Today was my 1st time here and I was treated like a QUEEN!!! Kayla is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and ADORABLE. The environment is so welcoming and cozy. This is easily my NEW FAVORITE NAIL SHOP. I got the dipping powder mani and gel polish on feet and it was PERFECT. I will come here again and again. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating, I really appreciate it. ❤

Love this place, I’ve been using them for years. They are currently under new management and my favorite Nail tech is now the new owner! Congratulations KIM I’m so proud of your accomplishments! She is amazing at designs and anything I want to see come to life she will do. She remodeled the whole place and it looks and feels amazing. I recommend to book an appointment to ensure a time slot. You won’t regret it.

Today I made an appointment for after work to get my nails & toes done. I haven’t had my nails done in awhile & was excited to relax & treat myself. As soon as I sat down Ann was very rude to me. (I had my Daughter with me & didn’t want to argue in front of her) So after my toes.... she started on my nails & I explained to her that I’d like “ Medium, tapered & square. (They were uneven & very bumpy with acrylic) She was doing them HORRIBLE! She than had Kim come over to try to fix her mistake, ( Kim is good) Ann then finished off my nails & I was not happy at all. This salon needs a lot of attention in its appearance & with the way clients are treated.

I been coming here for year. DANNY use to be my nail tech. Even after he left I stayed with this company. Since moving to this new location it seems as if the staff have lost it love for the customer and what the customer paying for. I always get Dip nail. Before always help to find the same color to match my feet. Today Im being told no. That so rude. Now I have to get another color I dont want....I spoke too the owner I told her I didnt like the service and the way I was being treated all she said was okay. I told her Ill not come back she said okay. This how you treat someone thats been coming to your company for years.

I had a pedicure done by the owner I believe her name is Cindy. She did not do each foot the same way or in any kind of order. She was answering phone calls and at one point she had a conversation with an advertising salesman.She cut 2 of my toes and made them bleed. And when I made a comment about how crooked and rough my nail was she just filed it quickly and kept going. I had polish on my skin around my nail too.What a joke this place is....

The worst place I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in you get a vibe an I should have known. What should have been 25$ cost me 35$ and she didn’t even ask what I wanted. Messed up 3 times on my nails as she whisper under her breath something in another language and gave me attitude like it was my fault. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Waste of 35$ and of course no tip.

Be VERY careful, They charged me $35 for nails that shouldve cost $25 which mean their adding their OWN TIP to your bill. The nails were done horribly and I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here. Hopefully theyll get reported for adding their own tips without customers agreeing to the amount. This nail salon is VERY sketchy, not a good place and I wont be returning.

Beautiful just in time for vacation

Just left this place and I will never in my life go back -most unprofessional inexperienced people I have ever met. It was the worst pedicure I ever had, horrible massage, slow, gel nails messy. After that was supposed to finish with gel manicure and I wanted curved tips and she said she couldnt. I said I always do it...she said I change polish cant do, sorry. So after arguing, I said forget it and left (after having gel soaked off while doing pedicure) with nails badly filed and undone. In meantime, customer was frustrated having to wait for her nails to be done long time and while she was finally getting them done, nail lady told her to come back tomorrow for pedicure because appointment got there and she was now first. Customer was like WHAT??? I was here first!! It was all a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went here yesterday & the lady on table 3 took care of me I got a pedicure & fill in. She did a good job she took her time & painted my nails nicely. The place was cleaned but a little too small and kind of dark but over all a good experience.

Worst place ever. The owner is very money hungry and doesn’t care about the quality of service provided. Poor quality work and the staff all have attitudes. Went for a wax, came home to only have to still pluck MANY hairs by myself. Time before that, made an appointment with someone specifically and when I got there was told that the particular person does not know how to do nexgen nails although I clearly stated over the phone that that’s what I wanted. Horrible service!!!! Avoid at all costs. Even last minute emergencies....better off buying paint at the dollar store and doing it yourself.

My mani and pedi look like they were done by a 5 year old. Worst acrylics Ive ever had. Im going to have to have someone redo them this coming weekend.

Have been here three times each for a full set for a special occasion, I got the same woman each time and she is great ive never had a nail fall off before 3 weeks (usually you should fill them every 2-3 weeks) so that makes me happy and also she paints them very well and the prices are great.

Im not happy with the outcome of my eyebrows I paid $140 to get them permanent and 2 week after I got them done the coloring is already fading and one of my eyebrows are uneven the said it was going to take two hours to do she lied it only took 30 minutes to an hour. Suppose to go back to get a touch up and pay $70 it aint going to be no touch up cause they gonna have to do the whole eyebrow again. Im really pissed and I so want my refund back

Horrible. Don’t recommend to go. My nails were uneven and not drilled right. I asked the lady i wanted a full set and she just refilled them. I asked her no I don’t want fullset but she didn’t listen.

I honestly dont know how these people work on a day to day basis but when I went with my mother we had the worst experience ever. I was so embarrassed to tell the lady I dont like my nails to just stop because I have never felt the need to tell a lady to stop.

I have given this place a couple of opportunities and each time I am disappointed. My most recent visit I received a gel manicure and walked away looking as if a kindergarten painted my nails. When I pointed out to the technician the Polish on my actual skin she stated that it will come off in the shower. I will not return to this place.

PATETIC, HORRIBLE, I had never been to a place where nails were done SO BUT SO BAD, the lady who made me this mess didnt even know how to hold the paint, I file my nails with a toy file, I usually dont gel on my hands but when I saw the disaster of the feet I told him to regulate it, what a pain to spend my money there 😭😭 Disastrous !!!
