Terrible experience. Totally overpriced for services. Get price upfront! I was scammed. I got a manicure & pedicure. They painted my toes. I did not get my nails painted. The total for this service was $62. I questioned the price when my nails werent painted & David stated nail polish is free, do you want your nails painted? I have never went to a nail shop where the paint was free. I then was charged $1 to use my debit card & was then was pressured to tip for a service which I was ripped off. Also, My big toes were cut differently.This place is also not taking Covid-19 seriously. The chairs are very tight together. There are no dividers between clients & the are reusing the foot scrub even though other places are using smaller disposable ones. The owner came in without a mask and stayed for an extended time in a place that was over capacity.

Ive been coming here for about a year now. Theyre professional and very accomodating too, I dont ever feel rushed even when theyre super busy.Ive been happy most times but disappointed in 2 instances. I find the service a bit inconsistent, some technicians are extra good and others are somehow careless. Last week my gel manicure wasnt the best: nails poorly prepared and polish applied on the skin around my nails and now lifting the polish on the actual nail + polish shipping faster than with a regular manicure. Rookie mistake if you ask me... It hasnt been a week yet and I am not washing dishes, cooking or anything. I left on vacation already and was hoping to keep it for a good 3 weeks like I usually do. If I was still around I would have gone back.Ill keep going for sure but will make sure I receive service from technicians Ive been happy with in the past.

I came on a very busy Sunday morning. No reservation but they took me in shortly. A ton of color options. Beautiful and detailed work. Very efficient and pleasant. Will be going here from now on.

Horrible experience!. I came a week ago to get my nails and feet done and they were talking to each other in viet and saying how bad my feet smell and they said they will charge me more in their language not knowing I understand them. I dont recommend this place at all!

This salon is professional and they always try to squeeze you in if theyre busy. They come from a customer service aspect not a make money quick setting.. There been in business for years and it shows why.

Appreciated the separators and efficiency. I really wish I got the name of the woman who did my pedicure.

Ive been getting my nails done in Oakland since the late 80s and finding this shop within the last 2 weeks had by far been the best experience I had. Ill never leave, bonafide dedicated customer ❤️

Wow! So impressed with the service and the results of my manicure! I love the ladies that work here, and am always greeted with a smile, and often they recognize me. I recommend this salon to all my friends. It’s a great salon and has reasonable prices.

Today not my best experience. Not welcoming at walk in, ruff during pedi and my feet doesnt require much work, wasnt able to make needed corrections without thinking they started talking about my request to be gentle. Reply your feet are sensitive Me, no that hurts. Ive been coming here for more than 15yrs. Missed Jeanie.

Ive been going here for more than 10 years. Good personal attention, great hand and foot massage with your mani-pedicure. Theres a good reason why Femi Macus is always very busy, while the two other salons right next door are nearly empty. Now theyve expanded to the place across the street, too!

My wife was treated horribly! The owner showed nothing but disdain and unappreciation for my wife as a customer. We will never patronize this business ever again. He owner is too high on his horse and needs to learn how to treat new customers with respect!!!
