Ms. Teresa fixed my broken nail today. It was my first time here. Mask are required, temperature & hand sanitizing is taken upon arrival. They wear cure pink scrubs & have multiple services like lashes, microblading, & even services for kids. The customer service was excellent & thats why Ill be returning again.

This is my spot! Good prices, nice staff, really pretty decor. I love the spa pedicure with parafin wax. Me and my boyfriend come here and they take great care of us. They are by appointment only right now so get in when you can!

I LOVE this place. The ambiance calming, the decor adorable. Plenty of seating and they have little mini pedicure stations for children shaped like pink butterflies- how ADORABLE!! Free WiFi, reasonably priced services. My technition was excellent. Overall a super experience. A good newcomer to the Lakeshore area! Typical lake parking, crowded but you can park for 2 hrs at Trader Joes.

I had a wonderful experience here. Lisa, the owner, is very professional, extremely knowledgable about aesthetician services, and kinda. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she delivered even better than the picture. Lisa did my eyebrows beautifully and recommended micro blading to reverse an awful eyebrow job that I had years ago. The space is very clean and the experience is quick and enjoyable. Just found this place and will be making it my home.

I’m going on vacation for Mother’s Day in two days and wanted to get my nails done. I just moved back to Oakland so I decided to try this place. The aesthetic was super cute and the nail techs were very kind and gentle. I was originally super excited after getting my mani and pedi because they looked great. However only a few hours after getting my dipped mani my nail chipped! I’ve gotten dip many times and they don’t start chipping until a week and half later (at least in my experience). Very disappointed.

For $50 you can get true perfect treatment for you nails!!💕🙏💖💕💖💕🌺🌺😘

I am so upset! I went I yesterday for a mani-pedi. The man who works there was extremely rude, and even ended up yelling at me because he couldn’t hear the colors I was asking for. I’ve been going there for years and I was so shocked by his behavior that I wanted to run right out of the chair.

Extremely cute and very clean. the staff was kind and helpful! covid19 safety protocols followed. temp taken at the door, hand sanitizer available, plexiglass separates patrons and staff.

Kim gave me a very nice regular manicure. She treated my nails throughly but gently, and they turned out very pretty

Usually I would give this place 5 stars but the last three times have not been the best experience. This manicure will be my last. As much as I love the customer service, the quality has really went down. I feel bad leaving this review but look at my manicure.

For the most part they do an excellent job. Their staff is professional and attentive. My most recent gel manicure could have probably received a third coat, but it could also be the nature of the color to look somewhat opaque. My manicurist spoke barely any English but still attempted to chat with me which was nice. They do an excellent job on eyebrows as well. Will be coming back for sure.

Last Sunday was my first time here and I loved it! The decor is beautiful and Girly- Which I absolutely Adore! I love the way the Nail Technician did my nails I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to others! Making an appointment is a MUST though if you Just walk in you may have to wait for a while or be asked to come back at a later time that day!

I walked in last minute. The owner, Lisa, quickly made room for me, and then did an absolutely amazing job!! I initially needed advice on my lashes, then she removed the old ones, and did an amazing job on a new set. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. I ended up getting a mani/ pedi, full set of lashes and received a better job and payed less than any salon I have been to in the bay area. I plan on making this my regular salon for nails and lashes, and I intend to tell all my friends. WONDERFUL. And the salon was very cute and clean, too:)

Omggg!!! I love this place!! So professional! Michael did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I had a bruised toe nail and a broken nail. He worked his magic, so gentle and payed attention to detail. Lisa waxed my arm pits and did such an amazing job, quick and painless. And prices super affordable compared to other places in Oakland. Will definitely come back again!

I wish Yelp allowed zero or negative stars. This place is incompetent and/or dishonest.On Thursday afternoon, I had my eyelashes done for a special series of events. I told the beautician that Id never had this kind of work done before and asked her to explain to me what I could expect. She said the set of lashes will last about 2 weeks, depending on your skin type. The service cost $50.Just a couple of hours later while at the first event, the lashes started falling out.When I returned to the shop to explain the situation and show this same person the problem, she said that it was natural for them to start falling out immediately, and it takes two weeks for them to come out completely.Ive researched these kinds of false eyelashes and NOWHERE do I see anyone say they start to fall out with in hours of application unless they were applied improperly.Obviously, she lied to me either the first time or just now. Either/or, this way of doing business is unacceptable.Of course, she refused to refund my money and also would not repair the eyelashes without an additional charge. Needless to say, I was not going to give her any more of my business.Now Im taking this to the Better Business Bureau. This behavior should be illegal

I really wanted to like this place. More convenient than my usual spot. Clean, nice people, cute decor. But should be named *Takes* Forever Beauty and Nails. I started at 3:40p (w/ apptmt) for a pedi w gel mani and didnt get out of there until 6:10p. A full 2.5 hours :-/.At one point during the gel manicure the woman helping me just left and went to work on someone else. I sat there with fingers wrapped in foil soaking in acetone for almost half an hour which dried out my skin and nails really badly. When a third woman came to finish the job she cut down a nail Id asked to leave as-is just seconds before. She seemed very distracted. She also kept leaving to get up and help other people every 10 minutes, to the point that my sister and I just kind of starting laughing each time it happened.This is total first world problems on my part, but a salon is supposed to be a nice treat and instead I had a really frustrating experience.Go to Versailles Nails in Berkeley instead. Sure theyre a bit further if youre coming from Oakland but Versailles staff is amazingly efficient in addition to the place being super clean and friendly with a nice atmosphere.

Always a good experience, clean and pretty standard prices...though there usually is a wait so dont go if youre in a hurry

This place seems professional but I have gone their and the owner quoted me a price and when I was done, she quoted a higher price. Also she was in such a bad mood for some reason that my nails came out horrible.. I regret paying for the service!!!
