I got a Groupon for this place and it has a nice relaxed Vibe about it. The gal that did my pedicures name was Linda and she seemed very knowledgeable and had a good gentle but firm touch. It was a little disappointing to not have one of those massage chairs as they do in the normal place I go. But I was relaxed and happy and my toes look really cute. Thank you!

Linda is an excellent pedicurist, the best in the Bay area. Management somehow lucking in courtesy. Had to change appointment for health reasons and the manager wouldnt reply my mails or messages. I had to go in person to secure an appointment. She was rather blunt, almost rude...may be a cultural issue. A friend tells me she also had to go in person as their website wasnt not working properly. For this reason I dont give it five starts.

I always get the best service here. They go above and beyond on service. The ladies do give you tips of what to look for in someone doing your nails. I always love the area where its located and of course the lovely ladies. So nice very pleasant. If you Groupon the place you can get a great deal. For mommies try the champagne and strawberry scrub. Relax and take in a break from the busy life of a mom theres nothing wrong with treating yourself.

Nancy is careful and thorough. I especially appreciate the way they use a metal soaking bowl for pedicures, so that it can be cleaned thoroughly. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and am very happy with the service

This place never answer there phone I went down there to see if I can gt just a simply Pedicure done and the lady refuses me and then asked if I had a groupon I said yes and she told me no she as some one coming in when there was no one there and she was cleaning the floors getting ready to go this is Pathetic I i told her Ill wait i need it done today Im leaving town tomorrow and she said no I will never go to this place again and Im get back my money from groupon if I have a groupon DONT GO TO THIS PLACE....

I purchased a $27 Groupon and Linda gave me an amazing chocolate spa pedicure. Great service, fast, and well worth the trip to Rockridge. Original price $59 fyi.Only critique is that the polish selection needs an update in colors and brands.

Really love this place. Its quaint. Relaxing. Quiet. The parking can be a bit tricky bit its worth it.

You can book them thru the app mindbody which is great. However be wary. Some of their speciality services...biosculpture nails etc can only be done on certain days no matter what the app says. Nice service. I will be back.

Went for a Pedi here with my Mom, it was cool, the atmosphere felt organic with flower pedals in the warm water bowl (Water bowls arent connected to the chairs) and offering a Champagne or Chocolate pedicure, sounded cool, they even offered a glass of Champagne and a separate Mani. The ladies were nice, and the atmosphere was lovely. One of the best places to get a Mani-Pedi

Great memory on how I liked my nails done!

My feet actually smelled like chocolate for the rest of the day! Bisou Nail Lounge is such a charming nail shop. The staff is wonderful, headed by Masako from Japan, and the decor is luxe & sweet. Plus, I didnt even know it was possible to have an organic nail salon! Only in the SF Bay, right? They use only natural, organic, biodynamic products to create treatments like Chocolate Therapy, Green Tea or Strawberry Champagne. I thought perhaps they gave you a little square of chocolate while you get a pedicure, but she actually created a chocolate exfoliating scrub for my feet & calves which felt great & smelled delicious. What a treat!

I adore Bisou. The flower petals in the water, the shabby chic decor, and especially theorganic nail polish. They take their time, so dont expect a wham-bam kind of mani pedi.
