It was my first time going due to being on vacation and i was not disappointed! A male did my pedicure and he did an amazing job and a younger lady did my nails and they were perfect! Definitely recommend

This place is fantastic! I’ve been going since they opened many years ago. Their service is great, they always greet me by name, handle my very particular process I like them to follow, and are very thoughtful and professional. I’ve tried other places in the local area and have been disappointed every time I went somewhere else.Their prices are quite reasonable and their work is top quality. They use fresh supplies and everything is very clean and hygienic.You won’t be disappointed!

GREAT!!!! My nails look wonderful. I got my nails done and my daughters got a polish change. Sam took my awful nails from moon and stars and made them beautiful. Also, the prices were great. Too bad I didn’t come here in the first place.

I didnt have an appointment but was able to be seen as a walk-in. Sam was good, the design came out more or less like the picture I showed him. Not perfect but good enough. Though I asked to have my cuticles cut and he asked me if I wanted it before or after the fill, I said it didnt matter before or after as long as it got done. After the design, he told me to wash my hands and when I came back to his table there was already another customer sitting in the chair, so I didnt say anything about not getting the manicure. I do think $35 for chrome design was too expensive, in total with the fill I paid $79 plus tip. All in all, I would see Sam again.

The receptionist advised me that I could walk in....and when I arrived at 4:20pm she advised me that I needed an appointment, that no walk-ins were being accepted anymore. It would have been more PROFESSIONAL of her to have told me this on the phone prior to driving to this establishment. Thankfully this happened....Ive found another nail salon who doesnt overcharge.

I was going there for pedi and mani for a long time! Today I went there with an appointment. They asked me reschedule and I said I cannot for this week, it’s impossible! Then they said can you wait 15 mins then I said ok! Then they said 30mins and I said ok! Then they said 40 mins! It was like a joke! I told them I need to go to work!!! Even they didn’t offer me anything!! Sorry I’m done with this place!!! It was so rude!!

Called and asked how much was a full set with gel, the receptionist told me $44 and it’s also posted inside the salon on their price list. I went, got a full set with gel and added two little flower designs.. tell me why my total is $69 ?!!!? So two designs cost $25???? I was so mad I didn’t leave any tip because that’s robbery. I asked for a breakdown and all I could see wasCustom : $54.00Custom : $15.00Why ? For what? Nobody could explain to me what that was. I will never come back here and I will dispute this with my bank. This is so unfair and selfish, I could understand the full set with gel costing $44 and let’s say two designs cost the most $10, fine so that’s $54 but whats the additional for ??? I will never in a million years and people will definitely hear about this place through my social media streams.

Worst place don’t waste your time!!!! I had a appointment for my daughter,which by the way took forever to make, when I arrive with my daughter they tell me that my appointment was cancel!!! I got off work early to take my daughter just to be told by the front desk my appointment was cancel. Ben didn’t even have the courtesy to speak with me. He wouldn’t even speak English. He starts talking his other language to the front desk to tell them to tell me. What a unprofessional business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

The first time I was here it was great, like most businesses do to lure you in. I went to Lisa again and her work did not last two weeks bc she rushed with my dip and polish change.Her work was sloppy and I will not be returning to this saloon not to mention how expensive the services are.

I don’t normally review. However, I haven’t gotten my nails done in years(acrylics anyway) the work was not quality. It was rushed and when I came back this evening to get the nails fixed. He drilled my nails for 2mins and sent me on my way. Absolutely not, will not be back. If you have to rush please don’t take the client. Gladly offer a next day appointment or another day. $54 dollars for poor quality acrylics. And if you can’t see what’s wrong with my nails, then obviously you shouldn’t work in that industry. Or be working on actual clients nails. So disappointed. I’ll Take the L this time. But ppl you have been warned. Tina was the tech, she was super nice but needs to be careful with drill. And make sure the acrylic covers the side of each nail as well not just what the superficial eye can see from a glance. I’m picky and I like it done correctly. Idk the individuals name that sits at the first station up front but it was rushed and you barelylistened to my concern. On to next dollar.Reply: I shouldn’t have to tell the tech what to do. They’re the professional. You can look at the picture and see the problem. It was lazy work. The acrylic was not laid over the sides of the nails. I appreciate being taken as a walk-in but do your future clients a favor and don’t take them if you can’t perform your best. I wasted an hour to get the same results. Thanks but no thank you.

Sam did an amazing job on my acrylics. I can’t wait to go back! The appointment was scheduled for two hours but he finished in an hour and twenty minutes with absolutely no errors.

Hello. Let me start out by saying that this rating and review is based on the skill of the nail technician Tom. He did a great job on my nails and did it so effortlessly. He followed my vision and it come true with my nails. Now, I did wait a very long time. They appeared to be short staffed though. And while Tom was working on me, he put me on pause to finish work on someone else’s nails. Which was a bit frustrating but nonetheless he got the job done. I tipped him $15. Other than the wait time, everything else was good. The lady that did my eyebrows did it very quickly, which was questionable.. and the result wasn’t all that great, but then again it’s wax, so the shape is not always great. I usually only get them threaded for this reason. Anyways, thanks guys, I love my nails. They’re perfect.

Worst experience ever. I visited here last monday because of the ratings. Worst polish ever within a day the looked horrible. Thr lady filed my nail down so much until my nail cracked. Yes they wanted to repaint my nails but at this point my nail hursts so much i just thought Id go somewhere else. Pedicure $40 didnt see much difference than a regular pedicure and my ingrown still hurts.

Tina was my nail tech. I got a dip powder acrylic & regular pedicure. She was very informative, professional and took her time. Patience was a plus to me, she didn’t rush with me at all and gave me her honest opinion about nail brands/whether I should get dip powder or gel (same price). This was my first time here, I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

We had an appointment for either 6 or 6:15 according to the attendant. We showed up at 6:20, late I know, but then the attendant decided we could only come at 6 and canceled our appointment without any communication.

I was a regular customer at this establishment and always had a great experience however, I recommended your establishment and was very disappointed with the details I was given. She was told $64 to put gel polish on her regular nail. This have never been and as a person who has done dip and acrylic I’ve never heard of this. And no prices are posted anymore you can at least notify your customer of any change. At a time like this your taking advantage of your customers. I’m disappointed and ashamed of this I would never recommend your establishment again. Tina and Sam you guy was better than this. Yes, everyone needs to make money but you should be ashamed.

I give u guys 3 stars because I am a bit disappointed.I chose to get the dip powder nails with Tom because I see his name pop up in other reviews.My vision for my nails was white and one with a rainbowish design.I showed the guys the picture of what I wanted.The tech started doing my nails at the beginning when he was doing the dip powder my nails had bumps and I’ve seen videos of people doing it the right way and it doesn’t come out w bumps, but I thought well he will file them and it will be okay. Then he started file them and then he told me to go wash my hands, yet there were A LOT of bumps /uneven they look like huge teeth... I told him to please file them more, which he did and I was happy they looked really good BUT when it came to the design I wanted even tho the manager tried to help choosing some colors I ended up w baby blue metallic color... and a big bump on my nail. Also, there was some dents to it and I made him aware of it, he took a look of my nails even touch the bump and then he continue by putting the clear coat and said we were done. I should probably have told him to fix it but not I paid 40 and left a 10 dollar tip even if I don’t like them blue nails.( which it is wansnt why I asked) why ? Because I am suppose to board a flight and didnt have time, that’s why I booked the appointment . hopefully the tech realize he needs to be on time for his clients, make sure his station is clean before he even sits down, because it was dirty and messy.pay more attention to details, and always offer to fix it when he Knows the job isn’t right.I do appreciate the manager trying to help with the colors and I do like the rest of my nails.

I guess they are allowed to add whatever tip they think they deserve on your bill... I got dip nails for 35$ And my nail tech accidentally sliced my fingers in result in working at a fast pace. Very unprofessional. Being understanding, I still gave him a cash tip. I was referred by a friend that came earlier today and said their set price was just 35$ flat. I was charged an extra 5$ on top of the tip I had already given. Normally, I wouldn’t care for just 5 bucks, but I honestly feel he didn’t deserve more because of the sloppy work and didn’t ask for permission first either. Will not be coming again. This was rude and unacceptable. Mimi’s nail salon is better, more respectful and more professional. You’re welcome.

I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years. In February I had a brand new $75 set put on & in 2 days one nail was lifting and then two more nails began to lift as well. I called the salon and spoke to Tracey and explained the situation. They would not budge and help me with my nails. All I asked them was to replace the set because it has never happened and being it was only 2-3 days after I got them done. Here I am again in may and just got another new set 5 days later I can see my thumb nail is starting to lift again. Something is not right with either their product or the way they are applying the nail. Very very disappointed with this service.

The design was okay but he made my nails really thick and sharp of the edges, he didn’t even ask me what shape i wanted. He was really nice though. I also wasnt too happy for the price i had to pay for what i got :(.

Ask for dip they put acrylic liquid on nails ALL are lifting already had to cut them off my natural length GONE paid $87 for the cheapest set Ive ever had in my life never paid so much.

I get a pedicure there every two months. Very clean, efficient and Covid-19 safety measures in place.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. They are really nice people but their quality sucks. They do horrible pedicures when I mean horrible. And they are really expensive for no reason. I get my nails done often and when I mean this is not the place to go. Please save a trip and save your money. I take my pedicures serious and honestly they did a horrible job. I would never go back here again.

The end result was really nice. However, there was significant miscommunication and I ended up paying $90 when I was quoted $65 and I didnt find out until it was being ring up despite asking several times how much things were. I dont necessarily think she was being melicious by charging extra but she definitely wasnt clear enough on the price for my liking. She also had a very flat and serious personality which didnt make for very good conversation or even for a creative fun collaboration on what nail art would be nice. Anyway, I do like the result so I still recommend this place but just clarify the price when you go.

I am very very very picky with my nails. How they end up turning out and hygiene wise. This place is amazing. They are amazing with not only remembering faces and names but with little details and making you feel like family. Plus, their work and nail are truly amazing and long lasting

Terrible service. I made an appointment for eyelash extensions, full set and pedicure. This place is expensive but nothing luxurious about the service. The nails were poorly shaped and rushed. I had to ask the tech to redo a nail that the powder did not reach my cuticles. Lashes are a joke for the price. Check any other competitors, they are way over price and mediocre at best. She never asked my preference of length (too short). Very basic set and I paid top price! My appointment was 3:15p. I left at 8pm. The pedicure felt like a polish, that’s it. Place is full of rookies and high price. I would NEVER go back. Wasted money & time.Update: after contacting the merchant regarding this service. Sam was so rude and unhelpful. He accuses the customer of “only wanting a refund” and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. All in all, Luxury nails is the real scam! THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME! You are bad business and there’s plenty other nail spas to choose from!

This was a terrible experience. NEVER go to Jody. She clearly doesnt enjoy her job. She kept talking about what I wanted to do to my nails when all I wanted was a little bit of length and rounded edges. She kept making fun if me with the tech beside her and had attitude with everything I asked her to do. She did a terrible job filing and left them uneven, rough, and completely different lengths with every nail. She didnt use a towel underneath so the nail dust got in my nails mixed with polish, and she even paused doing my nail MID FILE to text. So unprofessional! She poured the cuticle oil all over my hand like ketchup instead if placing it nicely on JUST the cuticle. I asked for an accent nail and when she forgot, she removed the dark color incorrectly so you can see it underneath the glitter. Such sloppy work. Dont ever go to her.

I have been looking for a new salon since my regular nail tech left. I searched for about a month reading reviews of over 40 salons. I called yesterday and spoke with the owner Sam. He was able to give me an afternoon appointment today. He answered all my questions and gladly gave me prices over the phone. The prices are very reasonable. Lynda did an amazing french ombre and rhinestone decoration for me. She also does a wonderful job at pedicures. My feet really thank her. Tracy hand sculpted 3d flowers on two of my nails. I am a very happy new customer and will definitely be returning.

Service is great! Ive gone twice and both times they did a really good job. Ive only been in the area for a year and I have tried several salons and this one is the best so far. The one thing I would have to say on the negative side is that I had quite a bit of a wait both times...but i guess as the saying goes...good things come to those who wait.

The powder is healthier for your nail and looks 10 times more natural. They are hard, resilient and look wonderful. I will never go back to gel nails or acrylic nails. My first time here recommended by my friend. I came here August 4, 2017. Not a good experience. It all started when me and my friend asked how much everything would cost and the nail tech kept going back and forth with his boss giving us different prices. Then the nail tech started talking about me and my friend about the prices in their language. They kept repeating gel multiple times and thats what we requested.Their prices are very expensive. The service is not worth it. The work is rushed and sloppy for the prices they are ask for.The nail tech did not file my nails in one direction. He cut me and caused me to bleed. When I asked for a discount, he argued with me. The manager came over and refused to give me a discount too. I took a picture of my bleeding finger. I was prepared to call the police and report the nail tech because at this point I didnt even feel comfortable this tech was licensed.The nail tech was still trying to charge me full price when I couldnt even finish my manicure because of the cut. My finger was sore and to polish nail polish over a cut will cause chemicals to enter my bloodstream. Not understanding why this nail salon would expect the customer to pay full price after you cut them and expect the customer to be happy.The manager finally came to an agreement with me. I paid for my feet and I will never go back to this nail salon again.If you have the money to waste and want mediocre service or this is your only option then go.To add, my friend got the chrome nails done and the nail polish was on her skin. Her nail tech could have done a better job cleaning up. I dont tip for bad service.

When i asked to redo all my nails at a reduced price they redid them all at a low price.. They are very courteous and polite I will not hesitate to return...Sam does a great french dip manicure!

Nail design and materials are high quality but for some reason every time I do my fake gel nails with them they start lifting after 7-10 days. Which does not work for me after paying $50 for them.

Staff was very nice! Dip lasted 2 weeks before the color was dull and started popping up to where if I rub my fingers threw my hair it would latch on to my hair. Tried it 2xs and both cases were the same with 2 diff nail techs. Would not recommend unless it’s an emergency and you’re ok with dip looking bad after 2weeks.

Upon searching for a good nail spot in the area, i found this one. Extremely happy with my mani/pedi and the man that courteously tended to both in good timing and kind manner. However the woman that checked me out was very stern faced and cold. I got a full set gel mani, & regular gel pedi. Charged me nearly $90.I know all salons have their own pricing but was happy with the service up until then. In a rush for time i kindly paid, tipped and left. Afterwards i recall her uttering spa pedicure which i did not receive! So thats why it was so expensive, now i know. Its a shame because service was wonderful. i wouldve loved to become a regular. Mistake or intentional on the cashier?.. That is unsure. But she ruined the experience for me.

Went in for my first time, based on reviews and needed something closer to where i live. SAM and TRACY would be the only ones i go to because i am very picky and precise on what i like, and if i am going to pay for it, i want the best. The outcome of my nails i am very happy with. I hate to write bad reviews but I have no choice.I tried this place because my nail tech at LA nails on Oakland and Andrews was full.This place is expensive and nail job is not clean.The side of my nails was not polish,There medium length is short as hell and do not last for 60 dollars.I don’t mind paying for great service but this is not it.Short gel polish nails is not 60 dollars.Im used to my nails lasting a month because they are done properly.Never again
