Greeted as soon as I walked in and attended within minutes. The staff was so sweet and nice and welcoming. I forgot who did my nails the first time she was supper sweet. Then the second time I got the same treatment thank goodness, by Jimmy. Jimmy is so awesome. Im so happy I found a new local nail place. Ill be sure to add pics next time

Walked in without appointment and they started doing my nails immediately. I did a full set with nude gel color made by Amy and it looks beautiful!!. Price was also very affordable, will definitely be back and get my toes done as well. Thank you!

Excellent customer services. The employees very nice and helpful. Great massage on your feet and back when you sit in the massage chair, Lord knows I needed that. and the massage on your arm felt great I really needed it. All that was included with my manicure and pedicure. Over all I would rate them 5.0

I walked in and one of the workers just stared at me until I told him I wanted a pedicure. Then on top of that missed about 1/4 of my toe nail on a few toes.

Ive been putting up with this place for a couple years. Vivian is good BUT she cant keep track of her appointments. Always late and more often than not will look totally surprised when you arrive for your appointment because she double books all the time! Also people who cant speak English should not be answering the phone, they will book an appointment without checking schedule or writing it down...ends in angry clients, yes Ive seen quite a few shouting matches. Jimmy the manager should read his job description learn how to manage an appointment schedule and STOP doing fills, hes done mine 3 times and everytime they lift. Also they will never turn down a walk in trying to snag the extra cash while pissing off there regulars, keeping them waiting and ignoring themAnyhow found a better place where I dont have to worry whether I actually have athat elusive appointment or just the surprised/ confused look when I walk in I became used to..

I went there for a gel fill and there wasn’t anyone in the shop but I still had to wait for 20 mins. Ended up doing my nails so badly, the next day my polish came off, 2 of my nails broke off and they wouldn’t fix my nails knowing it was there fault. Please DO NOT COME HERE!!!

My first experience was the worst being a man was huffing and puffing about “too many colors” yet it’s only 3 colors. I feel like I was given an unprofessional employee that did not have passion. In addition, the nails done was overprice being $50 dollars for my nails looking crooked.

So I didnt listen to the reviews because I wanted to see for myself....Stupid I know.....this has to be the worst service ever, and my feet can be pretty bad so I dont complain. Im sorry but the lady didnt even try to do them right, this is what they look like after she was done. She said my feet were dry and didnt have dead skin, barely did my toes, and cut my nails too short. Please if you read this listen to the reviews and save $20. Its not worth it.

I often come here to get my nails done. My last visit was somewhat disappointing. I noticed that the employees did not properly sanitize the equipment used for pedicures. You would think that they would wipe down the chairs after each customer use? That did not happen. I watched patrons enter and leave without any sort of sanitation being done. And to top it all off they allowed a customer to come in with a dog!! She held the dog in her lap while getting her toes done. And again, NO Sanitation! We are in the middle of a global pandemic where covid19 is running rampant in South Florida. Unacceptable! Definitely not going back!!

I have always had excellent service. They always listen to my input. Last month I went with friends to a different place. Two days later I came back here to have them do it the way I like it!

My nails started popping off 3 days after my fill and completely came off one week later. Customer service is not good they talk about you to each other in their language. Will never return.

This is by far the WORST nail salon I’ve been to! My acrylic set was horribly shaped, the gel painted absolutely bad, they didn’t take out cuticles and lastly ALL my nails fell off in a week. What type of glue do they use? Dollar tree nail glue at most. I’m absolutely saddened that I wasted hard earned money in this unprofessional business. It’s an absolute scam.

I was in the area so I decided to try USA nail and spa. If I could give them no star I would. This place is nasty. After they did a lady feet the didn’t clean the feet tub. I asked them do they have the plastic that go in the foot tub he replied no bc we clean after each client. They are not clean at all do not go here or you may end up with feet fungus!oh and the guy who did my feet did sloppy job. He has lumps in my paint horrible experience. Next time I will go where I’ve always went

Absolutely amazing staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure you like the shape, the service and the color . Jimmy is spectacular and has amazing hands really knows how to get in there. I did a spa pedicure and he was just awesome. Enjoyed the whole experience. Coming back for sure!!

Unprofessional. Barely greets customers. Lets phone ring non stop until theyre fed up and answer Yes? or Can I help you?. Man doing my over lay kept checking his cell phone. He answered 2 calls and held the phone between his shoulders and neck while doing my nails. At that angle, he filed my nail bed smaller than their natural width. He drilled the acrylic until he reach my natural nails which burned. Before he began and throughout, I told him I dont want a lot of filing on my nails because they did it too low a year ago when I first tried them out. He started painting my nails and I could see all the flaws and uneven surface better. I stopped him, paid, tipped $5 anyway for an awful experience and walked out even though he tried to stop me. I am all for trying a place twice but I see why they have the bad reputation that they do and why theyre so slow everyday.

I went in today to get my eyebrows waxed, the young lady did an excellent job. I walked in and was directed to the chair and serviced quickly. In and out. I didnt get the young ladys name but I will b returning for my pedicure. Im very pleased.

I stopped going there a couple of years ago when a customer became profane, vulgar, and combative with me and the owner said nothing. I liked the work by,Vivian but it was a horrible experience to be threatened with the owner letting it happen

This place is not professional at all. They charged me gel and didn’t even do the gel. they did a acrylic with gel nail polish. It was my first time so I couldn’t tell. Didn’t know anything about nails. I should’ve done my research, but that’s why I went to a professional. I don’t think they need to charge me what they didn’t do. As well the next three days they started to chip. Not professional at all!

This place is horrible ladies! Nail tech cut me with tool while she was smoothing acrylic nail said oops sorry overcharged me and when i questioned said they were right i was confussed! And I witnessed this poor lady ask them to remove regular nail polish because it was chipping on her nail a nail polish the place had to choose from the nail tech had just put on the polished and it cracked as it dried! the nail techs started laughing at it, and to top it off the guy helping her ripped her sandal and was laughing in her face! She asked if he was going to pay for it that sandals were $60 horrible service horrible people very rude and my nails arent even! Some are longer than other terrible place take buisness elsewhere ladies!!

Had a Mans Manicure and they cut my nails so short that I could not turn on my cell phone, pick up a dime and my fingers hurt from where they cut into the nail bed. Dont go to Micky. I usually go to Vivian (great manicurist) but looked like I bite my nails clear into the nail bed.I showed the owner, he looked and said sorry and then proceeded to charge me full price. Sorry Vivian, Youve lost a good customer due to bad coworker and owner/husband.

Bad service... I dont usually complain it was my second time going there but this time it was so bad. Chinese man was so in the rush to do my nails I dont know why. I didnt want to say anything, my nails looked like I painted them, he didnt shape my nails right, they looked very crooked due to I had oval. I picked my color it was very nice and they look so bad he didnt even get the corner, he didnt even look to see if he missed a spot. My nails look so bad. Im never going there again, I only went because Hollywood nails and the coral square mall wasnt open. I give it no stars.

Awful experience. I asked for the most simple thing.. white acrylic nails. This is the sloppiest set I have ever received. My nails were so sore afterwards, there were different sized nails placed on top of mine (no symmetry) the acrylic was not filed down smooth at all. Very sloppy when filing, my cuticles were cut too. I feel like he also rushed on my nails. I am so upset and disappointed. Will never be back here again. Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

If I could give a 0 I would but I cant. The guy who sits in the front right did my nails and left nail polish all over my skin, made my nails un-even in length, some of my nails are way too short from the rest, and the design got messed up from the way he tried to stick it on, and he didnt listen to a single thing I was trying to say. Money spent on disapointment.

So I gave this place a try after going to Lovely Nails, NEVER AGAIN both of these places are trash. Seems like all the nail places around this area suck. The guy who worked on my nails almost sliced my index finger with the machine that they use to take off the gel. I was bleeding and everything and on top of the horrible job he did I was still charged $35 dollars. I ended up going literally THE NEXT DAY to The Nail Lounge in Miramar (highly recommend) it was far as hell but I was recommended and it was so worth it.The Nail Lounge had to fix the garbage this guy did on my nails and they couldnt even believe I had just done my nails the day before. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

It went a lot faster than what it should have, at first, I thought he was just fast, but as he was painting my nails, I saw the filling job was atrocious. My nails were all different lengths, and two or three we actually crooked. The WORST experience I have even had in a nail salon

The sign says $18.00 for full set. I got just a full set, no color, no style, just a plain full set. After my nails were done went to pay they told me its $25.00.Very upsetting. Not only that but half my nails are messed up, I had to go home and fix them.Not coming back here again.

This is a very unprofessional business the signs says 9:30 but there is no one here and then when finally a nice gentleman shows up and he is the only one for almost an hour and people are waiting on busy day as is Saturday. ! I came in and and they helped me with my nails. But my sister had to come back because her lashes were all over the place. And her nails were not properly done. And the owner kept walking to other customers and we were there before that person. And they expect you to pay $20 for lashes that dont even last long its not worth no more than $10.

The worse manicure Ive ever received. It was rushed and looked horrible and unfinished. I also got my eyebrows waxed and specifically asked for just a clean up and not to go thin. She took it upon herself to take way too much off and also take a chunk out. I will Never go back there, completely disappointed.
