This place is wonderful! They were pretty busy for a Sunday, but since we made an appointment, they were very accommodating for us. Although the service was quick, it was efficient and my favorite nail tech came in on her off day to take good care of me. This establishment definitely pays attention to the fine details.

Im sure this is a hard job. The are working with sharp tools on delicate parts of the body. My hands feel like I was stabbed and the nails arent even well done.This is one of the more expensive places in the area so I expected to get a higher quality nail service. The service and the quality of the nail was poor to say the least.I trusted the Yelp review but I should have looked on google because theyre clearly paying yelp to remove negative reviews.There are other places around here. Go to any one of them instead of this place.

Ive never left a review for a company before. I cant stay silent with this place. My cuticles were maim by this place. My fingers are red and I cant type so I had to take the day off.The place had an odd oder and no lights were on so it was like being in an illegal shop. I dont know if the people that work there are actually licensed.I left a message for the manager but never heard back from them. This place is dangerous. Dont go here unless you want a poor nail job, bad service and want to be maimed.

My 14 yr old daughter went in yesterday to get her nails done. They totally ripped her off. They charged her $95 to get her nails done because she was a young girl. She was expecting to pay $55 but when it came time to pay they saw that she was young and price gauged her charging her $95 to get new nails.I called today to speak with the store manager. Thinking we could have a reasonable discussion I asked her why she charged her so much to get her nails done. She said that a 14 yr old girl should have known what the price is but since she didnt ask for the listed price online that she paid what they asked. In other words, its ok to rip off a kid because she doesnt know better to ask for the price online.I would highly recommend not using this place. Since they changed ownership, the quality and ethics by which they are run has changed. Its only a matter of time until they are replaced by another business.

Not great for newcomers. I didnt really get any direction on where to do/ what to do. This was my first ever mani-pedi. Which I warned them I had no idea what I was doing, yet still got no assistance or guidance. Although I had an appointment for 5 I was not seen till 5:30. The ladies were all very nice but not helpful. My nails and feet did look very nice but when I was put under the drier with no instructions I sat there a good 15 mins waiting for the lady to come back and get me. Till I decided I could just leave? But I did not know how to pay nor how much to pay. I had to track down the women working to try and get how to do so. I could have just walked out without paying very easily, and had to actively track them down to pay and pay correctly.Seems like a good spot for those seasoned to mani-pedis in that area, not great for new customers in my experience.

I left the salon with 5 bleeding cuticles, 2 with bandaids, and the other 5 tender from being pushed back too aggressively. I had base coat on one hand and nothing on the other. I paid in advance so I wouldn’t smudge the polish. Sadly, I was not offered a refund.

Horrible service, I don’t understand why they took appointments if you have to wait like 30minutes 😟, they work rushed and you can see it in their final work, uneven shape and polish, not quality at all. I don’t recommend this place

Emily did my nails and she did an awesome job! She was very attentive and did exactly what I asked for. Would definitely suggest coming here :)

I got gel nails and some light nail art. My gel peeled within a week and paid $80 with tip. I don’t recommend this place.

Poor quality and poor service.!

Great for basic manicures and pedicures. I have been going for years, however, if you go for nail customizations as I did for the first (and last) time, beware. The nail tech I experienced is rude, and had her opinion about what would look good, and when I stuck with what I wanted she had an attitude about it. Its not like I was asking for free customizations, I paid for it. It was the most uncomfortable experience to have someone working on your nails with an attitude and clearly complaining about it in her language. Youd think that they expect customers to make their jobs easier by only choosing what they prefer🤔. The owner/manager was lovely as always and smoothed things over.

Rushed to get to someone with an appointment. The Laurette of polish were not allowed any drying time like I have at other places. Took hours to dry... Within a couple of hours after getting home, it was apparent that the cuticles had not been properly trained. Lotion massage was, not finding, less than a minute. Will not be going back.

Ive been there several times, and while the place is nice and clean (They use liners in the tubs), the experience varies with the technician. Sometimes I have a great experience with a great massage to feet and arms, and sometimes I feel rushed. I really dont like when Im getting a pedicure and another technician is grabbing my hands to do a manicure. Not relaxing. Also, the last time I was there, they didnt get the polish up to my cuticle, which means its going to grow out a lot faster since it has a head start! I would recommend Lynn 2. Age dies a great job always.

Clean, but quality has gotten worse over time, sloppy work, no higher end services like nail art (just stickers) or modern polish (chrome, cat eye). Usually went for acrylic fill and left nursing bleeding cuticles - they dont have many techs doing acrylic. Stopped going when I had an expensive spa pedi with paraffin treatment and the polish still hadnt dried 3 hours later! I had to go back for a re-do and no one even apologized for the inconvenience though they said it was the techs fault for not cleaning off the oil before applying polish.

My one and only favorite place to treat my self to getting my nails done! Usually I get a Bomb French manicure but today I wanted something different and went A little long but natural the girls welcomed me in warmly & took care of me as ALWAYS! THANK YOU! I love my nails so much!

I literally just walked out of the salon and I have to say, disappointing.I had a basic pedicure here while I waited for my boyfriend to finish an appointment elsewhere.My nail tech was nice enough but she cut a huge chunk off of my pinky (bleeding and everything) then forgot about me after telling me she’d come back in a minute to put the top coat on. Meanwhile I sat there for 20 minutes unsure if I was supposed to leave or not.I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Ive been getting my nails done there for four years and I love everything that they do! My nails always come out looking really pretty.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Great salon, super service, nice, kind staff and Emily the manager makes everyone feel at home. Clean and modern salon with great massage chairs. They never rush, take time and let you relax and enjoy the experience

Overall a good experience. I had a Mani pedi and the manicurist towards the end just rushed through!! As she was assigned to another client. But got a lot of comments on my nails!!

This review is strictly on customer service not actual work. They do a great job with their nail service.The service was horrible! My wife and I have been here several times however after today, we will NEVER be back.1) they sat my wife and I in the pedicure chair and completely forgot about us. They left the water running on the tub and the water began overflowing! My wife had to get up and shut off the water because nobody came to help....2) the chair next to me was broken, the water started coming out of the plumbing and SOAKING the floor. The chairs are very old and cracking.....3) the entire place was empty except for us and the entire staff was in the break room cackling for everyone to hear. When the manager Emily stepped out, she would pace down the hallway chewing leftover food from the break room and on her phone. So unprofessional!!!!!4) lastly, my wife got a Mani/pedicure... We spent 2 hours there and as I mentioned, we were the ONLY ones there. Why couldnt someone take 30 mins from cackling in the break room to do my wifes nails while someone else did the pedicure!?! That is how EVERY nail salon is when it is slow.Again, the service is horrible. I hope someone reads this to change their professional practice .

They do dip powder... begrudgingly. You might leave with lumpy nails and bleeding cuticles. I tried 3 times and after the third horrible experience I gave up. The more I think about it, the worse my experiences were but it was close to my neighborhood and they do dip! I came back to revise my rating from 3 to 2 stars. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the other women working in the salon who attempted to apologize for the extremely rude dip powder technician.

I called in before my appointment asking how much a regular mani pedi was and they told me $40. I had some acrylic left over but I took most of it off and already tried scraping it off. They scraped the rest of it off but did not tell me it was extra. When I went to pay they charged me $10 extra after they took my card. I would have peeled it off myself if I was going to be charged $10 for nothing, that’s a meal right there. Ridiculous.

I just discovered this place, it looks like they are remodeling this place. The staff were very friendly and did a great job with my mani / pedi. You pay a little more but it is worth it. When I went up to the register the gal asked me how my mani and pedi was and that is how you do service !!

CASH ONLY. They could be friendlier. The chair I sat on had holes on the back and it was uncomfortable. Too pricey and unfriendly. $40 for mani and pedi.
