Great place to have working for me. Would 100% uses them for all my units

Very professional, but my expectations were really exceeded when Mary waited AFTER HOURS for my contractor to retrieve his vehicle after I errorneously had them tow his car from one of my rental properties. They are awesome and b/c of thier cust serv, I will always look to them first for my towing needs. Highly Recommend.

This place practices predatory towing. They are very rude and there customer service sucks

If I could give them negative stars I would. My car wasnt towed, but I saw one of their drivers illegally marking cars to tow. Cars that that just recently parked within a few minutes. I called him out and explained the law that he was breaking. I let him know that I had recorded his predatory tactics. He became upset with me. He took a picture of me for some reason lol. So I walked away and went home. He apparently FOLLOWED ME HOME. He then TRESPASSED INTO MY PROPERTY and proceeded to THREATEN me and my family. He said to me I just wanted to let you know I know where you live. and if anything happens to me, I know where you live. I told him to leave my property or I will call the police. This is who you have working for you?? SCUM.

The guy with no air is the driver and the security work in O Reilly auto parts in foothill blvrd in Oaklnd ca I was buying something in the place and the cashier took my time looking for the piece I bought and the security call the guy the guy towing was parking out side ride a away tow my car wen I go out side my car was gone the parking is belong to O Reilly auto parts in the office they still from my pocket $500.00 dollars and they told me somebody from O Reilly call wen I come back to the auto parts I catch this two men’s talking and the driver give the hands to the security like seeking hands bought they give money because the security put the hands in he’s poked he I get in comission I ask the cashier inside and they told me nobody call the towing from inside the store I don’t believe th y are still In money from his coustomers. I was visiting my friend and they told me I could park in this spot and a few hours later when I get ready to leave my car was gone no sticker no notice. So we found out it was p.p.i the man on the phone told me it would be 472 to get it out which in my case is a ridiculous amount of money for a car that was only in there for a few hours. Then they were closed the next day and my bill went up to 555. Took them forever to bring out my car and when asked the reason why for the towing they didnt give me a reason

The most worst Tower company I was there 10:05am -10:10am before 10:30am I was setting a while waiting the guy talking with someone too long also he go inside many times came back too late, so later after help other people my turn I gave my Id he looked on computer I told the car information and address then I asked me $555 I asked him do charge me for today he said yes I asked why after 10:30 another charge I was here before 10:30 it wasn’t my problem he is the one wasted my time. But he refused he charged me $555

They are horrible and they illegally tell your car theyll come right up and scoop it up they dont even care if pets are purses or keys are in the car

Vehicle was towed without meeting all requirements of Motor Vehicle Code 22658.They refused to provide any evidence that they met the requirements.The car was in operating condition before the tow but now will not start.They jumped the car before removing it from the impound and refused to provide documentation that they jumped the car. They said they would admit it if it becomes an insurance issue with the insurance companies but we know that is a lie.Daniel, the manager was not helpful and would not provide any straight answers.Will be reporting them to the BBB and elsewhere. They did not follow their own rules, and should be held accountable.

Danced around my questions as to why my car was towed. They made a quick $375 for having my car for less than an hour. Don’t know how they sleep at night.

One of the truck driver I had encountered was trying to tow my car illegally 🤬, without any reasons. I let him take my car because he was so arrogant animal, he could kill me if I had continued arguing with him.After 40 min I reached at his office and I said why you towed my car although i parked at my assigned parking lot, he replied he usually do that and I had to pay 380.64 $ .Great job PPI.Please hired human beings not animals

My Friends car was towed out of a parking lot whose car was only there for 10 minutes from a parking stall that isn’t assigned to anyone. I live on the property and know which stalls are available. When we got to PPI I called the number to let the them know we were there and the rep on the phone said nobody was there. Looking through the window I saw someone in the warehouse who eventually came out and made us wait. The tow guy had us wait while he would disappear. I live about 10 minutes away from the tow yard which meant the car couldn’t have been there for more than 10 minutes. The tow guy said someone called themto tow the car but he couldn’t tell us who called. He charged $472 and wouldn’t negotiate. When my friend tried to pay with a credit card the tow guy asked for his ID and PIN number in which he wanted to enter himself Of course he didn’t give the PIN number which forced us to grab cash out of the ATM. They prey on cars and charge and ridiculous amount. The tow guy is very suspicious and should be reported

Very cool company . They were more then willing to work out a n arrangement with me to get my vehicle. I greatly appreciate the help of the staff and understanding of my situation more then making a profit off it....*Thank You * sincerely a satisfied customer

My car was towed for no permit!!!! I was so freaking PISSED and happy it was towed and not STOLEN!! When I got to the towing yard the secretary was very nice and professional. Okay, after she explained they are just trying to keep people that dont live here off the property.... I get it I cause there has been cars that dont belong. When they pulled out my car it had a dead battery I told them I was late and if I could come back they said yes...that they will charge it AND THEY DID! so I guess they not that bad after all.

I have been here for over a hour trying to pick my car up. Nobodies here up front and when you call the number they keep saying there are helping a customer, how long do it take?

3rd time my daughter’s car was towed from her apartment parking lot because her parking pass was not visible. Cost for a partial day cost me $295. That is a rip-off.

They practice predatory towing. My friends car got towed within 5 mins of leaving there with emergency lights on as he was picking up something from my apartment. The driver was very rude, arrogant and uncooperative. Didn’t let the car go even when we got there as he was strapping belts around wheels. I call that robbery with license.

Being from a Family of PROFESSIONAL TOW TRUCK DRIVERS/OWNERS, They Are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LACK CURTISY.

They town my truck for no reason I be parking outside of my apartment with the emergency lights on because Im carrying out my lunch bags to my apartment when I coming out my truck has been towed.

This kind of business might help some people, but 99% of the time, theyre only out to get peoples money for some stupid reasons!!! All the nonsense fees they charge is totally insane!!! $500,00 for less than 40 minutes it took me to go pick up my car its not right!!!
