They cut my hands and didn’t even do what I asked for, and the nails was so ugly and it was my wedding the next day. Don’t go to them they are really really bad 😭😭

Meh.After waiting in a pool of tepid water for 45 min I was expecting a really good Mani/Pedi service. Instead I got a rushed service. I even ended up taking the nail polish off of my nails when I got home bc it was all over my cuticles and did not cover my entire nail on some. My nails were filed so short that I even had to tell my tech to stop filing my thumb bc it hurt, and when I looked afterwards it was filed to the quick.Also was not impressed with their Covid compliance practices.Hopefully I just had a one-off experience.

Walked-in and they took me in immediately. I tried the dipping powder for the first time, that was really neat. They had a large variety of dipping powders. It really helps strengthen your natural nails. The ladies were nice and respectful too. I will be returning as a happy first and now second time customer.

They are really just okay. My regular spot is closed. So I gave them a try. But Im not satisfied at all. Nails are just okay and they are expensive 🙄 I also got my eyebrows done and they look horrible.

Jenny did an AMAZING job. Having long nails, its hard to find a nail tech who knows what theyre doing but Jenny had no trouble. She was really quick but did an awesome job and is so sweet. Every time Im in town I will be going back.

I came here for my wedding nails along with my sister. 10 points for all staff here. The entire of staff are quick and enthusiasm. Great staffs. I also have never had a manicure which wasnt painful. Their tools are modern and cleanliness. Highly recommended! If youre looking to be pampered. You might be came to here.

It was ok, not great like my regular elegant nails salon on College at Hudson in Oakland, this place was on Piedmont and I was confused by the similar names, whatre ya gonna do?

The atmosphere was very peaceful and comfortable, however, the nail job was not that great. After one day the gel polish began chipping on 4 nails and taking a closer look at the shape, uneven. I had to go to another salon to get the color corrected. First and last time Ill go there for a nail job.

My time spent here was one of the most enjoyable times Ive ever gotten my nails done! My expectations were high but they completely exceeded them! My nails are beautiful and I dont think Ive had this much fun getting my nails done, ever!10/10 recommend!

I came here for a friends bday and they were 20 mins late and then said they were too busy to do acrylics... when i scheduled it a few days prior. very disappointing. we had to beg for the manicure for my friend.

My daughter and I went together. She got a manicure and I got a pedicure. We had reservations and they started 15 minutes late for both of us. The woman working on my daughter spent equal time looking at her own phone and paid no friendly attention whatsoever. The woman working on my feet was nice enough but spent very little time. Generally completely disinterested service and then asked for a tip.

My experience was great as always.

Ive been getting my nails done at Elegant Nails regularly for almost 4 years now, and I love my ladies here! They are consistent with their kindness and professionalism. Be sure to call ahead if youre pressed for time because they get slammed at times!

Love this place! The women that work there are so sweet and accommodating And now they have a HAIRDRESSER working in there!! Its a one stop shop and I LOVE it! If your ever in the area I recommend you drop in! They do it all from mani pedis, waxing, massage and now they have FULL HAIR SERVICES!!!! this place gets 5 stars from me!

Went here based on the stellar reviews but I did not get the same experience as others. I made an appointment but was rushed through it because there were a lot of walk ins that never got turned away. They also did terrible on my eyebrows, they were waxed and I was not even asked if it was how I like it or anything, they just said okay done. And walked out of the room without checking with me after. The only good thing was the massage during my pedi.

My nails were nice but not same widths and crooked and different lengths

They make you feel brand new again. Every thing they offer try .They are busy most all of the time so pack your patience . Its worth it to feel and look great. Their prices you cant beat !. Spend a afternoon and have mani pedi and massage. You will be glad you went. 😁

Elegant Nails on Piedmont Ave is my favorite nail salon!! Jenny, the owner, is very skilled and has an artistic flare that I really appreciate. She has been running this busy nail/wax/massage salon for over 23 years. She has MANY repeat customers (like me, for 8+ years now). That says a lot. Consistently does a wonderful job for me - acrylic nails, with gel polish, and facial waxing (wonderful eyebrow shaping!). Lovely atmosphere, recently updated,, and high-quality massage chairs for mani/pedis.

Jenny is VERY SWEET she’s precise and cares about her clients just as much as her business.
