I love my nail tech, her name is Jenny . Been going to her since I moved to Florida and we are talking about 16 years now. She’s the best.

Jenny is the best nail tech I ever had in Florida. I have been going to her for almost 16 years. I recommend her to anyone. She has a lot of people so do expect to wait even when you have an appointment but it is worth it.

Anyone that posted a bad review obviously are not talking about the location on E. Commercial Blvd in Oakland Park. Youre NEVER required to pay first, nor is there any old lady or rudeness here. None of that happens in this one. Ive been following Anna and Jenny for years. Ive always been very pleased and impressed with the overall place and atmosphere and their professionalism. Ive been a loyal customer to Anna for years and have proven that by continuing to follow her wherever she goes. Theres no better person who can do Pedicures as she does. She is truly the BEST. If you want the best in Nails see Jenny. CHECK THEM OUT

THEY ALLOWED MY GIRLFRIEND TO LEAVE CRYING WITH HER NAILS ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS, UNEVEN, WITH ACRYLICS STILL LEFT ON THEM, UNPAINTED AND EVEN REFUSED A REFUND BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU PAY UPFRONT!!! WORST NAIL SALON IN SOUTH FLORIDA. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY DID NOT CARE HOW BAD THEY DESTROYED HER NAILS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR NAILS. THEY EVEN YELLED AT MY GIRLFRIEND WHEN SHE COMPLAINED.

They took more money for the tip than I put on the receipt

Pretty place, Jenny is a master at eyebrows and pedicures. I have been going to Paradise for years, I used to go because of Sonia who retired unfortunately. Jenny has picked up the slack and proved to be just as amazing. They do eyelash extensions waxing dip nails, nail extensions using every type of media there is. 100% would recommend this place.

They really don’t deserve a star. They charge me $65, they told me was gel and wasn’t gel. I thought that was COVID-19 raise price. The picture could prove that wasn’t gel and my manicure and pedicure was done on Sunday Oct.11. I think they change owner, because wasn’t like this. Today that I went to claim, she gave me attitude and of curse they act like they don’t understand and they star talking in their language. I DONT RECOMMEND it, poor quality of the polish too. So disappointed that I lost $70 because I end up giving tip 😩

Hit or miss. Ive had great nails done here and also very very bad.One time they used a cheap polish that left bubbles on each of my nails. Then I learned which brands to use and avoid and I never had that problem again.One time they did a gel manicure with a cheap old drier and the polish peeled off three days later. They were kind enough to fix my nails free of charge. They werent thrilled when I asked them to recut my cuticles, but they did it. (I didnt want to make my nails week from having to get a 3rd gel manicure that month because they would be too thin, and cuticle cutting helps them last longer.)Another time they painted a clear coat on parts of the nail and missed other parts and left a visible diagonal line on parts of my nails. That was pretty awful. (The man in his 40s who usually wears a baseball cap did that.)There have been good experiences too. Sonya does a nice long almost 2-hour mani pedi with a long massage (that Im too impatient for but people seem to love her.) And the husband and wife usually do a good job painting, and cheap!I wish they would do mini manicures (clean, shape nails, but without massage) because the quality of the massages just arent impressive. They wont do them though. If I go here I have to clean cut and shape my nails myself, which is a lot of work.But after this last incident with the diagonal polish, Ill be looking for a new place.

Charge way too much for basic services. Plenty of other places to go with better prices and service.

Do not listen to what you want and they are not very good at male designs

My daughter & I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Very happy with the service, chichi did my daughters feet & chi chi husband did my acrylic and feet. The place was very clean and the decor of the place is fabulous. Very nice people. Ive made it my go to nail salon 💯 I recommend for sure!

Best nail salon I have ever been in. It is under new ownership and the service I got was outstanding as was the outcome (my new nails). Much different from my prior experience at other salons. Very friendly and experienced at what they do! I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the Spa is very nice and polite. Peter is the best and gives the best foot massages with a pedicure!! Highly recommend this nail spa!!

The staff of 3 preceded to speak to each other the entire time of pedicure (not relaxing at all), the towels were badly stained, she rushed through pedi in less than 30 mins and didnt provide a foot massage only leg scrub. When I complained about dirty looking towel, she argued with me rather than just replace it. They better get their stuff together or this place will close

I have really short toe nails and they were great and super gentle. They cleaned them up nicely and gave a great massage.

My pedicure was ok, she didnt clip around my toes, she did a terrible job painting my nails, i had to call to her attention that every single edge of my nails were untouched for her to go over it again, there was an air bubble on one of them and instead of her re doing it she just went over it 3 times making it a clump. My toes and nails looks like they were done by a 5th greater...$42 later and i walked out feeling bad that i spent that much for what i received. I will not be returning.

They were very slow when we got there. They did my nails good but now they’re already lifting and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet... 😠

Great job on affordable acrylic sets. Guy got weird when I asked for a specific design and said no but after talking to other nail tech found out she could do it instead for a little extra, which was fine. Overall nail job good.

I come here every so often when I need a quick mani or pedi because it’s close to my house, but I won’t be back. The quality of service is not good and there are mosquitoes flying around the salon. I wanted a gel manicure with a matching color on my toes. They found an OPI set that would offer this. They did my pedicure first, and when it was time to do my gel mani, the polish had gone bad. I opted for a regular manicure instead because I wanted it to match. They had put a base layer of gel on before finding out the gel color was bad. When I went to pay they charged me extra for gel!!! Sorry. You don’t nickel and dime customers like that, especially when it’s the fault of the business. My mani/pedi didn’t even turn out nicely. Will not be back, as they do not understand how to treat their customers.

STAY AWAY!! This place is quantity over quality. Very disappointing from beginning to end. Their staff consisted of 3 people “trying” to take care over 8 customers at the same time. My friend and I waited for an hour to start doing our feet and later on we were told they don’t have the OPI matching colors so we had to take whatever color was close to the one we initially chose. Poor customer service, lack of supplies, and understaffed.

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service Ive ever Experienced total Disrespect on All levels i never leave bad reviews But today had To hear My Plea i was Told to Come Drove to Nail Spa Then was Told he Couldnt Service Me Discrimination Color Size Im Black do the Math...I left with My Blessings Lord give your People Wisdom and Teach them how to Treat People. My Prayer My past Nail Girl got Married and Moved away was happy and sad at the same time which lead me back to the shop despite their prior disrespect only God knows the Just shall live by Faith on to the next Shop.

This place is horrible !! It used to be good!!! But they changed owners and it’s not the same!! THEY DO NOT CARE HOW THEY LEAVE YOUR NAILS!! I asked for a simple manicure, all my nails were different shape and length!! I asked him to get the shape at least somewhat similar! He still left acrylic on them (I had acrylics taken off and wanted a manicure) it was too much of a hassle. He painted them and it was like my 5 year old god daughter painted my nails!! I told him this looks really bad. He said okay go pick another color. So I did, and again, horrible!! The way he was painting them was slapping the little brush around on my nails leaving streaks!! He yelled at me telling me it’s the color!! I just got up and left crying. I left with my nails not done! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SALON!! ZERO STARSSS!!

My gf and I wanted a night out and a mani pedi was part of it. We had the most wonderful time here. They were so sweet and we had so many laughs. Our nails came out great too. I had a mani pedi with Luis and he was terrific. He was really attentive to the details. My feet are so smooth and his massage felt great! He did a great job at shaping them and my nails look great. Im impressed and will definitely be back!

Worse pedicure ever, will not be going back there again EVER

So two and a half weeks ago i went to go get individual eyelashes done and they lasted about 1 week and a half and they started falling out but when they started falling out i realized that my real lashes were coming out with the fake ones i started freaking out she told me i was going to have a few come out and i was okay with that but they started coming out in clumps i asked the lady please dont get the glue in my eyes and she did! it was burning really bad and she didnt care at all i was surprised how careless they were with me and rude she over charged me for a terrible job she applied the eyelashes on my actual lash and the entire time i had them on my eyes were so sore bc the fake lashes were pulling on my eyelashes overall the place dont kno how to do lashes or nails i got acrylics here and they were completely uneven DONT COME HERE unless you tryna waist yo money

The worst nail service EVER!!!!! I went to get a gel Mani and Pedi and the quality was the worst! I cant believe I paid 60 for that! I would never return again! Peter really needs to learn how to do nails! Gel is suppose to last at least a week - 2 weeks. Ummm lets just say within 4 days my nail polish was pealing off! NEVER AGAIN!

I moved to Lauderdale by the sea about 3 months been coming to this nail salon andove it today I went for full set and the man doing them was sloppy and I told him I didnt like it he got so upset that I seriously felt threatened the lady told him to leave and she removed them and she did them again they are fine now but his disrespect and the screaming my daughter experience is unacceptable I have contacted the BBB I will never go again

THE WORST PLACE TO MAKE PEDI AND PEANUT !! I asked to have my toenails trimmed while I was getting my pedicure and they let me long and circular when I asked for square ones. At the manicure I asked for the coffin shape and they left me a horrible shape that is not coffin. I definitely do not recommend this place and will not return
