Just wanted to say that they were very clean everything was sanitized they even used a brand new file and a brand new buffer on me which is very important for me because of sanitation reasons. I would definitely refer them and I would definitely go back. I came all the way from Vegas.

If they do not have a certain product they need to let the customer know so that the customer can decide what they really want their nails to look like. They cannot have to do a design and then charge extra for a half done design. I paid $93 for this set and my toenails

I went there last Saturday November 11, 2017. I end up falling asleep waiting to be served. When I awoke, I asked the lady how much longer would it be for her to replace one nail? She told me in about an hour more. I thought it was very disrespectful for me as a high tipper to wait basically 2 hours for a nail technician to glue on one single nail. As a matter of fact I think this place deserve two and a half Stars prior to my visit on last Saturday I would have given them four stars three and a half tops

I brought my niece here to get a fill and they did a wonderful job. I got a manicure with a gel overlay and i can honestly say my nails have never looked better.

Horrible service will never comeback to this nail shop. Lady told me to wash my hands in the same water that my feet were soaking in(gross). I told her no I will not do that! Thats unsanitary. Both Ladies were very rude customer service skills need to be improved.

They are un professional. The tub was not cleaned out with disinfectant for first off. My middle toe nail split and I ask him to fix it and he didnt. So I complain and they only wanted to glue it with the nail polish. They always rushing. Service is horrible. Watch out because they have hidden fees. Taken the gel polish off is a fee and putting it on is a fee.

“Everyone is usually late,” when I walked in the guy told me this. Bad customer service, business hours should mean that someone will be there during those hours.
