and convenance. I had to go to their garage 3 times before I could finally retrieve my car.Try calling them and your call will almost always go to voicemail with no response for hours.The man at the desk was rude and had absolutely no care for customers. His attitude speaks volumes on behalf of the company.I would strongly suggest staying away from this company at all costs unless you have money to throw away.

I needed to take my car to the shop and I called this company who offered me a great price and gave me excellent service.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Took over an hour to get to my location. Exorbitant prices. They try o charge you for cancellation and charge a $49 service fee. Literally cost $138 to get gas because I ran out. This is why we all should have triple A.

They over charged us for semi tow only 80 miles away. When a different company charge us less for the same distance two weeks. The other company only charged us 945 to bad they were not available we would’ve gone with them again. We will never use you guys again. We also have prove with the other company.

My insurance sent me this tow truck driver and I cannot be anymore happier with his professionalism. He was on time and did his job super fast and also work within my budget.

I give no stars they had me waiting since 4:30pm the driver decided to show up at 6:30pm had me waiting for 2 hours on the side of the freeway i kept calling them asking where was the driver all they kept saying was he was 15 minutes away they told me that like 3 times i couldnt even call a different towing company because they charge a 49 dollar cancelation fee, you have to give them your card info in order for them to call the driver i should of called a different towing company in the first place this company is no good..they charged me 165 to go less than 5miles I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I was told that a tow truck would come in 45 minutes, but a truck didnt arrive for 2.5 hours. When I called to check in on the location of the truck, I kept being told that a car would be there in 10 minutes. I was also told that the tow would cost $100-$130, and when I arrived at my destination the driver told me it was $185.

Guy was very professional and prompt once he picked me up. Careful ride.
