Karen is very professional, if she’s running late she will text you ahead of time. All her prices are listed on her website along with any discrepancies you may have. Her salon suite is clean and beautiful and she does clean work. Not to mention my SHAPE! Yes! Every where i go i get many many compliments on my nails.Ps: I’m not sure about the other reviews but she doesn’t have any hidden fees, everything is listed on her website before you come in. Late fees, cancelations, soak off and extra design prices..
